This starbucks is the worst starbucks ever!!! This place doesn't even deserve any stars! I came in on Sunday, July 31 around 1245 pm. The drive thru was really long so I decided to go inside and the line was long as well. There was only 1 cashier and there were 5 other baristas standing around not realizing the line was long. They were having side conversations and catering to the drive thru orders first which was super annoying. The cashier did not even get through the line when she had to stop and make several sandwiches which took a longer wait time. It was not until 1:06 pm that I got to the cashier. OVER 20 MINUTES TO RECEIVE MY ORDER!!! I was furious because this was the first Starbucks where I had to wait that long inside just to take my order! I only ordered 2 teas and a water. And one of the teas was a mango black tea lemonade and the other was a black tea lemonade with raspberry. Super simple order. I waited about another 10 minutes for my order to finish. AND THEY STILL DIDN'T GET ONE OF MY ORDERS RIGHT!! It was the mango black tea lemonade. The cashier inputed a regular black tea lemonade. I left this location very upset and I would not suggest anyone who is in a hurry to go to this location. I will never go to this location again. read more

This place is usually the place my family stops on the way home to San Diego from Delano. The service is efficient and friendly, and the drinks, like at most Starbucks locations, are consistent. It is kind of a funny little Starbucks in a tiny town, though. My brother and I went there one night (my brother works for a Starbucks that was once the busiest location between Mexico and Los Angeles), and while we were ordering our drinks, he asked the cashier, "So, how's your evening been going?" The cashier said, with a completely serious face, "Well, it's actually pretty busy here!" My brother and I looked around. There were 3 people sitting at tables, and there were the 2 of us ordering. We looked around blankly and gave each other confused looks. If you're traveling, stop by this Starbucks. Stopped here on the drive home to OC. We purchased a "you are here" collector mug for California. It was pretty crowded for the day after Christmas. Not much to say about a Starbucks... Like every Starbucks, same menu, prices. No skim milk or whole milk in the self-serve carafes. I use half and half so this didn't bother me too much. But that's the worst when you have to ask the staff to refill the counter items. This one had a drive-thru that seemed to move pretty fast. Plenty of parking in the lot. read more

Clean, not too crowded and I would normally never write a review about a Starbucks just because no one really cares - they would come here if they need their fix no matter what I write. I'm writing this review because #1) I'm just waiting for someone and I'm bored and #2) There's something unique about this Strbx...this location seems to be over staffed. This Starbucks is by far the worst one I've ever been to. And I've been to many Starbucks locations. Who hasn't? They're freakin everywhere. And most of the time you get the standard customer service & standard quality beverage at every location... With the exception of this location. I've been a barista once before and I know what it's like. I get it, it's busy and the customer to employee ratio is usually 4 to 30. I don't live in the area but I've stopped by this location on several different occasions at various times of day and the service always lacks... In every way possible. I visited today, July 30, 2016 around 11:15am. When we walked in, there was a stack of products (maybe a supply delivery just arrived) smack dab right in the middle of the aisle blocking the line to the cashier. The wait to be helped was a bit longer than usual, but I think the cashier was new so I totally get it, that's fine. While I was ordering, I asked if they still served matcha lattes because I didn't see it on the menu. The cashier didn't know what I was talking about and proceeded to ask the barista. Our dialog went as follows: Attitudinal Barista: "We don't have matcha lattes here, they're called green tea lattes. We don't know what you're talking about if you're calling it a 'matcha latte.' We don't have that here. Me: Okay, well do your green tea lattes have matcha in them? Attitudinal Barista: "Yeah it does but we don't call it a matcha latte here." Me: (in my head: okay bitch). So I ordered it and asked the cashier if they sweetened it & if they did, I would like it unsweetened. Once again, the cashier asks if there's sweetener in the latte as I do remember them adding sugar to it... Attitudinal barista: "No we don't do that anymore." This whole interaction was extremely awkward and it all started off with a simple question. The cashier seemed like a new hire and the other employees around her were not very helpful with their nasty attitudes. I get not having decent customer service, but I don't understand being an asshole to your own co-worker. I ordered 3 beverages, 2 of them being tea drinks and they seemed to be okay. But the iced 'green tea latte' looked strange. The matcha was stuck to the bottom of the cup and there was some other unidentifiable particles at the bottom of my cup. I order this beverage often and have never seen that before. Needless to say, I was a bit grossed out and basically threw half my beverage out. Overall, I think this Starbucks needs to work on their customer service. I get that maybe this job can be frustrating at times but it's their job to deal with customers and answer questions. Called in for a traveler the night before. Showed 5 minutes early, they didn't have it on the list. Manager, heavy set, 40 year white woman, gave me all the excuses why it was not ready. She did nothing to undo the issue. She said it would be ready in 10, took 15 min. Later another customer ssked her if they can make a custom coffee. She said no, same lady. Cute place in not such a great part of town but luckily it is right off the freeway. Since it is a drive-thru location it looks like it will always be busy and cranking out those specialty drinks. The staff was really nice. I really liked my baristas crazy shaved head with the blonde faux hawk going on. Starbucks always keeps in classy but interesting. I went in a couple of weeks ago around 5:30 pm. The drive thru was packed so I decided to walk in. There was no line inside and I was not acknowledged for 5 minutes because they were busy with the drive thru orders. Since the baristas were constantly walking past the register I'm Sure they were aware of my presence but they didn't greet me, not even to say "I'll be right with you". After a few more minutes of this I left . This type of service would not be put up with in a bigger city .
