I usually have no problems at this Starbucks except for sometimes incorrect orders, but I just went here today and had a horrible experience. I ordered just TWO things right before I had to go back to work, a drip coffee and a danish. Midway through the order, the manager came in and did something to the computer that interrupted my order and flustered the lady taking my order. She literally stepped away for a second to get my drip coffee and turned around and the manager was inputting something on her station. This caused her to have to restart the whole order. Then she said she would have my danish right out. I sat down minding my own business thinking the danish was being heated up. I proceeded to watch her take a few other orders, which is understandable since it was slightly busy. But after that, she finally put my danish in the heater, but then again, the manager came back and started talking to her again. Then I watched as she put another danish in, gave the heated danish to a lady that ordered after me, then I had to wait for that danish to heat, which finally was given to me by the manager that kept butting in and ruining the flow. No apology for the wait and no acknowledgment that I was there about 10 minutes extra because they were not paying attention to what they were doing. I understand that it is my fault that I was in a time crunch, but if you are going to make people wait unnecessarily, be more aware of the fact that the customers can literally see everything that is being done and know when there is disorganization. Even the girl on the side making all the drinks looked like she didn't want to be there, and was being obvious about it. I only had a few minutes to spare for the rest of my lunch break and it's not my responsibility to relay that information to the staff. Be better and be more aware of people's time. There's no reason to wait more than 5 minutes for an uncomplicated order. read more

I got a an iced caramel macchiato (and forgot to substitute for oat milk) but it was still good! I usually drive up in the mornings to get an iced water before the gym and put my pre workout in they're super nice and aren't rude about me asking for just water. Later on some days I do work from home so I enjoy walking in and study and do a bit of work there. The space is alway clean and well taken care of. Absolutely upset, the guy in the drive through was terrible and obviously can't hear anything. We got 3 drinks, 2 cake pops, and 2 pup cups, I got my nieces pink drink, didn't have any strawberries in it, asked for them to put some in it, then they gave me my Caramel frappe which I asked for extra caramel drizzle and they didn't put any so I asked them for some more caramel, they put basically the whole bottle in the Frappuccino, and when he was handing me the other things I ordered he was shaking so he obviously was scared about how I would react to that. Then when he came back with the pup cups he was still shaking so I asked him to get me the manager because if I'm paying for my drinks and food, I expect it to be right. This is one popular Starbucks ! They are highly efficient and make a good beverage. A very comfort layout with a row of tables ( with outlets! ) facing the parking lot Near the door to the right and at about 11 o'clock are some sofas. Interspersed are tables of various sizes. I am here on a Saturday and inside the store is about 1/2 full. Out side the drive through lot is into the lane. Good service and friendly with clean restrooms. Most of the time I use Starbucks for the wifi and this is a slow one. About 7 down with a fast ping. Good enough but other Starbucks are better so I sing them a point. read more

This is the only Starbucks in the area that has never given me iced coffee when I order "cold brew." So I'll keep coming here even though it's out of the way and there's a slight wait usually. Iced coffee tastes horrible. Cold brew tastes amazing. When I order cold brew and a different place gives me iced coffee it's super annoying. Also, when I say "light ice" this place always gives me light ice. These are simple things that other places constantly get wrong and this is the only Starbucks around that is always on top of it so I'll keep coming here. read more

This is probably the worst location in dfw. The line is always long and it's because they're insanely slow yet somehow manage to make the wrong drinks or wreck the order somehow. They are almost always out of basic options of milks and different food items. I'd say they get it right 30% of the time. We will come to this location in a crunch, but often need drinks remade or will go to a different location later in the day altogether. We will go in the Starbucks located inside Target or on Teasley for a drive through if we have time. They do much better. Someone felt the need to "send me a compliment" telling to make my own coffee then etc and that she had untwisted my panties for me by telling me that and that their poor service and lack of attention to making the right drinks etc was excused by the shortages etc. It is not. We went there prior to rona. Same. I make coffee at home a lot, but when we want a treat, all I'm saying is legit go to any other Starbucks location for a better experience. The past few months this location has dramatically gone down in ratings. Not only do they change their hours every other week but they also take forever with orders now. (This week and next they don't open until 1:30PM) I Sat in the drive through line for my 38min of my hour lunch the other day. I understand that "COVID" effects business, however it's also almost October and most businesses are back up and running without such issues. No morning coffee for lots of customers including ones crunched for time because they are working double shifts at the hospital.... step it up Starbucks. read more

I was pretty much a daily fixture here from my high school through college years, and beyond until I moved away for the military. I'm sure I would have been the Yelp "Duke" of this place if I used Yelp back then. It was a great place to stay and study, I knew almost all the baristas and they knew me. If I wasn't studying I was here making Craigslist transactions (I must have made literally hundreds of them here) I happened back through town and it has changed! I like the new design scheme and the way guys/gals can use whichever bathroom is free. I don't see any of the old faces here so I assume they went on to bigger and better things. The new barista guy that took my order was nice, but he forgot my second drink so that's why I took the one star off. Other than that, still not a bad Starbucks! It's the holiday season! I stopped by to get the free cup with seasonal drink deal. It was SO busy! The drive through lone was wrapped around the building! So I went inside and waited in line. When I got to the front I noticed that the name tags included pronouns which I love that they do that now. Despite the chaos, everyone was still super friendly (I know how stressful these times can be and it was packed in there.) ali tipped and as I waited for my drink, I watched as they handled the chaos of the store. The staff was focused and working very hard to accommodate everyone. My drink still came out in a timely manner and the order was correct (no dairy or whipped cream.) For it being so crazy busy, they really rocked it; the whole staff. I'm very impressed with how they handled everything and still kept a great attitude. I know how that's that can be. I have been to Starbucks studying and grabbing coffee almost on daily basis for the last month. By far this one is the only one that pissed me off. Never had seen drastic racial behavior change. A total ripoff. Came around 3:30 pm. Fairly full but not loud. The restaurant was mostly neat besides a single strand of cobweb in the very back. They make you pay way too much for a paper you can get at the dollar store for a few quarters. Wanted to try a pink drink that my friend was addicted to. Along with an "old-fashioned donut." I'll start with the better of the two. The donut was super soggy, which I understand since they're pre packaged. But they didn't even bother to heat it up. Just threw it in a bag. Next is the drink. Or should I say ice. The drink still had almost an inch to fill in the cup. On a small that's a LOT of space. After literally 5 small sips it was empty. I thought I might have a bad straw. This is a really nice Starbucks location. They have nice outdoor seating and they have plenty of room inside as well. This can get quite busy in the morning and on the weekends. The drive thru often backs up all the way out to the entrance of the parking lot. I've seen as many as 6-7 baristas work on the weekend so I don't think it's just my imagination that it's a busy location. The service great as you expect at any Starbucks location and the baristas are friendly and you can have often have a short but fun conversation with some of them depending on how busy they are. read more
