At this point we requested a refund. Horribly slow service. Only one person, Courtney, was making coffee. If you don't want to wait 30 minutes for coffee, go somewhere else. read more

I am a regular at Starbucks. I go to this one because it's closer to my house however the last 4 times I went they "closed early" which I was so mad about I started going to the one on university to avoid wasting the gas driving there just for it to close early again. I wouldn't be as mad if they at least put that on the website.. it says it doesn't close until later around 9 and one time I went at 2:00 pm and they closed early.. it was a normal day. While the employees are super pleasant and caring through interactions, the drive thru service is extremely slow and I've had problems with my orders twice in the last month. It's unfortunate because this location is so convenient and close to the highway. Be prepared to waste a lot of gas in the drive thru. read more

For the past two years I've been saying that this is the WORST Starbucks! I try not to stop here but I keep thinking that the owner/manager will address the issues and things at this location will improve. WRONG!! Do NOT make the mistake of thinking that you'll be able to get in and out of the drive-through in a timely manner because there's only a few cars. The service is not any better inside either. The service at this location is the WORST! Check your order before you pull off. Make sure you taste the drink. They are notorious for giving customers an incorrect drink; they get away with it because it's right by I-35 customers stuck with the wrong order can't easily loop back. The Rayzor Ranch location on University Blvd has a drive through; overall Rayzor Ranch location has much better service and does a far better job on getting the order right. read more

This is a nice location. It's right off the highway and easy to get to. I've only ever used the drive through. The staff is always incredibly friendly. Saturday mornings aren't bad bur Sundays get slammed so prepare to wait in the drive through line for at least 15 minutes. read more

Good indoor and outdoor seating area. This is a stand alone place. The staff are friendly and efficient.they have two Pokémon sites.

This starbucks ALWAYS has a long line. Inside and in the drive-thru. Not only do they have a long wait, but the drink isn't worth it. It never tastes exactly right. My vanilla late was too watery and didn't have much vanilla in it. This is the closest starbucks to where I live and I will drive the 10-15 min to go to the other ones. If I'm going to spend $5 on a coffee, I want it to be worth it. On multiple occasions they will run out of seasonal or things on promotion. If you're promoting it, have it in stock!! read more

Literally the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I won't ever be bringing my business back. Each time I've been here my experience somehow is worst than the last. I ordered a venti mango dragon fruit lemonade with 5 pumps of classic not a hard drink to make. There was no classic and considering I pay $5.90 for this drink I expect them at the very least to add my classic. I sent my boyfriend back in to tell the Bautista that no classic was in the drink they then handed him a separate cup with classic ... lol um if I wanted to mix and make my own drink I could do that without paying $5.90. Getting a friendly barista here would be a pleasant surprise. They need a serious attitude overhaul in this place. When the drive-through window opens, you'll be lucky to get any greeting at all. It is a cold day today so I decide to stop in and get some coworkers a treat. I ordered 4 hot chocolates two soy grande two regular grande (easy, right?) Matt the rude clerk behind the counter starts with, "what?" I order the HC's and clarify no whip cream on the soy HC's, Matt's response, "eh" I take that as validation that the HC's will be correct. 10 minutes goes by, then 10 more minutes go by, all the while I am watching the blonde long hair barista talking to another blond on the other side of the counter talking about plans. The barista is steadily working but due to the lack of concentration/ being in the grove, she clearly missed my order. I go back to the register now that it has been over 20 minutes to ask for my refund. Matt turns his back and the taller hispanic male greets me I start to ask for my refund and the buzzed haircut with gauges, young lady greets me to assist me, she locates the problem, Matt has failed to write down that i need cups for my hot chocolates? (i assume that would be common sense ,( liquid + poured in cup = product) but hey who am i to say different. I get my refund, and leave empty handed, go down the street to target walk in the starbucks in target order from kevia and within 10 minutes i was walking out to my car with 4 hot chocolates, two soy no whip cream and two regular with whip. Sunday morning 9:00. Imagine my surprise when I drove up and there was only one car in the drive-thru and a parking place right in front! I parked and went inside so I could fix my latte the way I wanted it. I ordered and was giddy that I would soon be back on my way instead of the normal 10-15 minute wait (counter or drive-thru) when they are at their typical business level. Imagine my disappoint, after I ordered, as I watched the staff carry on conversation amongst themselves about bonuses and cosmetics. Talking, not making coffee drinks. Imagine my disappointment when I finally received my drinks and went to the coffee bar and found it decimated. Very poorly stocked; completely out of stir sticks. Guessing there was no manager there. Love Starbucks, and a Drive-Thru should be a must at all coffee shops. When I roll out of bed and want to hop in the car and get a coffee before I face the world, I feel it is best to be able to do so in my PJs. I went to the Drive-Thru at this location and they were very nice. This location is also not too hard to get to which is good because this area of Loop 288 right off the highway seems to get really congested at times. I also really like the Starbucks card program: reloadable cards that you get bonuses for using; keeps me coming back! read more

I have been to this Starbucks plenty of times and I will say that my overall combined experiences has been more like 3.5 stars. For starters, I rarely go inside as mostly all visits has had extremely long waits (even on mobile orders), poor customer service and several order mix ups. I am late to the whole Starbucks craze. I have been a strictly tea only drinker my entire life and after major life events, I slowly but surely became a coffee drinker. My early visits to Starbucks included me only getting Teavana tea and a danish. I went from tea to white hot chocolate and slowly ventured off to the lattes and have since added a few favorites to my regular rotation. I absolutely love the holiday menu and seasonal items offered. I find that seasonal items are sold out quickly at this location and aren't always replaced right away. There have been multiple times that I have placed a mobile order and arrived at the store and that item is not available, but shows available on my app. I then have to call customer service and have my money refunded, which can be a pain and have even had a rep once say that I did receive my full order because it isn't showing out of stock on her end. (Excuse me?! I had to remind the Oakland in me to take a seat. HA!) The drive thru is what I usually use. At times the lines are really long, but they seem to move along quickly. I will Say that I have had better experiences at the drive thru window and have only had 1 negative experience there, which was quickly resolved once I went inside. If you like Starbucks, you can give this location a try. Just give yourself a little extra time if you have to be somewhere and I suggest using the drive thru. read more

20 minutes for drive through, out of most food, ordered a cinnamon dolce latte (order almost daily from Starbucks by my house) and it tasted like the gingerbread syrup, def not cin dolce. I just had the absolute rudest Starbucks employee, Lisa, ever at this location. I know how to order and to do so at the menu. However, real life sometimes happens and necessitates me forgetting something and adding it on at the window. The few times this has happened, it's never been an issue and they just rush it. I don't even mind if they ask me to pull ahead and they bring it out, not a big deal. Lisa insisted on giving me a lecture about ordering at the menu and was rude as can be. She also didn't understand that I wanted a latte not a vanilla latte and said well it's already been sent back. She seemed new and I get that but no need to be rude or ugly to customers. read more

This is a busy location but they are timely. My favorite drink is the white choc mocha latte and the drink is always made the same I like the consistency. Some places it's super sweet and some it has no flavor but they always make it right and no matter how busy they are the baristas are in a good mood and they are upbeat. I love the customer service. Even with the line out the door and the drive through line around the building it only takes me at the most 15 mins to get my drink. I love this location. read more

This is an average Starbucks. They always have a really long line and the staff is usually not very friendly or helpful. I have been here multiple times and have never had a worker appear to enjoy their job or care that I am there. They always make good drinks though. The store is kinda laid back for a Starbucks and always clean. The parking lot is kinda hard to get in and out of but I guess that's not their fault. It's nice that it's right off the loop.
