A mild salsa was also served on the side as a healthier substitute for the hollandaise. A pleasant surprise was the fruit cup. At other restaurants, it would mostly be comprised of grapes. Theirs were blueberries and strawberries with some pineapple pieces. My waitress would come by several times with a coffee pot. Because my food was served quickly, I only needed my cup refilled once. The check had several gratuity options calculated pre-tax. When I went to pay, the register had different options. The actual amounts were not listed, so I chose to enter a custom amount.
