It's tough to be patient when you are seeking that caffeine pick me up. It took 20 minutes for us to get our drinks. When I inquired the response I got was curt. So I just hushed and waited for my order. We kept seeing orders on the screen beam received, and then our name was still listed under progress and their orders were being made before ours. So I witnesses other orders being made before mine when mine was on the screen prior. To add to it my drink as wrong! I'm giving out a two star because the girls are very nice. The cashier was nice. COVID-19 phase Drive-thru taken. Long line! Apparently, Everyone wanted Starbucks. Ordered a nonfat sugar free Cinnamon Dolce latte. It seemed like it took forever. Got the drink and left. The worker was masked and okay. Had to repeat everything over because the worker said it wrong. Twice. Let's make it worse. Told the worker twice I wanted it hot and she brought it cold and iced. I had to wait even longer to get it. At least the drink was good. Wish it didn't take forever to get and the service was better! ! Literally took over 45 minutes! Crazy! Glad to be gone. I think this location not being the only coffee place in town now has impacted their ability to serve their customers in a positive way, which is good! Pros: - Very friendly staff who make every visit enjoyable. - Clean, ample seating inside. Cons: - The parking lot is always packed, not their fault at all this was poor planning by the company that owns the shopping center. - The drive through is often very long at peak hours. - They still occasionally turn off mobile ordering which is a little odd and super inconvenient at times but it is what it is. read more

I always have good experiences at this Starbucks. Yes the line is long quite often, but that's not the employees fault. I've sat in shorter lines for longer times at other establishments. Sometimes they run out of ingredients, but again. That's not really the employees fault. When limited drinks are super popular and everyone's ordering them it can be hard to keep up with demand. And in chains I can see how that can be difficult when you have a lot of stores to stock. There's a lot of negative reviews that I always see being posted on here or Facebook and honestly I just feel like it's not the employees fault 90% of the time. Starbucks is popular. This location is in a weird spot. But they're good, and that's why they're always packed. The employees are always super nice and helpful. I came in tonight for some Starbucks before my long drive back home and asked to get a grande frap and have it split into two tall cups since my young kids don't drink a whole drink on their own. I didn't mind paying the difference for the extra cup but happy the shift manager couldn't accommodate me and instead only gave me the option of buying a venti drink to split into two tall cups which again is way too much of the drink for my kids. All the Starbucks near my home are more than happy to help and split the drink for me. What's more frustrating is the lack of accommodation or care, the problem isn't even the price of the drink but my kids won't finish a full tall drink so I usually just split a grande for them... The coffee is always made correctly and the barristas are great but the location is inconvenient, and that's putting it delicately. It's tucked at the end of a strip mall, and it shares a tiny parking lot with 8 other businesses so it's usually packed. Like any Starbucks it's quicker to go inside and order BUT Starbucks blocks off half the parkinglot for their drive-thru line and what remains of the parking lot is fought over by the patrons of the other 8 businesses. Your best bet is either going at 6-7AM or 8PM, because the drive-thru takes 20-30 minutes on average. read more

TBH, I would like to say that This place is amazing. I like this particular location Starbucks. It has lots and lots of room inside dining area. There are very comfortable Chairs, and very comfortable tables. It's a very cozy place either to answer your business emails or to do your college homework. They do have wifi for free and I would say it's pretty fast. There is also plenty parking space and it's very clean and I would say it's safe. Their bathrooms are very clean. If you are dining in their coffee is with free refills. The passion tea is very good. Their deserts are pretty pricey but they are delicious. My favorite thing to get is hot white mocha with barely worded up chocolate cookie. The reason I get that chocolate cookie barely warmed up is because if they will heat up that cookie to their usual temperature, my hands will be covered I. I usually go to dinuba drive thru. Like them alot. Except for today, oct 12 2017, 2pm. The person in the drive thru got my order wrong and tried to make me think it was my fault because ì supposedly agreed to the wrong size. My adult son was in the car and heard them say and it was correct. I understand mistakes. I know what i heard and i know what i ordered. Dont make me the wrong one and then act very very rude. Update: Things were working great with their Google wifi but since they have reopened their dine-in area, the store has spontaneously shut down their dine-in area only to have their drive through open pretty consistently. They do tend to shut down the store early and they did so today shutting down completely at 3:30 p.m. (09/11/2021). I did notice that they do not list dine-in as one of their amenities so I cannot call them on that. When they do open their dine-in area they have asked customers to leave for a few hours or shut the area down for the day. It's weird. The dine-in area was shut down for several days (I believe it was 4 days) and opened today but was shut down. Another big thing, as I'm a stickler for wifi speed, is that they completely got rid of their Google wifi. It is not found at all on any of my devices but do offer their slow "Starbucks wifi" which I can only assume is the old AT&T wifi they had pre mid 2010s.
