Update: Things were working great with their Google wifi but since they have reopened their dine-in area, the store has spontaneously shut down their dine-in area only to have their drive through open pretty consistently. They do tend to shut down the store early and they did so today shutting down completely at 3:30 p.m. (09/11/2021). I did notice that they do not list dine-in as one of their amenities so I cannot call them on that. When they do open their dine-in area they have asked customers to leave for a few hours or shut the area down for the day. It's weird. The dine-in area was shut down for several days (I believe it was 4 days) and opened today but was shut down. Another big thing, as I'm a stickler for wifi speed, is that they completely got rid of their Google wifi. It is not found at all on any of my devices but do offer their slow "Starbucks wifi" which I can only assume is the old AT&T wifi they had pre mid 2010s. I'm gonna start my review with the "being a former partner" point of view. I could tell the girl at the window wasn't having it today, she was holding on but I could tell the annoyance was setting it lol. She was sweet but I could hear the hint of "here's your crap.. move along." Lol. The drinks the wife and I got, 1. Venti iced coffee with 8 pumps white mocha and cream. 2nd. Venti iced white mocha with no whip. The wife "officially" praises this spot on making such a delicious drink. The guy on bar.. props to you bro! My wife is used to good quality from the old days of Starbucks.. back when baristas actually cared about the job and satisfying customers. It seems like todays baristas are just there cause they have to be.. theirs no more heart in the job. My drink, the iced white mocha was good.. shots tasted watered down, maybe I should've asked for an extra pump of white mocha. Had the same drink yesterday and the packwood location in Visalia and it was perfect.. but none the less I will drink it. My wife now swears she'll drive the 25 minutes from visalia to get a coffee lol. I'm down to give it another go! read more

Awful. I asked for an iced Americano with "extra room". I have been trained by coffee shops, including Starbucks that this means they will leave some extra room in the cup for cream. WELL, when I got my cup, they already put the cream in it and the large cup was only 2/3 full. REALLY? There should have been more ice, but I'm glad there wasn't because it would have made it dirt water. It was only so so. Also, we were the first in line and their were only a few people waiting for drinks. It took 20 minutes for a small Frap. WTH? Unacceptable. I will never be back. read more

Slowest drive thru ever!!!!! Went 3 times this week and was waiting in the drive thru for over 20 min each time for only a vanilla lattee!! There were 4 workers there moving slower than snails. Pick up the pace pleaseeee...Im seriously considering switching to McDonald's for a quick iced coffee just so that I can be out of the drive thru within 3-4min. I went to this location last year. I had a habit of stopping after shopping. On this day I went thru the drive thru and ordered. I had to repeat my order a few times, no big deal. When I got to the window I got a small frapp, I ordered the largest. When I said something, the person in the window snapped at me and said that's what you ordered. When I tried to explain what I ordered, the person turned their back to me and told me that they were not going to fix it and goodbye. I have not been back. read more

I consider myself a faithful Starbucks customer, I go to Starbucks at least once a day, in the morning is usually fine, no big issues, but if u go midday or in the afternoon, expect to wait a long, and I mean a long time for your coffee, and if that wasn't enough, your drink usually doesn't taste right, they always manage to mess up your order. Customer service has also gone down the hill in the past few months, all the new employes they are getting don't know there stuff, not very friendly, they look annoy when you request your drink in a specific way, they really need to fix this location read more

Very nice, clean and spacious. The employees are super friendly. I go there to study sometimes and it's not half as crowded as the one in Reedley and the tables are a nice size. I've never had problems with the internet and usually have no problem getting an outlet for my laptop. It gets a little busy at high traffic hours, but that's to be expected at any starbucks. read more

The only reason why I gave them 3 stars was because on two occasion I ordered a hot chocolate for my son, I specifically asked for kids temperature. Sure enough they didn't pay attention and next thing I know my son is crying. So now I must always check because I don't trust that they pay attention to special orders like that. I just moved back to the Dinuba area after living in Seattle for years, my husband was born & raised there. In Seattle Starbucks isn't just a place we get coffee sometimes, it's a cultural cornerstone. Its the customer & brand experience all other businesses measure themselves against. In Seattle Starbucks isn't where we go, it's what we do. We do Starbucks "runs", in the morning, in the afternoon, before an event, we meet clients there, we find a Starbucks to sit in to get that report completed, we have meetings there, there's one on every corner & we wouldn't have it any other way. We love coffee, great service, & consistency, so we love Starbucks and we do it multiple times a day. Every day. The Starbucks in Dinuba doesn't offer even a hint of the experience that the Starbucks brand has worked so hard to build. It's in fact the worst Starbucks brand experience I've ever had- and I traveled for a living visiting Starbucks locations in nearly every city up and down the west coast from CA to Alaska! At this Starbucks I've waited over 10 minutes as the ONLY customer in the store while employees discussed a schedule or goofed around instead of working on my coffee, they laughed with each other but treated me like I was interrupting their social time. If you frequent Starbucks you know 10 minutes is a long time to wait even when there's a line. I've waited stuck in the drive through line twice for more than 20 minutes, once for over 30! Their wifi is so slow I couldn't even open my email. There is always trash everywhere inside, on the floors, around the condiment station, on the table tops. Any time we have brought up the wait time they say they're understaffed or someone was on lunch. They aren't knowledgable about their product. They are poorly trained and do not deliver the Starbucks brand experience. My husband and I have decided to quit going to this location and we go to Kingsburg or Visalia locations now. This location is poorly run, mismanaged, and should be red flagged by the brand itself. It's embarrassing & infuriating. If I could I would give it "0" stars. read more

Literally the slowest Starbucks in the world! Left the drive thru line and just ordered with the mobile app because I thought that would be quicker since the line was so long. Well that was not the case! Then after waiting 17 minutes for my drink, I ask about my 2 cake pops and they are out so an employee tells me that he'll refund me and walks away to the back. I'm left there wondering if that's done automatically or if I'm supposed to go to the register. I ask an employee and she says the register. I'm assuming he would just do that for me without waiting in line but nope. So I left and told them to just keep the money. In the 17 minutes that I was there they couldn't have told me about not having the cake pops so that I can be refunded while I waited for my drink??! This place is BADLY ran. It's busy so I get that they are all running around like clueless chickens with their heads cut off but, it's was a mess. I asked for cookies, they are out... brownies, OUT. WHY ARE THEY ON DISPLAY?! I ordered Decaf coffee with caramel and apparently they don't have decaf brewed because it's not popular and Mina should have brewed it right then but didn't know to so when they FINALLY got to our order, thank God my husband was babysitting these kids because they were just going to make it with regular coffee and call it a day, how would I know the difference anyway??? So, I go in there and she says she can make the same kind with americano? I don't know what that is, she says it's like hot chocolate but with coffee beans and it's decaf? I don't know Starbucks lingo but, I have NO IDEA what I have, it took WAY to long to get the bathroom was absolutely revolting, the sugar was empty except a few stuck on hard sugar blobs on the bottom and the creamer has to be asked for on the side and they give you over a cup of CREAMER, what a WASTE of the owners money. They are LUCKY they are in a popular and convenient spot or and can do as well as they are doing with the staff they have and the way the establishment is NOT ran. I had to walk to subway to get the treats to go with my coffee. And I still waited another 20 minutes for NOT WHAT I WANTED. I loath that I have to give you one star. read more

I usually go to the Reedley Starbucks when I need a Starbucks fix, but I happened to be in the Dinuba area and stopped by this Starbucks. The service was fine, but I was so disappointed in my drink. I ordered a grande iced caramel macchiato and when I got it, it had almost no coffee in it. I was in a rush, or else I would have went back and asked them to correct it. I will definitely be sticking to the Reedley Starbucks from now on. read more
