I know it's kind of retarded to write a review of a Starbucks (which I generally go out of my way to avoid in NYC) but when I am visiting m family in NH, this place is a savior. It's the only decent coffee in like a 20 mile radius of my folks house. The people who work there are really nice as well, which is an odd Starbucks experience for us city people. This particular location has some great employees. Starbucks coffee is usually good everywhere we go. When you find a location that has amazing staff, it makes the visit and the coffee even better. Two pastor work here as they support their families and they do an outstanding job of customer service. I commend them for working I. The community that their churches are located. They always have a smil and fresh coffee. This visit we enjoye Java Chip Frappachino and a strawberry and cream one and they both were excellent. read more

If I could give this place a zero star I would, this place does not even deserve a one star. I go to Starbucks for my coffee every morning, I have been to many Starbucks places and by far this place is the worst I have ever been to. Customer service is the worst and I would even say I felt discriminated against. I have lived in the United States for 40 years and have never been or felt so discriminated against! Staff is pleasant enough but the drive thru is very slow, which is tough when you're commuting, or, on break from work. Management: please review drive thru practices- - If 1 persons order is going to take a lot of extra time, consider having the customer pay & park. Then send a runner out with the products in order to keep the line moving efficiently. read more

I'm here often as it's the closet Starbucks to my usual errands in Dover. The service is usually very good but the cleanliness and comfort level have much to be desired. Today when we were in, around 4pm on a Saturday, the restaurant was pretty filthy. Floors were a mess, the cream and sugar station was really gross, cinnamon all over it. Bathrooms were ok, not great but thankfully there are seat covers. The worst was the bakery case. I was happy to see they actually still had some pastries because they are frequently out of pumpkin and banana bread. I was trying to decide which I wanted when I saw a fly INSIDE the case, landing on each pastry like it was its job. No thank you. Inside the case! Another shock was seeing that they had the nitro brew available as the generator for the nitro is typically broken. This is a busy Starbucks and I understand that when it's busy cleaning the tables and floors is not possible all the time, but it would be well worth it to have one person going out on the floor for ten minutes each hour to tidy up a little. read more

Starbucks has GOOD coffee. This Dover location is nice. Good staff, clean, good location, parking, outside sitting. I like the cafe where I can sit and think and drink coffee. Good dark roast coffee. read more

This is probably the best Starbucks I've been to. They are always friendly, very efficient, and get the order correct. It's very busy but whether you are going through the drive-up or ordering inside, things always go smoothly. It's very clean and has a good setup. There are also outdoor tables to sit at. The parking lot always has ample parking. Yes, it's Starbucks, but as far as Starbucks goes, this place gets 5 starts. read more

I was at the end of a long line in the drive-thru. I sat there for about 10 minutes before going in (good thing because there is no way to get out of the drive-thru when you're in there). So I went inside, five people on staff but only one person was actually doing any work. I stood in line for another 10 minutes behind one person. Cashier took forever. I ordered one thing and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes. I wasn't in a huge rush, but the service was awful. The first person in the drive-thru sat at the window for over an hour. I've had an experience similar here where I just ended up leaving. I was about to just leave when my order was finally ready. I will never go to this spot again. read more

Don't bother going to get coffee here. The women behind the counter will treat you terribly, make your drink wrong, and then sneer at you when you correct them. I would rather go to the gas station, or better yet, go without. This starbucks has given me one of the worst coffee experiences in my life. Imagine a vision quest, but without any meaning. Best coffee in Dover. Pretty good size seating area. Drive-thru is handy but as you can imagine, can be quite slow.

I'm giving 3-star because I'm disappointed that for the last 3 times I came here and I was told that they are out of egg and cheese on a Muffin and this happened in all one week time. Other than that place is good and baristas are very friendly. read more

I would caution everyone to stay away from this Starbucks. If you plan to go through drive through, make sure you plan 20 minutes to do so because they are incredibly slow. Not only are they slow but several employees here are very rude and do not portray Starbucks well. If you want to go to Starbucks I would recommend you drive 10 more minutes to go to the one off Woodberry Ave. because that one is fast, everyone is friendly, and they provide great service. read more
