It came out just as I like it. Sometimes Starbucks tastes burnt but not on this visit. This location has an average amount of seating. The restrooms and overall vibe of the dining space was clean. My drink was fantastic! As a teacher, we receive many gift cards for this place. I use to hate getting because I do not drink coffee. However, Starbuck's plenty of items you can buy besides coffee. My drink is one of the favs: Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher and the banana walnut loaf (I didn't order this time) is just a few non coffee item. The inside is the same as most. We use to host a ladies group there because of their spacious dining area or you could work on your laptop or just read a book. Check them out, you will love it! read more

Starbucks is falling off. Can order the same order everyday and till look and taste different. Coffee is too expensive to be inconsistent here. This particular order, is literally half coffee half cold foam. Is cold foam not supposed to be just a topper? On top of that, you can be the only customer in the store trying to order and they will stand there talking and not acknowledge you whatsoever. This location offers a wall of 6 round 2-person tables, a long communal table with 8 chairs, and a small lounge/coffee table with 4 padded chairs. Seating is limited, but it's very spacious. The reason for todays review is an especially friendly and kind interaction with the guy at the register-- not only was he pleasant to me, but to every customer he interacted with, as well as all his fellow coworkers. He was working hard at the register and then jumped back to the hot food station where he was churning out everyone's warmed food. His name tag read ZE something? He jumped up to remake a beverage on the fly when a customer had a complaint. This location is very very busy but I will be back bc the employees here seem to have a positive attitude and demeanor. We were looking for a quick cup of coffee... nothing with whip or flavoring or a straw. This is not the place. The drive thru was wrapped around the building and an antiquated counter of clumps of letters for mobile orders was piled up at the door. The orders just kept coming in but with the volume, there was no way to keep up. We waited 25 minutes for a cup of black coffee, a croissant, and an iced coffee. For the past few months I have been placing a mobile order for pickup from this location multiple times a week and have been satisfied with each drink I've ever ordered. I know this location has really bad reviews, I didn't even notice that until I had been frequenting here for weeks after discovering how close to my work it is & already experienced the quality drinks & great customer service. The numerous bad reviews def would have discouraged me , not sure what happened there, but from my experience this location has nothing but quality items & friendly and fast customer service. They handle the drive thru very well & move it quickly! There were several times I was cutting it close to being on time for work due to a coffee run & the drive thru being very long, but to my surprise it went so quick I ended up having a few mins to spare. Def recommend this location! Updating from 6/9 after a really disappointing coffee run. Requested blended and whipped cream and paid for blended.. im not sure what is in this coffee but it does not taste good or at all similar to what I usually get... tons of syrup sitting at the bottom.. when barista handed it to me he looked at the label that said blended and add whip and looked at the drink confused and handed it to me anyways :( it was also leaking coffee on multiple sides outside the cup :( read more

My wife and I recently started going to this location every weekend and it is by far our favorite place to get coffee even though it's a bit farther drive compared to other locations. This Starbucks is located off of Exit 109, near the Assi plaza. It used to be a pretty tiny Starbucks but received a lot of foot traffic and it renovated several years back -- it's usually always pretty busy and because it's near a Korean community so you'll see a LOT of Koreans there. I was able to pick up my usual order which was an iced shaken espresso -- staff here was friendly and I was able to get my order pretty quickly. Because it's renovated, the place is relatively clean. Depending on when you place your order it can be extremely busy or not -- so I advise you place a mobile order and go. You should generally be able to have a good experience! read more

I want to start off by saying I never do bad reviews. And I always try to give the benefit of the doubt. But this was so disrespectful that I don't think anyone should go to this place. Sunday (October 1st) morning I pull up to this Starbucks, as I usually have for the last year or so. So I get there at 7:07am but this time they seemed to not be open yet and that's totally cool! Things happen, ya know ? As I'm in my car with my door open because I had just noticed there were closed, a gentleman wearing a neon shirt walks past me with what I'm assuming is his uniform in his hand. As he walks by he says, "We're closed." I say, "Oh okay, what time are you open?" He says nothing. As he continues to unlock the door I repeat myself, "Excuse me, what time do you open?" He says nothing. As he's opening the door now I again say, "Excuse me! What time do you open??" Nothing. He proceeds to close the door and lock it as if I was never there. That is probably the most disrespectful thing anyone has done to be in quite some time. And the guy had a key. So he's either the shift leader or the manager. Every time I place a mobile order, I have to ask if they've recieved it by the time I get there (more than 15 minutes after I place the order) and every time I'm here there are other people who placed mobile orders who have the same problem. It completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time to save time. I've been coming to this location sporadically for 3 years now and I've seen staff changed like they go through a revolving door. Customer service was good before, now it has really gone down the drain. One thing I liked about SB over other java chains (since SB coffee sucks) is the jolliness of staff. I don't see that anymore in this store. Maybe their shift starts too early or they don't get along well with each other or management, I wouldn't know, but it's really concerning. read more

It's not really the fault of the staff, but now I hate coming here and it's 100% due to the lines. On a typical morning you'll be 8th or 9th in the drive through if you're lucky. Recently I thought I'd just go inside and was shocked to find a line wrapping around the store nearly backed up to the door: probably about 30-40 people in line for coffee. I'm positive the drive through is faster since the staff feels more pressure to move that line along. Parking lot is always slammed. And if you were hoping for a table to sit and work? Forget it. Even if you're able to find a place to sit it is not conducive to working. The area is very small and crammed together and is so loud due to the amount of people in the tiny spot. I do not like the layout of this Starbucks as much as some of the other, The nook of 2 person tables are nice though for studying or computer time. The raised communal table is too near the register and its traffic for my taste. The service and people here are stupendous though. They are always friendly and quick. This location is very lively with lots of people. This is of course the Duluth area so no surprise here. The service level is average here, no difference from any other locations. I don't think we were greeted but that could be due to the busy line of customers. I would say the atmosphere here is a bit more upbeat since there's a constant buzz of people coming and going. You will see a mixture of young adults to business professionals at this location. Overall, if you want a quiet Starbucks, I would not recommend this location. I was truly hungry, so I ordered the Chicken Caprese Panini + Coffee. 60 minutes later my notebook has a 100% charge, as do I. Ready to go. Parking was somewhat scarce, but I lucked out. I can always count on this Starbucks to be quick and courteous whether I pass through the drive through or step inside to order. They have never messed up on my drink except once and they gave me a free drink for it. Other than that, they are pretty on point. No complaints here except for service can be slow sometimes. Skip it if you are in a hurry. This is a BUSY Starbucks. Somehow they keep the line moving whether drive thru or in store. Employees from every IT department in the area stare at their phones as bubbly baristas knock out the half caff double frap whip foam latte whatever thingie with finesse at the quickest pace possible (I maintain they should have a separate "Just Plain ol Coffee" line, maybe with an honor system payment kiosk). Service is friendly and as efficient as fancy coffee will allow. The only other drawback is due to the high customer volume here, cleanliness takes a hit (lots of 1/2 & 1/2 dribble around the condiment area during my visit). read more
