This location is OK. Service is all over the place. It's in Tom Thumb so no drive thru. A drive thru grocery would be interesting though. Hmm. I have had mixed experiences here. I ordered a bacon and Gouda breakfast sandwich that came out hard as a rock, I think something is wrong with their oven. I went with a friend one time and she was told she could not pay with a gift card at their location but they do accept the app payment. I told my friend that she could just load her card on the app and the lady behind the counter said no? I've had lattes that taste good and a pumpkin spice latte that tasted bad. Sometimes they seem understaffed and employees seem overworked. I've been greeted with "what drink do you want?" More than a "Hi, how are you?" It's ok, but drinks and food are inconsistent. How is this Starbucks even open. Drinks are always made wrong. They start closing at 7 when the sign says 8. They don't have breakfast sandwiches in the morning. They don't have whipped cream. I asked the lady for a drink my wife gets and she said what is that. Like how do you work at Starbucks and don't know what the drinks are. I like the convenance of this star bucks! Most Starbucks are packed out the door, this one being in a grocery store definitely has it's perks! There is hardly ever a line and the staff is always friendly! Definitely look on Pinterest for Starbucks drink order ideas! You won't see a snickers or cotton candy frap on the menu but they are 100% worth a try!! Starbucks right now is also doing a happy hour between 3-5. 1/2 off of your Frap order. I've been to Starbucks all over the country and this is unequivocally the worst Starbucks I've been to. They routinely have a single person behind the counter but even if there's a second person it doesn't make the service any better. They routinely run out of something, making whoever is working have to go get more, which is all the way in the back of the Tom Thumb. All I ever get is an iced tea and it's a common occurrence to take 8-10 minutes for the order to be made. That's absurd. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. read more

I like this Starbucks! Everyone is friendly. 95% of the time the service is prompt. From a former Starbucks employee, their drinks are made well and to standard. Awesome thing is you can now use Starbucks gold cards here and gain reward points here! Now I don't have to go out of my way to find a retail Starbucks store. This is my go-to place! Good drinks! This Starbucks is a hit or miss! I am SO disappointed! They use to be such a great location but I don't know what happened. These employees need to get more training on customer service! I order a Pink Drink and it was handed to me with floating pieces of coconut milk in it. The only thing that I want to be floating in my drink are the dried strawberries and ice! So I come back to the stand less than 2 mins after leaving and tell the barista that my drink tastes a little weird and when I order this specific drink I never see these floating pieces of white stuff! I ask her if the coconut milk had gone bad? She ignores me & proceeds to make me another drink but does it with attitude and makes me feel like I'm inconveniencing her. She shows me the expiration date on the coconut milk carton with states 05/28 and says "See. It's not expired". in the most monotone annoyed voice. She makes my drink with the exact same milk and that obviously makes my drink look the exact same as the first. Then she says "yeah, this is how it's suppose to look". I HAVE NEVER HAD MY PINK DRINK LOOK LIKE THIS! I spent $5 on a drink that it going straight to the trash. She seriously made me feel unwelcome and I don't think I will spend my money here again. Almost every single time I go they mess up my drink. They change baristas almost every month. I get a java chip and I went today and order it and they gave a drink that was white and tasted watered down. Took forever to even take my order.. had a new employee working in the morning while it's the busiest I really didn't understand that. Ordered a Serious Strawberry and it looked and tasted like a sour strawberry slushy.
