i'm actually obsessed with the pecan oatmilk latte and surprisingly the banana cream matcha protein drink. i came here to work recently and was actually stunned over the layout and seating at this location. i'm obsessed with that too but the wifi wasn't working for me so i had to use my hotspot which wasn't efficient cause my service is iffy in ep. the chaska locations wifi was very spotty too but the other ep location (off of 62nd st) wifi worked. will be coming back to test it the seating is too comfy. read more

I went here while I was Christmas shopping at Target. The Icee was good, but two of the four flavors were out. Also, the popcorn machine was shut off, and a lot of the to go food was cleaned up. This used to be my regular Starbucks and I recently revisited. If you're headed to this location I STRONGLY recommend using order ahead before you get there if you are in a rush. This location gets a lot of traffic, both in the drive through and in store. Knowing that, grant the team a little grace. They are hustling as fast as possible! The manager has been here for multiple years and does a great job of overseeing and directing the team during rushes. They have an upgraded interior which provides much more seating and a better flow than they previously had. This makes it a great spot to meet up with people or just take some time for yourself. Overall, it's on par with other Starbucks. It does get backed up but is clean, good customer service (even when the customers don't deserve it) and good drinks. read more

They literally don't even try to be faster! It's coffee, y'all. You shouldn't leave cars sitting at your window for 5 plus minutes. If it's going to be a few minutes on the order you have at your window, pull them forward and serve the next guest. This happens consistently to where they can no longer take anymore orders at the speaker box because their line is so jammed up at the window. It's a never ending cycle the will never get better because "management" has no idea how to fix their bottlenecks. It's absurd. Where is corporate? This store seems forgotten about. We've been to this Starbucks quite a bit for to my daughter's Tae Kwon Do lessons at Master Moon's close by so it's a nice treat for get when she does a great job! They have change their mobile order process since the last time we were here. It was chaotic the last time with so many mobile orders not bring picked up and so drinks were just sitting around and not placed in an orderly fashion for people to pick up. There was a huge line and I had to check on our order since it was waiting for 25 minutes. This time we had to order in person or go through the drive thru at your location. They have updated their COV-ID 19 procedures with pastries and baked goods not on display. They have dividers between stations and pick up area. Staff are attentive to people waiting to order but not with orders being made quickly. It doesn't seem like there was a designated person helping with drive thru orders and in store orders with one person taking orders. The drive thru is new and gets pretty long sometimes. read more

Hooray for Starbucks. Consistency is key in my opinion as far as Starbucks is concerned. This location was very consistent and I was surprised to see how well staffed it was. We were able to order quickly and our drinks were made efficiently. The big con for this location is the awkward drive-thru. It's narrow and somewhat hard to navigate. Otherwise, there is a ton of seating inside this location and the interior here is actually very large. There is a large merchandise section as well as a huge wall filled with boxes of k-cups available to purchase. Additionally, this location offers a Starbucks Reserve section with the limited release coffees available for purchase. read more

I pre ordered and picked up in the store. I think they were struggling today at least inside. I'd say 1/2 the patrons waited 20 min for their drinks and only got them because they had to ask for them. I finally went up and asked who's name was on a drink that I thought might be mine. I didn't want to touch them of course. He said my name so I was relieved to finally get my drink. Not sure why they were not calling out names. The pros of this starbucks: Drive through, ample seating and a nice mixture (booth, table, ect...). The cons: their drive through is constant and not very slow. So many times I have stopped there and the line is so long and it does not move very fast at all (compared to other drive through starbucks). Give & take. Better than passable. Most of the time the drive through is quick enough... can't expect more. Going in, the service is reliable. Reading most of the reviews I agree that the staff behaves as if more interested in other staff members more than customers and is such compared to other Starbucks in the city of Edina or Eden Prairie. There are other Starbucks where the staff is energized, get along great with each other, extends their great energy to the atmosphere & the customer experience & it's special. This Starbucks doesn't feel like your one of the community or family like some of the others do. Coffee shops have this special treat feeling. Here, at this one, the brick and mortar are here but it's needing to grow its soul like many other coffee shops have & it's hard to put a finger on it but many customers & reviewers notice. I ordered a single drink for myself during my work break which is time sensitiv, i assumed it wouldn't take long because it never does.... The guy working proceeded to take the order of FOUR people including two girls whom he sat and flirted with for a good 5 minutes. after 20 minutes or so he turns towards my direction and says "i forgot about your drink, sorry" and finally began to make it. dude was rlly nice but it was just so unprofessional and took up so much time i had to explain to my boss why i was gone for so long. read more

Literally such a bad experience. We waited 30 mins for a hot tea and latte. They were rude to us and the people waiting for their drinks.

They do not know the difference between white chocolate and milk chocolate. If you order a white chocolate anything, be prepared to get something else. I ordered a peppermint white mocha and it tastes like they gave me milk chocolate and trace amounts of peppermint. I didn't realize it until I got to work because I was running late due to it taking 9 MINUTES to get my drink after ordering. I tried calling them to see if I can come back another day and get the CORRECT drink free of charge and their F***ING PHONES DON'T WORK! I don't have time to leave work and drive across Eden Prairie to let them know about their mistake. If I come back a different day, they probably won't do anything about it. General: This location is the easiest (with a drive-thru) to get to on my way to work, or during the day if I want to take a break away from my desk. I go there easily 8 times a week. Pros: They don't have any issue with mobile/pre-order pick-up at the drive-thru. The drive-thru has long lines but they move pretty quickly on most days. They will give you a nitro lid for any cup that it fits on. Cons: When they get the drink wrong, they get it very wrong (like Americano to Pink Drink wrong). There isn't an easy way to get to the store from the parking lot. If you ask for a simple drink in a personal cup (like a drip coffee or an Americano) they make it in a disposable cup first and then transfer it. read more

Georgie has a horrible attitude while we were ordering because we had a bit of trouble finding an item on the menu. At the window he had held out the card reader with a sigh and an eye roll. We asked him to reach a bit further because it was harder to insert the card, and he ignored the request. At the end we asked for napkins and a single straw and it followed with an even bigger eye roll. The biggest issue I had was his mask was under his nose;- we are at the highest rates of COVID cases at this point in time. I've never ever left a review ever because I don't like being a "Karen" as well as I know how hard it is to work in the service industry, but this interaction was very disheartening to have with this individual. read more

I'm a Starbucks partner, and the past couple times I've come to this location while ordering in store partners would forget about my coffee order. Today for the second time I went in store and ordered a frappechino, two breakfast sandwiches and a dark roast coffee with some cream and toffee nut. Just like the last time, I received all my items but not my dark roast. I waited and waited until the employees finally asked what I was still waiting on. When you work at Starbucks the partner who takes the orders up front in store, is responsible for grabbing any brewed coffee orders. Because the stickers don't print out on the cafe bar where all in store orders and mobile orders are made. Maybe some partners just don't know this but it's very frustrating as the brewed coffee is the easiest thing to make and usually the first drink out when you order multiple items. I am a frequent visitor to Starbucks, but after trying this location several times on my way to work, I decided it is not a good location. The staff seems preoccupied with chatting with each other, and not on the customer. Do not get me wrong - I have gotten good baristas here, who care. However, my overall experience is bad. I usually order a hot tea, and 100% of the time they make it iced instead. They get a little huffy when I ask them to remake it. read more

Shout out and major kudos to the staff working the morning of 2/3. We had just received around 10 inches of snow the night before and I pulled into their drive-thru to get a quick coffee before going into work. I gave them my order and started to pull up to the window when my car got stuck in the snow. I ended up being able to back out of the drive-thru (thank goodness there wasn't anyone behind me) and went inside to pay for my coffee. When I got in there, the barista said my drink was free. Definitely made my morning and took the stress out of it. And this is just a fraction of the awesome customer service I've been given here! The staff are always friendly, and for as often as we are there, they remember us, but the drivethru is SO SLOW. ALWAYS. Like, unbelievably, incredibly, impossibly slow.
