Sad I'm a fan of Starbucks I know-- however this is not your normal "on every corner-- across the street from Starbucks" Starbucks location!! Oh NO!! This location is in sweet Edgewater, CO. Love the views of Sloan's Lake thru the extra-huge front windows! Staff is always perkie and prompt in my few visits here. Free AT&T Wi-Fi gives me EXTRA Cool High speed Yelping power. I'm not a regular- but if I need the mellowcup magic and I'm out of supplies at home-- I go to this location.

I'm very envious that we don't get these kinds of Starbucks locations by the airport. We are always stuck with the not-so-nifty kind. With very slow motion indeed!! Well, I like this Starbucks, they made my chocolate icy frap with love and my friend thought so too. Almost tasted like a sweet dessert, than a drink. Sometimes I like to grab a spoon and eat out the rest like a rebel. I'm totally okay with that. The iced caramel vanilla cream frappe is also another good taste. Not so much melting, and very sweet. But not too sweet!! Comes to show that happy people can impact what you eat too. A very happy Starbucks indeed.

Viva la Ham & Swiss Melt !

I love sitting outside on the patio in the summer with my beagle so I can enjoy the view of Sloans Lake.

Tidbit! Show up on a Sunday and you might leave with a new top. I was delightfully surprised when I…read morehad walked in early to wait for a friend was greeted by the girl running the clothing swap. Feels like this spot may always have something jiving! My friend and I arrived with laptops and left them closed. The whole place has an Elle Woods sleepover energy: pink-adjacent, unapologetically cozy, a little magical. We enjoyed our treats, caught up and people watched. And yes these are treats. There may be alcohol at other times; we were just there for coffee and tea, and the specials leaned floral. I had something built around orange blossom that drifted between citrus and honeysuckle, delicate enough to feel like a mood rather than a flavor. Lovely, if not exactly life-changing. But that's the point: Hello Darling pulls you in with its aesthetic and keeps you with its comfy, cozy seats. Definitely equally suited to a solo work session or a two-hour gossip spiral that was supposed to be a work session! Come for the drinks, stay because you forgot you had somewhere else to be.

It's a mix of fairy garden and feminine chic had a baby! ++ Killer location right in the highlands ++ Beautiful interior and decor - sweet, cutesy with a gorgeous floral mural on the back wall ++ Tons of seating - counter, high top, cozy booth, you name it! ++ Both cocktails and coffee are offered here - making it the perfect spot for a mid-day pick me up, or drinks with the girls ++ Super friendly staff eager to whip up a carefully crafted cocktail or latte ++ Fun menu items with the best vibes! -- Parking is limited to street only, so be on the lookout -- Coffee is average, but fun to try the creative menu. (We sipped on the cherry vanilla iced latte - which left me wishing there was more flavor, and the strawberry mocha cold brew - which was rich but so sour) I'd give this spot another chance and try some other things on the ever-changing menu :)

Baked goods selection looked super yummy but I didn't give any a try this time! Even on a rainy weekday morning, the shop was quite busy. An empty table would be hard to find but patrons are also quite conscious of there being limited seating and kept visits short.

Even on a weekday morning, there was a gentle buzz of activity, yet we were pleasantly surprised to find a couple of open tables and no line at the counter. The friendly barista greeted us right away, and we were able to order our coffee drinks without any wait. While waiting, we took a moment to admire the pastry case and decided to share a beautiful pineapple Danish that looked too good to pass up. We settled into a cozy table by the window (the only small downside being the lack of outlets for working), and before we knew it, our drinks were ready. The coffees were served in the most charming handmade crockery cups, complete with lovely latte art. And I have to say--the latte itself was just as delightful as it looked: smooth, balanced, and perfectly crafted. The atmosphere immediately draws you in with its eco-conscious, Scandinavian hygge-inspired aesthetic. Think warm wood tones, soft natural light streaming through the windows, and thoughtfully curated, cozy decor that invites you to linger. It feels intentional and welcoming without being overdone. I also couldn't help but notice how dog-friendly the café is--from adorable bread-shaped dog toys available for purchase to water bowls set out for thirsty pups. It's clear they've considered every guest, furry ones included. One of my favorite features is the large garage-style front door that can open fully on warm days, seamlessly blending the indoor space with the front patio and making the café feel even more spacious and airy. For an intimate neighborhood café, there's a generous number of tables and seating options, along with a sizable menu offering plenty of food and beverage choices. I can easily imagine Hearth becoming a go-to spot for locals--whether for a quiet morning coffee, a casual meeting, or a slow start to the day. It's warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. I would happily return for another coffee (and maybe another pastry) again soon.

My sister used to go regularly when she was in school and let me know that the hours were super awesome for that routine - open at 6am, closed at midnight. Perfect for an early morning study session or late night cram. Or if you're just in the mood for all-hours coffee! Parking is admittedly a bit cramped in the front and pretty awkward to get out of if it's busy, but there is a lot behind the building with more space. There are a surprising number of tables and comfy chairs inside, and the vibe is kinda retro which my sister and I both really love. Their menu is pretty big and they also had a ton of holiday drinks to choose from. My sister has raved about the coffee they use (kaladi), so I got a drip coffee and since I wanted a little festive treat, I also got "the grinch" lol, which was a matcha latte with oat milk and pistachio. Take a wild guess which cup was mine in the photo. My sister got a hazelnut latte, which also came out really pretty. The coffees were ready very quickly, and we were able to find a little table near the back of the shop. Our three drinks (all 12oz) came out to about $16 which I think is pretty on par with specialty coffee drinks, so I felt it was worth the price. The one girl we interacted with at the counter was super friendly, too! It seems to be a very popular spot, which doesn't surprise me even a little bit, and I cannot wait to come back again to try other drinks!
