Been here three times. Each time has been different hours of the morning/day- around 6 am, 10:30 am, and 12 pm. Each visit those working have been friendly and kind to me, even on the busiest day. That's not easy to do. The coffee and breakfast foods were exactly what I was looking for each day. The ambiance is conductive to focusing and getting work done. There are some sofa seats with extra back support for some. Definitely recommend this Starbucks location to locals, visitors to the area, and those passing through. read more

Did the drive-thru. Her tone was horrible; audibly annoyed for no reason. The guy in front of us - I saw they messed up his order, like, four times before getting it right. As for my party, they messed up BOTH of our orders - flavor, size, everything. I'm only giving 3 stars because the drink was still pretty good. They need to hire more people and train them to properly handle rushes. I placed a mobile order and only my food was ready on time... Waited an extra 15 minutes for my coffee that is just iced coffee... I legit watched her pour it and add soy milk then it was done. They are too understaffed and the ETA for orders is never accurate. The interior of this location is what you would expect from any Starbucks location: clean, organized, trendy, and with good music and energized employees. And if you are a resident of the nearby Zenith Meridian apartments or member of the 24-hour fitness gym nearby, what's not to love about this location? The downside to this location is that if you are making that left turn onto Lincoln Ave, get ready to wait a bit. While this location is excellent to stop into if traveling to I-25, it is slightly difficult to travel east into Parker. My advice to the city of Englewood who may be reading this: put up a traffic light at the turn. I had to travel west and go to the next traffic light to navigate the turn in heading east in moderate traffic. Other than that, this Starbucks is good with me. read more

They gave me the wrong order and charged me for the wrong order. Never confirmed my order at the window literally just started giving me things. Then I got okay thanks bye. The muffin I got looked hard and old. I didn't have time to go back through the drive through because they took so long in the first place, so I call customer service and they said they couldn't do anything because they never gave me a receipt. Wow so you people just completely suck at your jobs!! Call the store and they say yup just come whenever and we'll fix it, yeah I'm sorry i don't believe that. You don't ask for my original order or what I was charged for. Or my name to write down to confirm I can get my correct drink "whenever". So how am I supposed to A) trust you and B) believe you since you can't do anything correctly in the first place. So I go through the drive through while on the phone with Customer service, the manager (she) said I'm not helping you, you gave me an attitude. So she wouldn't give me my drink that I paid for!! Wouldn't open the door at the drive through, customer service was appalled. This isn't high school, I don't care if you don't like me. I'm a paying customer and I want my correct drink. If it's that hard for you, you shouldn't be in management. You shouldn't be allowed to construct other people on how to act and what to do since you can't handle your own emotions. This location is closed. The reason I gave one star is because there is nothing to rate them by. However it would have been the polite thing to do by putting a closed sign in the drive way. The customers can't see around the corner and after spending 3 to 5 minutes per car one does not drive to the window only to find a tiny we're temporarily closed. As I mentioned in my tip, this place is a good one at which to stop (for the drive-thru) if you are westbound on Lincoln. If you are eastbound, then if you do decide to stop here during the morning or evening rush hour, you would be better off (for your safety and that of others) to cut north through the apartment complex, head east, and then come south on Oswego back to Lincoln. I know, this is a lot of directions, but I have seen a couple near traffic accidents for those trying to make a left onto Lincoln from Zenith when traffic is heavy. The store is nice and new and has varied seating. The staff are friendly. My drinks I have had here are of standard (very good) Starbucks quality. I work across the street from this Starbucks so I frequent here a lot. Unfortunately, my drink is also wrong a lot. It seems like their turnover is ridiculous because every time I go in there's new people. I order the Dragon Drink a lot and this time 80% of it was coconut milk (I took this picture still sitting in the drive thru waiting for my other drinks). I was in a hurry to get to work and didn't really have time for the same exact baristas to make the same exact mistake so I didn't ask them to remake it. This entire drink wasn't even drinkable. I use to come here all the time on my way to work, just recently (maybe a month or so ago) I started to have issues. Drink was made correctly but not the correct size. Drive through takes forever... even with two cars in line seems to take 10+ mins for a drink. Really disappointed in the staffs lack of urgency for getting cars in and out of the line. read more

Just watched the barista pour 2% instead of whole. Asked about it and he blatantly lied to me. Maybe he didn't see me standing there the whole time watching him make it. But laughing while answering like a sadistic asshat is uncalled for. 25% of the time the order is wrong. Whether wrong milk. No flavor. Wrong amount of espresso shots. Very disappointing to pay over $5 for a coffee and have it wrong consistently. Now their "printer" is always down for their excuse on why they can't make orders right. As of this morning I am looking for a new location--I will no longer frequent this store. I have been trying this place out for little over a month, 3-5 days a week and to be honest it completely sucks! Order is usually wrong--I pay for an extra shot, I would like to receive an extra shot without you mumbling under your breath, professing it is in there although I can see it's not based simply on the color of my drink, or my favorite thing that seems to be a team sport--the eye rolling. I have thrown out more full cups of coffee from this place than I care to admit. I always feel bad for asking them to remake my drink, but I have had coffee so horrible from here that I have actually taken the lid off to see if the plastic lid had melted into the drink. The times I have asked them to remake the drink there is no difference (except for the eye-rolls and attitude that are complimentary when asking for a remake), even when I asked them to do "kid temperature" which prevents the milk from burning there is no change. Many times there is a longer line waiting for mobile orders than the standard line. Their sticker machine for the mobile orders is constantly down, jammed, or out of stickers causing a log jam of orders and visibly frustrated people in the store. The parking lot is very congested, and like many other reviews, it's nearly impossible to cross Lincoln from this location unless you drive through the apartments & 24 Hour Fitness lot. There are two scenarios that happen at this Starbucks (when getting coffee at the drive-thru). Scenario 1: *i pull up to speaker* Starbucks employee: "Hi." Me: "Hello." Starbucks employee: "..." Me: "..." Starbucks employee: "..." Me: "..." (There will be silence for LITERALLY 60 seconds.) Starbucks employee: *obviously frustrated that she has to actually ask the question* "What is your order?" Me: *gives order* I feel like these employees don't understand the concept of human interaction or how conversations work. So much time would be saved if they said: "Hi. What can I get for you?" The second scenario is that I pull up to the speaker box and I wait a lifetime before finally having to ask, "Hello???" Starbucks employee: "Oh! Yes! What can I get for you?" No matter the scenario (and in the past 20 times I have been here, it is either one or the other), I pull up to the window and wait again an incredibly long time before they open the window and take my money. They have to have the coffee made before acknowledging that I'm there. It's so inefficient. This Starbucks is super convenient for my commute, but I leave feeling bewildered and irritated each time. This location is brand new so the interior is very clean and the tables are nick free. The drive thru is faster than the location at Parker/Lincoln, but that's not saying much. I just spent 12 minutes trapped in this drive thru line. I had 3 people in front of me and watched as the window attendant leaned out the window and had a lengthy conversation with a guest. I do not know the circumstances but as a former restaurant manager I know good customer service and ticket time management, none of which were a part of my experience. Drive to the next one. I go to this SB at least 3 times a week, and the staff is friendly, my order is always right, and it's always done quickly. Plus, if I screw up and place a mobile order at the wrong location, they'll make my drink for me anyway, and it's done with super speed. Today the mobile app kept crashing, so I had to order my super complicated drink in person, and I'm not sure if Susie could tell my morning was less than awesome, or if she just pitied me and my over complicated order, but she "This is on me." and comped my drink! I am blown away! I never have a bad experience here, and it's about time I shared it. And, though the app has stolen the place of the drive-thru at this location, Wanda is one my favorite employees and works so hard to make every interaction pleasant, and even remembers my name! read more

The line in the drive thru takes twice as long as most Starbucks. So this is one of the SLOWEST Starbucks on the planet. Every time I pull up to the drive-thru to order, I wait... and wait... and nobody ever responds. I always end up shouting "Hello!" to get their attention. I always get the same excuse too... "Sorry I couldn't hear you my volume was turned down low." Uh huh. I finally gave up waiting at the drive-thru and decided to go inside this time. Big mistake. Apparently drive-thru customers have priority over customers waiting inside. Some idiot wanted an ALL-FOAM LATTE. You read that right... just a full cup of steamed milk. It took the chicky barista TEN MINUTES to make while I stood there waiting for her to make my latte. Meanwhile the other 3 baristas and the manager were all just too busy cleaning and putting up Christmas decorations to notice or give her support multitasking making drinks for both the drive-thru customers and in-store and I was the only person waiting inside. The interior is new and clean but to get in or out is difficult. You can only enter going westbound on Lincoln and can only exit westbound or to drive through the literal labyrinth of a parking lot of the apartment complex that it stands in front of. I bet the residents LOVE that. I just cannot believe that each time I go in the evenings when it is relatively slow it takes AT LEAST 10 minutes or longer to get a drink. read more

Pulled into the lighted up drive through line at 7:29 pm and was promptly told they were closed. Pulled around building and had to wait 5 minutes for the car that was served before us to get their order so we could leave. Looked up hours which show they close at 7:30, and while it's only the difference of one minute, I think it's an example of the poor customer service offered by this location every time I've been there. They do little to positively represent the Starbucks corporation and today was the last straw. Thankfully there are other viable options in the immediate area. read more

I recently went into this location about 45 minutes prior to closing time. The staff gave my wife and my dirty looks the entire time we were there, we felt as if we were intruding and making them do something they don't want to. This isn't the only poor experience I've had at the Starbucks, the workers are consistently rude and unfriendly when you go through the drive-through. We typically go to the Starbucks to get breakfast on Saturday morning is because it's the closest one to our place and they always seem to put out when we order more than one breakfast item.
