Look no further. Well, look closely for this little powerhouse of a coffee shop, tucked into a side street off US40 in Englewood Ohio. (It's a little tricky to find but you will be so glad you did!) This is a very small cafe. Four tables inside, 3 picnic tables outside, and a drive-thru window. We stopped in to try our luck getting a table and easily scored one inside after ordering 2 iced lattes and 2 breakfast sandwiches. We were prepared to sit outside but got lucky with a table inside. A happy perk indulging me to dine 'in' on a review visit so I can observe interactions with other customers and between employees. The staff is a great team - working together very well and helping to fill orders for the drive-thru window and counter orders. Very impressive overall and a level of service that really stands out - table delivery of drinks and food as soon as they were ready. I also noted 3 'to go' orders handled with the same efficiency. Well done, Cafe 19! The food options exceeded my expectations. Several breakfast options, several lunch options, and a nice baked goods selection. What really makes me love a coffee shop is the coffee, though (of course). The smell of beans being ground and brewed filled the air and our cold choices were lovely. Between the quality of coffee, food and incredibly great service - this has become my favorite coffee shop.

No biggie, sub bacon, coffee with cream and sweetener, (there is no option in the dining room to dress your own coffee), I got coffee with cream and sugar, I can't have sugar but I hoped 2 packs wouldn't kill me. Coffee was drinkable but certainly not good. Hash brown patty was soft, not crispy and completely saturated in oil, the bag was soaked in it. Everything on my sandwich was cold, bacon, egg, cheese completely un melted, biscuit was hard, cold, dry and crumbled everywhere when you tried to take a bite. Food was inedible. As I said I had an hour to kill so, as I was the only person in the dining room I got my phone out. The only female on the crew of 3, not only couldn't shut up, she was running her mouth at high volume, she was even raging one of her coworkers for not using his grownup voice because he wasn't screeching like she was. At one point the phone rang and she screamed "God Damn it", but didn't bother to answer it, so I don't know why she was so mad about it!
