The staff is a great team - working together very well and helping to fill orders for the drive-thru window and counter orders. Another barista was upset with the ones making the online orders over it. The one girl offered free drinks for our issue and scanned my app but never received the free drinks. I used to order at the walk up window but was told online was faster, then when that was an issue with the walk ups getting before mine, I was told drive thru is faster. So who know it?
