I visited this location yesterday and it was very nice however my friend and I were seated outside on the patio. The noise of the landscapers was so loud it was hard to relax and have a conversation. And at one point the landscaper actually came into the patio and began spraying a chemical onto the patio while we were sitting there drinking our coffee. So I'm very mad that I'm only seeing this now on my email that the day I went there, Thursday April 18th at around 1:30 pm and bought a grande iced lavender matcha oat milk latte that I've been wanting to try since they started advertising and with a 1 yr old and another on the way I was really looking forward to this (which may I add was full of ice and 4 small sips later it was done) that day they were offering BOGO ( which I only come to find out when checking my email today Saturday April 20th) I use the app when I remember (hectic mom life over here) and when I pulled up even with past purchases, if I don't know, they don't tell you if there are app specials going on that day. The only way I can compare one Starbucks by another is by their service and their overall business objective. This location business objective seems to focus on the morning rush by having a drive in business. It seems the drive in line moves quickly, which explains why there seems to be very few people in the actual coffee shop in the early morning. It's standard starbucks fare, but this location is good about being quick with your orders. There are a few tables and comfy chairs for studying, hanging out, or people watching, but it's not the biggest location, so spots can fill up fast. There are wireless charging stations - you plug the little loaner ring into your phone and place it on the wireless charging dock. It's nice because you aren't tethered to a wall, but the downside is that when you pick up your phone to use it it stops charging, so you dont get the continuous charge. The place is small so it gets very crowded and lines can take a while, but they move as quickly as they can. It's in a primo location, has a drive through, and participates in mobile ordering .. maybe it is time for them to expand to serve the large number of customers. I love this starbucks and the people who work here! Looking at these reviews I am upset with the review from BRUCE B. As a person who witnessed the situation that he is reviewing, the "banter" that he is referring to is saying the words; f*uck nut, d*ck, b*lls, as well as more profanities over the order box where everyone working could hear. On another occasion he has made an employee cry for saying "no problem" instead of "you're welcome" after said employee had a death in the family. We kindly asked BRUCE B to keep our interactions professional and appropriate due to minors working here, im not sure who the WoKe TrIgGeReD employee is hes speaking of. Unfortunately his ego led him to believe that we were taking away his freedom of speech to make employees cry and uncomfortable. Every time I've been to this Starbucks I've had a poor experience. The only good thing about this place is the hours. None of the staff are friendly, no one smiles, and they're very insincere. I was at this location today and they did not have my mobile order ready, and when I asked about it after ten minutes of waiting the barista continued to text before helping me. The store is also gross most of the time. Theres always garbage everywhere at the tables and the milk stand and just very gross all around. I don't like using the bathroom here either because it's always horrendous. They also let one of the girls have her very long hair down and waving around over the drinks. read more

This isn't the first time I've been disappointed by this Starbucks. But today blew my mind. I was going to a friends house and wanted to get a breakfast tea. I'm in the drive thru and start ordering and then the girl tells me that actually they are out of that tea. So now I have to wait through the drive thru. So I get to the window and ask, 'Would you be able to give me an espresso cup with some milk, I can make a tea at my friends but they don't drink milk'. The girl says no problem, comes back a few minutes later with a tall size, half full and wants to charge me $2.55. I just had to wait thru your drive thru because you can't keep tea bags in stock and then when I ask for literally an ounce of milk you want to charge me $2.55!?! read more

The service was really great! I ordered my drink and they were very nice and very fast making it. There is a lot of space in here for people to sit, study or hang out, even a couple more comfortable couch-y seats in the corner. This is a great place to study, relatively empty for most of the day, just a few rushes where many people come, but it is a drive through Starbucks so most people drive through and don't come in the store. They play music as do all Starbucks but it is not bothersome to studying and is pretty quiet so if you have headphones on you can easily listen to something else. I was here for just around 6 hours and was able to get a lot of work done! I got a venti pink drink with less ice and it was well made and they actually put less ice which is not true of some Starbucks when I order less ice. read more

The people that work here are the nicest, friendliest people ever. They are without a doubt the best Starbucks employees I have ever encountered. The drinks are perfect. It shows that they have an excellent training program and trainers as well as cohesive management to maintain the same quality throughout. I really wanted to like this place since it is near SUNY Farmingdale and it's open until midnight but I did have a bad experience. I went during the day so I had no problem parking although it was a little tricky to get in. The store is set up nicely with that all glass walls decor that Starbucks had been pushing for a while back in 2014~2016. I too a table near an outlet since the Siren no longer seems to have those delightful wireless charging rings that I'm sure got stolen all the time. I had an iced caramel latte that reminded me that I did not love sugar that much and also that was the reason why I no longer ordered the caramel latte. That is not the Starbucks's fault. But having been a Gold level since God knows how long, I finished the latte and asked for a refill of iced black coffee, which you are entitled to for free during the same visit as long as you have not left the store. The shift told me that the refill was only if you had ordered black coffee originally. I know the refill policy is not stressed during training, so I asked him to speak with the manager. The SM/ASM also told me that the original beverage had to be black coffee so I notified her of the Starbucks refill policy-- you can get a refill of coffee or tea regardless of the original beverage-- and offered to pull it up for her. She rudely disregarded my offer and told the shift to ring it up as a refill (as per "Make the moment right"). Then she continued to complain and badmouth me to her coworkers while I was still in the store and well within the earshot of the bar. I get that there are customers who try to make retail workers' lives hell but I was only notifying her of an existing policy. It's a shame because I really wanted to like this store since it was open later. The shift who took my order seemed nice, just misinformed. But because of the manager's treatment I guess I will just work one hour less and make my purchases at another store. read more

The Starbucks there is good the only problem is having a drive through really kills what the store was intended to be. I guess I am the old fashioned type and like just the coffee cafe type instead of this 7-11 rushing drinks out. The people that work there are very friendly but the atmosphere is very loud with music and hardly any outlets to plug in your mobile device. It's your average cookie-cutter Starbucks. The employees are usually expectantly friendly and the drinks are consistent. This location is always extremely busy. Not just the inside either where every table is usually taken up by people, laptops, etc.... But the drive-thru can get really backed up here as well. I'm talking 10-20 cars deep. For coffee?? It's nuts. They should have a drive-thru window on each side of the store like Checkers does. Also... I can understand there was a time when writers would find a quiet nook at a local coffee shop to bust out that last chapter of their novel while pumping their veins with caffeine to meet their deadline. But many of the customers today have become so dependent on their social statuses that they can't head out for a cup of coffee without taking up a table for 4 with their 24" laptop checking their Facebook the entire time. Do their phones not display enough to get them through a simple coffee run??? I mean... I am a total computer nerd AND I love coffee.... But even so... I don't get it!! Anyhow... The drinks are well made. If you like Starbucks, this is a good location to go to. Just be prepared to wait if it's during peak coffee-drinking times. read more

Pros: Open late! I am unfortunately programmed to only be able to productive in a cafe (just anywhere that is not my home) and this Starbucks is open later than any other Starbucks (to my knowledge) in the Nassau County area. Plenty of seating. Large wooden table in the middle (seats 10), with around 7 smaller tables (they seat 2). I estimate around 24 seats (not including high top chairs at the bar). And almost 50% of the tables have the wireless charging port! Service is great. The baristas are friendly and do their job well. Never had a problem before with drinks here! I'm not sure what else you look for in a Starbucks besides late hours, seating, and great service :p Con: Shares a parking lot with the movie theater which makes it impossible to find parking on a busy day (a.k.a when Star Wars/Deadpool came out). But other than that, the lot is spacious and parking is a breeze when the theater is quiet. I meet with clients very often at Starbucks shops. I always love when I can schedule here. Music is on, and you can hear it but still talk over it. It is clean and the staff is friendly. When I consider all of the Starbucks that I go to, there are two standout baristas. Nicole in Bayport and Carolyn at this location. Carolyn has never failed to supply a friendly greeting, a big smile, and conversation. She truly makes this location what it is on my visits here. Friendly, charming, accurate. If I were in a coffee shop or restaurant business, she is exactly who I would want greeting my customers. read more

Ordering inside was incredibly difficult because the music speaker is just above the customer's ears. I kept telling the clerk I couldn't hear her, the music was too loud. Combine that with the plexiglass wall, the clerk wearing a mask (both of which I fully acknowledge as necessary for safety), and the clerk's mumbling, it made ordering very difficult. When we received the order, my Venti tea was grande. I mentioned it and was told that was what I ordered and the girl putting the order out walked away. Really?! No offer to fix it? Pour it in the larger cup, add a few ounces of tea and the customer would have been happy and not writing this post! Oh, and it wasn't busy - we were the only customers inside. I love this Starbucks although I don't get to go very often. I only stop here if I'm going to the movies next to it. The first time I did come here though I was on a double date with my husband (at the time we just started dating) and his friends. When we came here it was a little later and quieter then I've seen this place when I stopped in before a movie. I was impressed with the size of this Starbucks, impressed with the fact that they had a drive through and impressed with the cleanliness. Definitely an awesome Starbucks to hang out in. I honestly dislike this Starbucks location. It's always overcrowded and parking is always a pain due to the movie theater. It used to be so much nicer when it first opened but now it's become sort of worn out, used and abused. It could use some updating and more seating. I hadn't been here in a long time and was surprised to see that they replaced the smaller two and three seat tables with a long cafeteria style wooden table. It's so awful. I went in to get something and sit down but ended up leaving because there was no where to sit and I felt like I was in a high school cafeteria. I was happier sitting in my car! Overcrowded, not enough seating and very odd choice of seating style.. bring back the old tables and chairs please! There are better locations than this one not too far away. read more

This is... a Starbucks. Standard Starbucks menu of lattes, fraps, ect ect. The inside was recently redone so much of the seating area is new. There are also a couple of tables outside that can be quite nice in the summer. I've been going to this Starbucks during my morning commute since it's conveniently on the way and has a drive thru. You have to enter the movie theater parking lot to get to this Starbucks and in the morning the drive thru line can snake right out onto the main road. Overall a solid Starbucks. I wish the seating area and the parking/drivethru situation were a bit better but beggars cant be choosers. read more

Very poor service. Gave me my iced drink without a straw, then ignored me when I asked for one and left me waiting for 5 minutes at the end of the bar. There were like 10 people back there all ignoring me. What else could I possibly be waiting for? In fact, they don't even have a label for it, then they ask for "proof" that you ordered food, which is especially annoying if you're picking up for friends. And drinks take ages to come out.
