I ordered with Caitlin (idk how she spells it) and luckily for me, she was the barista that made it. One of my pet peeves is the ridiculous amount of ice baristas put into the drinks. I am absolutely disgusted by my experience at this Starbucks today. I placed a mobile order for my usual items: a chai tea latte with Oatmilkand two vegan falafel wraps , items I have ordered many times. The label on my bag even said "vegan falafel wraps." When I got back to my car, I bit into the wrap and realized it was CHICKEN ;creamy chicken, not even close to what I ordered. I have been vegan for over seven years, and I have not consumed meat or dairy in that time. I accidentally ate and swallowed meat because of their negligence. When I immediately went back to the store, all I received was a flat, emotionless "oh, I'm sorry" from the employee. No empathy, no concern, no accountability, no offer to make it right. Just indifference. This is not a small mistake , it's a serious dietary violation, and people rely on labeling and accuracy for health, ethical, and religious reasons. Another chilling spot whenever I am at Westbury area. The service is rather good at this location. It's calm and quiet with soft music playing in the store today. Me and my boyfriend came by this location this morning and the service wasn't great. I repeated my order at least 3 times and i understood the girl at the register was new so it didn't bother me, what bothered me was that the order was wrong after I repeated myself 3 times and when I tried to tell them the guy with the glasses caught an attitude. He remade my drink but it just looked like they poured the old one which was hot and made me a "new" iced one. Do better Starbucks. read more

I would just like to say that this is honestly the best Starbucks I have ever been to! Everyone behind that counter was extremely nice and when I expressed my horrible experience at the new location in hempstead turnpike in west hempstead, they were really caring and gave me my drink on the house! they did not have to do that at all and I even insisted on paying for it! besides that, they were so genuinely nice. The staff and coffee would get an easy four stars, but this parking lot is my main issue. For a bigger Starbucks location, the parking lot is minuscule, and the high volume of traffic between Jericho and Glen Cove Rds does not help. I remember years ago my friend parking in this lot and when she came out five minutes later her car had been hit and the culprit had drove away. It was terrible. The parking spots are few and you do not have any maneuver room in the lot. There have been several times when I pull into the lot and have to back up because despite how short I cut my turn I would not fit. It's dangerous, especially if another car is behind you. I've also had to illegally park because there is no place to wait when allowing a car to pull out of their spot, it is so frustrating. The Starbucks is a great size, here is plenty of seating and lots of light coming through the windows. The staff has always been so kind and they're very quick. I know the restaurant next to Starbucks when out of business so maybe Starbucks should consider buying up a little extra space for the parking lot - if possible. read more

It's interesting because this starbucks is located in a major intersection so it is kind of difficult to get to. But of course, this Starbucks gets a lot of customers and are able to maintain a good customer flow. They were also able to maintain a clean store, friendly mannerism and quick but efficient pace! BLASPHEMYYYYYY I heard here that Starbucks is getting rid of the Mocha Cookie Crumble frap? I'm actually traumatized. I tried the S'mores frappuchino for Frappy Hour today (3-5pm half-off fraps until may 10) and although it's good and tastes exactly like good 'ol s'mores by the campfire, it's not as amazing as cookie crumble. So sad. I'm going to be in denial for the next few weeks so I will be asking at other locations just to be sure (yes, delusional. it's fine). Specific to this location, this is the worst parking lot I've ever seen, I almost never find a spot right away. However, it has outdoor tables when weather is good, and a decent amount of comfy seats / tables. Wifi works well too. read more

A very convenient yet busy location. The store itself is laid out well for easy in and out and the baristas are certainly well versed in taking large orders and getting them done post haste! I was told that I was not allowed to park in the eye surgi-center next door which was ridiculous because they have a HUGE parking lot that is NEVER full. Ordered my usual drink for the first time at this Starbucks. The barista got confused and messed up the order. I asked nicely for her to fix my order, explaining what i wanted, and she responded in a very nasty and unprofessional way. She went on a tangent about how it "wasn't her fault my order was confusing" and that "every Starbucks employee would do the same". I have ordered this drink at multiple Starbucks along the east coast and have never had an issue. Seemed like she just didn't feel like doing her job. Won't be going back. This ONE STAR is not for the service or the quality of the goods. The one star is for Starbucks complete lack of logic on choosing this as a location. It's horrible and dangerous. It appears to be the former site if a TINY service station on a super busy corner / intersection of Jericho Turnpuke & Glen Cove Road---where people drive and act like zoo animals on crack, speed, caffeine and anti-psychotic meds. (No; make that psychotic meds.) The parking lot here is cramped and tiny. Getting into it is near impossible from 7:30 AM till 9:00 PM. There is pretty much NOWHERE else to pull over safely and walk over to it either. (This is almost as dangerous as the 7-11 up the road !) Really stupid move Starbucks. And there are many other spots in the area that would have been perfect -- like in the T.J. Maxx shopping center on Glen Cove Road....Or the Big Lots Shopping Center....or across from McDonalds....or just f*cking anywhere but here. read more

The place is clean, cozy, and the staff is helpful, patient and friendly, thus making the visit pleasant. Only downside, the parking can be a bit difficult... This is by far my favorite Starbucks on LI. The staff is wonderful - friendly, efficient and accurate. Unlike many locations they also seem to stay. I haven't seen much staff turnover which is excellent! They go above and beyond to make each experience a positive one. My drink is always perfect and most importantly correct!!! I will say that the Parking Lot is a bit small and can get a little crazy at times. It's too bad it couldn't be converted to a drive through especially since the property next to it has been vacant for a while. Still, it's not enough of a pain to keep me away. I have to say overall I really enjoy Starbucks, it's my favorite place to get coffee or coffee drinks I've been to this location several times and more often than not I find some of the staff is quite unfriendly and even slightly rude. It's a beautiful day out today and I decided I wanted an iced Cold brew I like a lot of ice so I asked to have the ice put in first when the guy making my coffee saw the cup with the request on it he rolled his eyes and made my coffee putting in very little coffee and so much water that I left with it being completely watered down drink, I know I should've said something but I truly hate to complain I watched him do it and thought, maybe this is how you're supposed to make it because of course I don't work at Starbucks so I don't know the procedure I took my coffee and I said thank you and he didn't even acknowledge me or look at me like I was a horrible person for asking for ice first as I said I don't believe this reflects all Starbucks across the board since that most of them I've been treated very well but I believe I will not be returning back to this one again read more
