I lived in Fayetteville for a year and came to this Starbucks almost 5x a week. Friendly staff and great customer service. On Sept. 21, 2010 which was my last day in AR, as i stop by my favorite starbucks for a last cup of venti peppermint ice mocha...the staff here decided to send me on my way with a free one. Fun afternoon this Good Friday with my youngest! This drive through Starbucks is a good location if you need a quick drink. I am typically partial to our local coffee establishments but drive-thru was the necessity at this moment as well as quick access to the bypass on our way home. It's almost comical watching the employees try so hard to avoid making eye contact. I stood for a good five minutes hoping to retrieve my pickup order, which was inexplicably placed behind the counter instead of in the pickup location. Maybe the trick at this location is to use the drive thru so they're forced to interact with you? There are loads of local coffee places one can support instead - use one of them unless you enjoy being made to feel like a huge bother. read more

I decided to go inside to order a coffee and breakfast sandwich instead of going through the drive-through. There were only a couple of patrons inside, nobody in front of me to order, and four employees within sight. I stood at the counter to order for two minutes without being acknowledged, greeted, or without any attempt to take my order. The employee closest to me, who was tatted and tattooed, even made an effort when facing me to avoid eye contact. I was smiling the entire time, waiting to be acknowledged to no avail. I walked out and found a great little place called Old Pine Coffee not far away where I was immediately greeted and served. We arrived at the drive thru at 8:28pm not realizing that the hours had recently been changed, we thought that they were open until 9pm. I placed my truck into Park and turned it off. It's a diesel so it is always difficult to communicate in drive thrus with it running. We set there for approximately two minutes waiting for a response from the speaker. I finally said "Hello" and We finally get a response saying "we are sorry but this facility closes at 8:30." So the crew literally ignored us and waited until 8:30 to respond to us to tell us that they were now closed. Pathetic!!! read more

In a pinch, I reluctantly chose Starbucks for my morning coffee. At the drive thru, I asked if the blonde roast was available and was told yes. "Blonde roast with only cream," I ordered. "Would you like sugar?" "No, just cream." Window: "I'm sorry. We don't have blonde roast. Would medium be okay?" "Sure." Got coffee, drove off immediately because of honking cars in line behind me. First sip: disgusting. Not exaggeration. It was not good. So bad. After a moment, I realized they didn't add cream. I tasted the pure Starbucks coffee they dress up with lots of sugar and flavors for the masses. The cream would have helped tremendously, but they forgot that important step. Instead, I wasted $4 (tip included) on the worst coffee in recent memory. But the employees (intercom and window) were nice and swift, hence the two stars. But really, their coffee is really, really bad. I wish 7 Brews had more locations. I tried their coffee last week in Rogers and it was dang good coffee. Starbucks is usually pretty consistent when it comes to coffee, which is great when you need an afternoon pick me up. But this location was not exactly impressive. The drive thru line was incredibly long so we thought it would be faster to go inside. We ordered 4 holiday drinks- and our barista taking the order was efficient and friendly. However it took WAY to long for the rest of the process. There were 2 baristas making coffee both appeared to be a little inexperienced and were dropping things like the whipped cream container and then picking them back up and using them (yikes germs). The manager seemed frazzled and was trying his best, but not too impressed with this location. Don't go inside if your in a rush, it will likely be faster to wait it out in the drive thru. read more

Anyways I try not to write a review after one bad experience but every tine I come to this Starbucks and have this one specific male barista he's a total ass. I'm sorry. But like I've been a server for many years. He has zero customer service. And not only that but he has gotten my basic drink order wrong twice now. I stopped and tasted it today looked at him and attempted to get his attention. Once I was able to he I asked if it had sweetner ( which I wanted) he said yes, it did not. However, here are some things to know about this one. -it's tiny -- not a great place to study -it's freezing -- not a great place to do anything -it does NOT have wifi -- why not? that's so 2000 and late. This is my favorite study location. I find that a lot of the male baristas can be less-than-pleasant, but the female baristas are usually very welcoming and kind and don't treat you like you're a burden(I go there a lot, and this is pretty much the norm). Dorian is the best barista. She remembers my name and treats everyone very well. She also helped me to muster up the courage to ask for my gold card free refills, something I'd been afraid of doing for far too long. read more

Ordered a caramel latte. After waiting 14 minutes for it to be made, I received a regular latte with caramel drizzle on top. When I asked the barista if it was a caramel latte she said no and she didn't know how to make a caramel latte but said she'd remake it. I didn't have time to wait so told her no and left (threw away my drink). When I looked at the cup, the person who took the order put in the notes latte with caramel drizzle and charged me extra for drizzle. While the barista was nice and offered to remake it, the store was very slow and the guy taking orders needs work on communication when I repeat my order more than once. read more

well the drive through for this location is In a poor spot. This Starbucks needs to work on there speed of service or have more people in the building to help dedicate work for the drive thru and people dedicated to making drinks inside. Peek hours are very lacking on time. There should also be more of a personable care or feel to the cashiers. Make or female doesn't matter.
