I used to come here all the time, but I stopped. Well, I'm back and glad I stopped by. They have many new drinks. I don't drink coffee, but I love their refreshers. I ordered the mango, strawberry, lemonade refresher. My husband ordered the caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino blended beverage with no whip cream. Our drinks were delicious. Hit or miss service mostly miss , the guy handed my husband his coffee at drive thru window the lid was no on coffee spilled all over my husband' hand no problem! Next ordered 6 munchkins got 3 , ordered a large decaf got very old medium coffee I just poured it out . You never know if the coffee is so old you can't drink k it once you pay and drive off . Slowest Starbucks I have ever visited in my life. I'm talking about waiting 20 minutes for a hot chocolate, when the order was put in on the mobile app at least 5 minutes before arriving. This location in lower Fayetteville. The staff is Great. Not a very large store, but they do have ample seating to come work on your computer. I love when they have promotions.. Got a reusable Holiday cup. Happy Hour here I come. Plenty of parking .outdoor seating and drive thru. In plaza with Publix and Chase..cant miss it. Only reason for 4 stars. I'm a new father and decided to venture out with our 6 mo old by myself for the first time today. I was able to get the baby to sleep and load her in the car AND pre-order drinks on the mobile app so I was feeling really good about myself...until... I pulled up in the drive thru line about 545 this evening and realized that I had ordered from the wrong Starbucks location and there was no way I could take the baby all the way to the one I accidentally ordered from. So I reordered the same order I had already paid for at the other location now at this location in Fayetteville. As I pulled to the window the baby was waking up crying and I was flustered...while I was searching on my phone to find the app to repay for this order, I mentioned to the young gentleman at the window my mistake... He immediately said it was no problem and they'd take care of it! After checking the order number he provided me the order as the baby was about to erupt. I was mortified I didn't have any cash for a tip but he was kind as can be wishing me both a merry Christmas and happy new year. I travel for work and visit a lot of locations, but this is the worst Starbucks I've experienced. Back during Christmas they were out of everything. I know supply chain issues are a real thing, but that can't be the excuse every time. Y'all are always out of everything. I try to give grace to that though, but what doesn't make sense is the poor quality of service, lack of consistency, and getting orders wrong as often as this location does. Sometimes your name is on the item, most of the time it isn't. Today they called the wrong names and gave out wrong orders. There was a line outside, but inside was not busy. When I do visit this location, I ALWAYS go inside because of how frequent my order has been incorrect (I often have to go inside anyways to get the order corrected). Today I asked a question about rewards and stars and the barista didn't know the answer. Instead of saying, "I don't know the answer, but I'll find out", we were quickly dismissed. I had to step out of line and google the answer for myself. This shows a lack of training and poor management. Your employees need to know more about your products and what you offer. Ambiance wise, the store is often dirty and trash is on the floor. When I see this it often makes me wonder the actual condition and cleanliness of your kitchen area. This is a small location, it shouldn't be that hard to keep in decent working order. The drinks today were fine, but we still had to work to figure out which order was ours because twice the name was called that didn't match the drinks and food order. Unfortunately it's the closest location to my place, so it's the most convenient, but I'd still rather drive across town to pay equal (or even more) for a better customer experience. read more

The good: customer service is exceptional-excluding the tall heavy set Afro American guy who never smiles. For the most part, baristas are patient and amenable to creative drink selections. The drinks are good and made correctly. A nice place to bring your laptop and get some work done with noise canceling headphones. The bad: cleanliness or the lack thereof. Lots of fruit flies. Dirty tables and seating in the dinning area. I usually bring my own wipes and clean up b4 I sit down. Also, sometimes staff is seen in the dinning area changing the trash near the entrance, which is in view of customers. They don't wear gloves when changing the trash and I've observed them restocking drinking stir sticks with the same uncovered dirty hands they just used to change the trash. I thought I had visited and reviewed every Starbucks coffee in Atlanta. Apparently I was wrong. Driving through I found yet another Starbucks. I decided to be a human and go inside to order. I visited the restroom first which appears to have been hit hard during the breakfast rush. No one has been in to take care of it yet. Approaching the counter I was greeted quickly and my order take right away. The lady working was very nice and make the transaction easy. I waited just 3 or 4 minutes for my coffee and out the door I went. My non fat upside down iced caramel macchiato was perfect ! I'd go back if I had the opportunity. read more

This is my spot. I come between 5-7 times a week, I frequent in the mornings due to my schedule but it is just so refreshing walking in somewhere and feeling appreciated for your business. I also feel like my money is spent on quality product; if you don't like the price, Dunkin and their cheap brown water is right down the street. But as far as this location goes, I drive past the one across the street from my job because of the people at this store. It is by far my favorite and the BEST Starbucks I've ever been to, and I've been to ALOT all over. I love this Starbucks simply because the staff is so friendly. For example, mistakes are bound t happen but they always are quick to correct them and have a pleasant attitude. I also appreciate that during the morning rush hour they always have their A-Squad (the fastest people) working. This makes it a lot easier to get through. Another thing I like about this Starbucks is that it's always really clean inside despite the amount of traffic they get throughout the day. Lastly, occasionally I do meet friends here for quick meetings and there is a cute bar top to sit at to talk. Also I will sometimes sit outside after church which is really nice as well. This place is only good depending on who is working that day. Today's experience was frustrating and it's not the first time it has happened. I ordered my drink and was told it would be right out. I was not asked my name or anything. Nobody was in line in front of me. I waited 5 minutes and went up there and saw a drink that looked like mine on the "to go/ pick up" shelf with no labels on it. I've visit this location several times. Sadly, today will be my last visit. On two occasions the barista insists on making my coffee with regular or 2% milk. I always order my lattes and macchiato with fat-free milk. Two weeks ago I ordered a triple nonfat hazelnut macchiato. After taking two sips of my coffee, my stomach begins to upset. I knew after the first sip that something wasn't right the second sip was just to make sure that my coffee was made with regular milk. I returned to the shop and I explain to the barista that she had made my coffee with regular milk after I requested my coffee to be made with fat-free milk. A apology was given and an apology was received. Today I revisit this same location and the same barista was working. Well, I thought I watch to make sure that my triple nonfat hazelnut macchiato was made with fat free milk as I requested. When the barista grab a Venti size cup, she use 2% milk and topped it off with fat-free milk and call my name. I explain to her that the order that she completed couldn't be my order. I ordered my coffee once again with fat-free milk and proceeded to explain to her that she made the same mistake on my last visit. She proceeded to make my order once again, and my order was wrong. She didn't even add the hazelnut flavoring. After being in the shop for 30 minutes I request a refund. Soooo disappointing. read more

This starbucks is unpredictable. Certain baristas can make a certain drink well, and then another will make it horribly. For example, pink drinks from this location are almost always made with not enough coconut milk and are so strong and sweet they are undrinkable. When asked to alter or adjust the drink, certain baristas are very reluctant to help. Especially one barista I see in there frequently. I wish these baristas were trained to be able to make the drink correctly and consistently, and that there were fewer variations when ordering them. They often do not heat up pastries when I ask for them to be. Very poor service and rude attitudes. read more

They don't smile, they act like they don't even want to be there and when they screw up your coffee they roll their eyes at you and just give you another one without even asking what your order was.. I tried this location a couple of times thought they were just having a bad day. Not the case, they were rude everytime I've gone there.

So it's after the holidays, only one customer in line. I place my order. The guy on register was great. I get to the condiments bar, the half and half pitcher is empty. No problem, it's understandable. The problem was when I stood at the pickup counter and was completely ignored. Coffee cup in hand, pitcher in front of me, while "Jermaine" came right up in front of me and proceeded to assist the one customer ahead of me then four, yes 4 customers with orders after mine. I hadn't moved an inch away from where I stood. I made eye contact with the four men working behind the counter. There were two female employees, both not behind the counter at the time I was there. I looked to see if the customer line had increased, nope. Only one new customer waited. Three cars in the drive thru came and left in the 7 minutes I stood there. Now to be fair I did check the time when I first walked up with my coffee. I have to be at my next appointment within the next half hour. I looked at my watch when the drive thru barista asked me what I needed. The creamer isn't the issue here. It's the lack of customer service. They aren't aware that I've taken issue with their unprofessionalism. I'm sure this job is just a stepping stone in the pursuit of a career for them somewhere else. At a guess, their ages range from the most polite guy ( on register ) late teens, to the other 3 guys in their twenties. I've been in customer service for the past 30 years. You never know when a secret shopper may approach your counter. On the one positive part of this visit, the young man on register was Austin.
