Alexis and other crew members were so helpful and kind. Stopped by on my way to airport needing a pick me up coffee and thats when Alexis recommended her signature coffee. I'm normally a mocha girlie however I decided to step outside my comfort zone and just asked to order her favorite coffee. Amazing customer service! If you're in the area & Yanni is working on the drive-thru, she will make your day better! She's incredibly patient & answers all the questions. She gives great recommendations as well. Overall, if I'm in the area again, I would visit this location again. Never order anything from Dunkin' Donuts for delivery. You are highly unlikely to receive anything, and you won't know that your order has been canceled until a few moments before it's supposed to be delivered. Horrible service! Placed order with Grubhub at 7 AM and was told that it could not be delivered until 945. At 9:41 received a notice that my order had been canceled because there was one item that they did not have. No other option except total cancellation and refund. About five minutes later I get a call telling me again the reason for the cancellation, but again, no options to substitute or cancel a single item. I think they deserve no stars, but the least I can give us one. read more

This rating is based on the customer service well LACK thereof that I just received. I originally ordered breakfast to go but when I reached my destination, I noticed a weird smell from my sandwich and it didn't smell like Turkey. After my appt. I returned the sandwich and explained to the cashier what happened. She checked the sandwich and said "it's Turkey" I said ok well I don't want it and would like to change my order. She walked away, spoke to whom I assume was a manager, came back and asked me what I wanted. She walked over to that person again, explained my request, came back (still rude and short) and said ok. Inconsistent I'm the Duke () here so I must know a little something. Order a breakfast sammy and a couple bread circles . My sammy wasn't warm through and the cheese hadn't started to melt so I explained that to the cashier as I handed it back.. His response? "We cooked it properly." Tbh, I don't care if you surged it across the surface of the sun in a magic skillet, it's not completely and evenly warmed. Horrible! Every single time I go to this location it's during the day before 2:30pm and they are always out of donuts. I went today at 2:10 and they were out again of what we wanted so we ordered something else. Issues are: 1. I ordered 10ct munchkin and asked for it to be reheated. I was given hard cold 9 count munchkin. I asked if he reheated he said, "I think I did." I asked if I could get them reheated he said he couldn't take mine back so he would get me more. 2nd set of munchkins were reheated but it was only 7. I also asked about price I was charged 2.90 for a 10 count but they are advertised for 2.00. He claimed that this was the new price. I asked if I could get for advertised price on menu he said no. This is a PSA to help revive GOOD customer service. Mistakes will happen. When you make an error/mistake what makes the BIGGEST impression is how you resolve the error/mistake. This is relevant to business and personal interactions. I was given the wrong muffin this morning at this location and returned to get a refund. I would have expected a response something like: I apologize for our error and inconvenience. Here is $5 so that your next muffin is on us. The manager's response in summary: Is that all? I hand her my app, "do you have your card on you?" I try to explain my frustration with her response. She responds by sharing her "problems": "ma'am I have employees in training. I just spilled a drink." She never acknowledged that I used my time and gas to return due to their error. When you make an error/mistake: Acknowledge it and take ownership. Then take action to correct the error and do something a little extra for the inconvenience you caused to the other party. I am giving 1 star because I've had multiple issues at this location. In fairness it is not due to this single interaction. They repeatedly fill their drinks half way and I've addressed this with them as well. I'm just fed up and I think I'm done patronizing this location. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts has progressively gone downhill over the last few months. I don't even live close to this dunkin but it became my go-to because they ALWAYS used to get my coffee right. Even through the attitudes and everything I still preferred this location because they got it right every time. Recently that hasn't been the case. I don't know who hired this new batch of people but they have consistently gotten my drinks wrong EVERY TIME for a month now! There's some young man in there with no name tag that always has such terrible customer service and sounds like he's ready to argue at any given moment.. even at hello! Today I had two cold brews made, one cake batter, one caramel cold brew. The cake batter coffee was white like the color of milk & tasted like medicine & my caramel cold brew wasn't caramel. It tasted like cream and sugar. I brought it in for a remake, and the same guy was ready to debate about how our drinks were right, but I'm the one drinking it... who drinks the same drink EVERY. DAY. I can tell when it's wrong. We asked for someone else to remake it and some young lady made it. We asked why was it so creamy and she told us that their creamer machine needed to be recalibrated & then proceeded to give us drink just as white as before & the cold brew still tasted non-existent. At this point I'm convinced that Dunkin' Donuts hires literally anybody and I won't be back to a dunkin at ANY location ever. It's the same anywhere you're at. Tennessee, Georgia, Florida... it's all the same. I will happily dish out the couple extra dollars at Starbucks. Dunkin Donuts for a quick Saturday morning pick up on the way to run errands. I chose this location because it was on the way to the credit union. The parking lot was full and drive thru had a line wrapped around the building. The parking lot was clean. The line moved really quick. The menu board was easy to read and the specials were advertised. The customer service was great. The young lady at the window made sure everything was right and complete. She was very patient and never looked like she was too busy for the next customer. I ordered a large coffee with cream and splenda,large butter pecan iced coffee with cream and sugar and two bacon,egg and cheese croissants. The coffee was perfectly made,the temperature was good. My son enjoyed his iced coffee. The bacon egg and cheese croissants were okay. The croissant was perfect,the egg was to fake and the bacon wasn't crispy enough. I have moved to many cities/states due to military and had my share of Dunkin' locations. This one has had the worst customer service thus far. Came to the drive through and asked for my usual Iced Caramel Craze latte. She then proceeds to say "Did you want the Latte or the Caramel Craze Signature??" Feeling a bit crazy..as if I haven't ordered this item a million times, I proceed to say, "Uhhh.. as long as it's iced and says Caramel Craze." She says, "Okay so the Caramel Craze *SIGNATURE* latte." Yeah.. apparently that's not what I asked for. Let me make sure I say Signature next time so I don't get the attitude. But it continues.. get up to the window, pull out my app and realize I have a reward for a Medium signature latte, I ordered a small and asked if I could switch to a Medium. She says with another attitude, "Well, it's been made already" turns away and looks at another worker and says "Now, she wants to change to a medium!" (You could add all the huffs/puffs/eye rolls in there..but you get the jist) To sum this up after forgetting about my app and just wanting to get out of this location's drive thru..They give me my drink which was in a medium cup but the ice filled the whole cup. Kid you not, top to bottom FILLED, extra extra ice.. In other words, they made a small and put more ice to have it fit in a medium. ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT, it tasted like a regular caramel latte. I try to see the best in everyone, so maybe she was having a horrible day, but the line was empty, it wasn't busy at all and to continue to treat/talk to people in such a matter does not make moral sense. Needless to say, worst location I've been to so far and now consistently go to the other Dunkin' closer to the Pavillion.. or really any other one than this one. Yesterday I went through the drive- thru (per usual) & ordered a large hot chocolate. I always wait until I get to work to partake to give it time to cool down & when I did, to my surprise it was watered down. I called back SUPER UPSET & spoke with Miss Ann. I angrily explained my situation & she nicely told me to come back & she would fix it. I showed up the next morning & she made EVERYTHING right! She even asked me if I had ever tried a vanilla latte chai tea or sumthing fancy like that. I told her no & she made me a small cup. It was good!! This Dunkin isn't the best and the donuts don't taste that fresh but anyways I wanted to give it another try and order for delivery on Yelp I ordered 12 count donuts I can't quite remember what I ordered since I'm reviewing this 8 months later but anyways I ordered some donuts in the Yelp app the donuts arrived very quickly exactly 20 minutes from the time that I ordered them they delivery driver was friendly and wore a mask I brought the doughnuts inside and I received the wrong donuts totally different from the ones that I ordered which was very disappointing. Currently closed while undergoing renovations (as of 12/3/12). My best guess is that the ladies working here had exceeded the width of the doors and the space behind the counters, so the owner decided to do a full upgrade instead of just widening the passages. Common for entire counter staff to take smoke breaks at picnic tables in front of entrance. Classy. Each time I've gone, I've had to pass through a Stygian Newport fog on my way into the building, and then wait for one of the girls to waddle in and take my order. One girl previously working here who was actually kind of cute (in a Lydia Deetz, but more exotic, sort of way) had once asked me to visit her blog when I had the chance. When I got around to it, I learned all manner of fun facts about her struggles with heroin addiction. Suddenly, being morbidly obese didn't seem so bad... Nevertheless, I suggest that the staff not take full advantage of their daily doughnut allowance in the future. As for their offerings, as with all DD, I prefer their cake doughnuts to Krispy Kreme, but nothing else, and on price and flavor, they can't come close to your average Cambodian shop.
