This is a new location and has become my favorite Starbucks in Flagstaff! Not only is the location convenient for those of us in Timberline and Doney Park as well as coffee lovers coming in from the Navajo Nation, but the location is perfect for me to get my stuff and get on I-40! Customer service is stellar with many of the best employees from some of the other locations and my mobile orders are always ready when I arrive! I always receive a warm greeting and there is plenty of parking available! I love their ham, cheddar and peppers sous vide egg bites in addition to their dark roast in the morning! I tend to get a little complex with my ice tea orders and they always get it right! So happy for this location! read more

Friendly staff and nice store but slow service inside, etc. The bathroom needs some elbow grease to clean the grime off the sink.

I just came through and stopped for a drink that cost almost 7 dollars and I left a $1.50 tip- after I paid, after I tipped her, then I was told that the drink that I ordered wasn't available and was offered something else that was just a "caramel Frappuccino" and I reluctantly took it and left. I then realized that this drink is not flavored at all it taste like water and ice and whip cream. there's like a drizzle of caramel on top of it on a Venti drink! Please learn how to make the drinks that are nationwide across-the-board supposed to be the same taste and same look. It's not hard!! and don't take people's hard earned money smile in their face and then give them a cup of pure garbage that's horrible fucking customer service!! Stopped on way out of town via the drive thru. Friend ordered Carmel macchiato upside down and I the Pikes Peak coffee. They got order wrong and we had to turn back. The friend got a plain french roast coffee. When we went back and she actually went in, they were aware of the mistake. All was corrected in a matter of minutes and we were on our way. read more
