The chocolate banana turnover was the perfect pairing and highly recommended. Came to Cedar House to get some coffee a pastry and to get some work done. I found parking in a nearby neighborhood. They had all the classic coffee offerings and lots of pastry options, both savory and sweet. They had a number of gluten free choices as well. Love that they make their pastries in house. I ordered a flat white and a blueberry scone and both were tasty. It was fun looking at the local arts and craft they had for sale. A number of indoor and outdoor seating options. read more

Cedar House is always a treat when we visit flagstaff. Their lattes are creative and tasty, and they have baked goods including some gluten free. It's a cute shop with a gorgeous view especially when there's snow on the mountains. Parking can be a little tricky sometimes and the last few times we've been they didn't have a public bathroom available (if either of those matter). Check them out! read more

I've tried a couple other coffee shops went visiting Flagstaff and decided to venture out a little bit further from the downtown neighborhood and found Cedar House! I was instantly drawn to their seasonal menu. Raegan was so sweet and helpful and willing to answer all of our questions and customize our drink so it turned out Perfect for us. We tried the pumpkin butter latte and the speculoos latte both half sweet with unsweet almond milk. Typically at other coffee shops, if I order a flavored latte half sweet, I have to compromise on the flavor and usually cannot taste it. But at Cedar House, the flavor was still strong despite not being very sweet which was exactly how I hoped it would turn out! I definitely recommend Cedar House to locals and visitors and will definitely come back next time I'm in town! read more

I was disappointed after reading all reviews raving about this place. I ordered the matcha and it was very sweet and milky so I politely asked if I could get another drink and I was willing to pay anything extra if I needed to. The girl with red and black hair had a horrible attitude which did not help the experience. I hope she has a better day. I was so happy to discover this coffee shop with such a short stay in Flagstaff. They are known to have the best pastries in town and WOW, this was no lie. The staff was so knowledgeable and helpful in deciding best drink choices. They were both incredibly kind and prompt in making the drinks. I loved the atmosphere of this location- so many items to shop from and it felt like a home away from home. I decided to go with the Wicked latte and the ube did not disappoint. It was a phenomenal mix with the coconut latte. The pumpkin spice chai was unbelievable and I am going home to try and find something similar. Hidden gem in Flagstaff! This place is vibes for days, with every single corner of the shop oozing with character. Very cozy and welcoming. The coffee was delicious (I had a hazelnut or pistachio-sort of drink, forget exactly what it was), but y'all, can we talk about the PASTRIES for a minute? Absolutely gorgeous, and tasted just as good as they looked! I had a cream-filled "cruffin" (croissant-muffin hybrid) that was phenomenal, a savory pepperoni pastry that was excellent, and only wished I could have sampled everything else in their bake case. Such a cute electric shop! Phone did not eat first but my husband and I shared the sausage roll and the double chocolate muffin. The sausage roll was incredible--a big juicy sausage wrapped in a crispy, flaky, buttery croissant. I ordered my go-to sugar free vanilla latte. This is a very cute, quaint place. Be warned that I did not see a bathroom, however. Lol When you walk in there are beautiful backdrops that are very Instagram worthy to document your adventure. The staff were all very friendly and upbeat. The pastry selection was heavenly - so hard to choose just one! We ordered the sausage roll (sausage in a croissant crust) - that was tasty. First time trying this spot and it was pretty packed so I was hopeful that it was going to be good. I went pretty basic and just ordered a drip coffee and a chocolate almond croissant. I wish that they would have had a pour over option but they didn't. Coffee was fine, nothing to write home about. I didn't end up eating the croissant until later on and I thought that it was good but once again nothing super special. I'm sure it would have been much better fresh and warmed up. I can see this being a nice little neighborhood coffee spot but parking is extremely limited so keep that in mind. read more

The croissant was toasted and every bite was crispy. Coffee Cake - very cakey, soft, and moist. I think it would have been better if it was heated up. Feta Spinach Pastry - this was also very good. It wasn't too cheesy, very dense, and soft. Cafe Latte - was one of my least favorite drinks but it did the job. Iced Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew - I loved the flavor it had a very unique and strong pumpkin flavor. The only aspect I didn't like about it is I got the large size and the whole cup was filled with ice... It's a descent coffee shop. The pastries I've tried have all been delicious--muffins, sausage rolls, puff pastries... My wishes they'd fix? Parking is extremely limited (only 4 spaces if customers park well), very limited street parking and difficult for anyone with a mild handicap such as I have. Seating and tables...there is one couch that is comfortable and has a coffee table; The remaining chairs and couches are fitting with the decor but need to be replaced as they are extremely uncomfortable--the metal chairs are cold and narrow, and the two settees on a raised platform have no padding and I could feel the coils in one of them read more
