This location can be a pain getting in and out of. The parking lot can become congested, and when you leave you can only turn right onto Lindbergh. The drive thru ordering kiosk wasn't working so all customers had to go inside. The inside is small, and narrow, so with so many customers inside it felt quite congested. I ordered my drink ahead of time and was told it would be ready by 9:07 am. I went in around 9:13am and my drink was still not made. I asked a barista if my drink was ready and they told me i would be up next. The barista that made my drink was so polite, courteous and had an amazing attitude. She wrote the cutest little note on my cup, being that it was my birthday, made me feel special!!! read more

Last week I had one of the worst experience at this location. Garbage cans were overflowing up front, touching sugar and sweetener packages. Restrooms were dirty, with one of them having the roll of toilet paper on the floor and the other completely out. I informed the Barista, her response took me by surprised. At first, she looked very confused about what I was saying, so i repeated it differently, her statement was, "we'll clean it at the end of of the night." I repeated her response back, and she shoved her shoulders stating, "that's when we do our cleaning." Wow, Got it, customers will have to use dirty restrooms with no toilet paper for several hours. I was there for hours, there was "downtime" where someone could of atleast replaced the toilet paper. read more

Horrible. I had to wait awhile to get my coffee here. They served all the drive through before doing mine. They did mine while they were on down time. So I guess it would be faster and easier for me to get my order if I were to go through drive through. Unorganized, how come they don't have some for drive through and in house? Yes horrible. I've been going to this Starbucks for a while and as with any drive-through place it can be a hit or miss, but most times decent service. It sucked to see TWO employees spend a good 2 minutes rubbing the dog in the car in front of me and then hand me my coffee with this same hand on top of the coffee top that I'm expected to drink from. Super disgusting. One of the employees were my fav, but I had to call to say something because that's horribly disgusting. When I called, the manager, Katie hung up on me. Definitely won't be returning to the doggy coffee shop. Ppl and animals and the sanitation cross-over is getting crazy and YES, I have a dog myself, but keep VERY strict boundaries; that do not include me contaminating place that people have to put their mouths (food and drinks). read more

This location is TRASH !!!!! Today i visited this location before taking my children to school, my daughter ordered a grande carmel ribbon crunch no whip. I proceeded to order a ham and cheese croissant and a venti water with a scoop of strawberries. JayJay told me rudely that they have to charge me regular price. I asked him to please remove it and i will go to another location. I order this same item every morning from the location closest to my job in OFallon and never have this issue. Here i was taking my children to the one in our community and of course trash poor service. It's way too early to be negative and have an attitude. Did i mention they messed up the one drink we had by adding whip cream and i will say the older gentleman at the window apologized and offered to remake it. Moral of the rant is why cant be we get the same service in our communities. Greeted with a smile, and positive energy. Sucks to spend money for bad service or have to drive further for a better experience. Jayjay needs to a different job, maybe washing dishes not working front line with your guest. RUDE. I went today through the drive thru. I ordered a grande brwn sugar oakmilk shaken expresso with my cup lined in caramel. It was NOT made right so I got back in the drive thru line and explained at the intercom. I was not rude in anyway. I'm use to it just being remade without an issue whatsoever so no need to be nasty. Well I get up to the windows and a Caucasian girl come up to the window with ALL ATTITUDE AND NECK ROLLING. Asking me what's wrong with the drink? The same thing I just explained at the intercom to whoever asked how they could help me. I told her I didn't taste the expresso in it and the cup wasn't lined with caramel. She was giving me back and forth about it and she eventually remade it and bought it back saying it was made fresh. She purposely went back and added sooooo much expresso that I couldn't even enjoy it. She did also line the cup with caramel and she had an attitude when she gave it back to me still. I've never reviewed a Starbucks location before even though I'm a very regular customer of many different locations around STL and while traveling. I am SO impressed by this location and by Brian (I think he is the manager of this location) and wanted to post about the amazing customer service. Every time I come to this location, Brian introduces himself over the speaker before I order, then repeats my order back to me. Once I'm at the window, he always makes a great effort to have a genuine conversation. So this is my regular Starbucks location and they have done a good job with my online orders. Everything is always ready and made just like I like it when I arrive for pick up. I've only had one snafu at this location, bad blueberries for my oatmeal. But they made it right on my next visit and have been very consistent since. I'll definitely keep visiting. read more

This is my daily stop. My singular complaint is this: there is one barista who is most unfriendly. He never greets you, never says "thanks" or have a great day. He shoves your items through the window and immediately turns away as if he has better things to do. Didn't catch a name, but he's a tall man, close shaved (or possibly bald) head. Someone needs to teach him what good customer service looks like. Every other person at this location is upbeat and friendly...except for him. read more

This is a brand new store- just opened 5/7/16. There are 2 parking spots in front, and 2 handicap parking spots in front. There is a huge parking lot behind the building (and there is a rear entrance in the store). There is a drive-thru. I was immediately greeted upon entering. My drink was prepared before I was even done paying. The pastry case was well-stocked (even in early afternoon). There are 2 huge communal tables in the center of the store, lots of tables around the perimeter, 3 comfy chairs near the front door, and a huge patio. read more

This rating is based solely upon service. I frequent this particular Starbucks often as it is close to work/school/home. I typically pick up beverages in the morning while placing an order using the Starbucks app which is super easy and convenient. I'm not sure of the gentlemen's name who works the drive thru but he is an absolute pleasure as he offers excellent service with a side of humor. I adore the service but if someone can make me smile BEFORE my coffee and while I tackle traffic on North Lindbergh then they're alright with me! Oh! The Unicorn Frap was delicious! read more

I wouldn't go back to this location. I have always know Starbucks to be really diverse and friendly. Well not today I order a drink that was out of season per the drive thru cashier and the manager. I just order this drink less than 5 days ago she told me that's the price she is sticking to it. The staff at this location are the worst..... they can't get the drinks right for nothing..... this morning I stopped in to get a peppermint mocha latte, not only was it bitter and nasty but it was missing peppermint. They are so lucky I didn't have time to turn around and go back but I will be returning it when I get off work at 8pm.... this is not the first time they have messed up..... I normally order a matcha green tea lemonade, one day after I choked on dry powder that came thru the straw, I asked the manager why they didn't shake it up, she said they can't..... long story short, it was shaken up that day.
