They offer flights, hand made syrups, and plenty of milk and sweetener options. Even their batch brew is Chemex and never actually batch. Periodically, they have special releases, like mead barrel aged coffee or specialty micro lots and innovative processing styles. It's the only shop I know which carries cascara (tea made from coffee cherries). They have excellent baked food from Mr Meowski's, if that's your jam. All coffee is light roasted. Our coffee and food were good, but having been there before, we knew they would be. What I enjoy just as much as the menu items, is looking at the beautiful clothing that some of the women wear. I don't know all the correct words for the traditional clothing they wear and don't want to be disrespectful and use the wrong words! But some of them are absolutely gorgeous! Some of the men also wear their traditional clothing. I make an effort to not look too much, but some of the garments are hard to look away from!
