The barista acted extremely confused when I ordered an "iced americano" and painfully confused when I asked for it "half decaf" - then I tried to get a bag of whole bean decaf coffee to go, asked them what kind they had (I was in drive thru) and first barista had to go get 2nd barista. 2nd barista said "oh what? This location is always understaffed and slow. Drinks are most often made incorrectly so check before leaving! Most employees are friendly, but that's the only positive I can give. The baristas are extremely confrontational and rude. Not an organized coffee shop/ business. Rebecca who works there should not be in the business of serving the public very rude. I would be scared to go back because I would think she, herself would do harm to the drinks. Discrimination against the African American race and a lot of African Americans spend a lot of money in this establishment just like any other. The situation that happens there today could've gotten out of hand due to the negligence and lack of care for customers. I will never step foot into this establishment and they have so many violations and store needs to be cleaned daily throughout business hours. Incredibly slow service. We were here around 8pm on Sunday June 4th and waited no less than 10 minutes for 2 Grande cups of decaf coffee. And they were ordered 5 min in advance via the mobile app. Worse, when the 2 drinks were handed to us, they were now barely warmer than the bath water you'd prepare for your toddler. Avoid this location if you need your drink fast or hot... at least on a Sunday evening. Can't vouch for the other days, but if they are half as bad on a work morning, you are better off driving 10 minutes out of your way to a different Starbucks location. read more

I've been going to this Starbucks for just over three years (spoiler alert, it's the only one around unless you want to go inside Kroger). I will say, currently they have the nicest staff I've seen yet. Everyone is super kind and my drinks are always right (very different from the past). This Starbucks is always slow! The drive thru wait is a minimum of 20 minutes. If you decide to go inside to avoid the long wait at the drive thru, you are waiting another 20 minutes minimum. Saturday, 12:30pm, 9-3-16 Like others mentioned, this place is slow like a turtle. We wanted sparkling teas & know that it will take a longer to make so we decided to go to drive-thru to give them time to fizz up the drinks. Well, they are out of carbonation so we okay with it. Ordered 3 simple tea lemonade & by the time we got to the window, they just started to make the teas. Not only that, they didn't make it correct nor took the order for peach green tea lemonade correct. Ordered 2 passion tea lemonade with 2 pumps classic light ice but what i got was not light ice & was sweet with all the 4 classic sweetener (not lightly sweet with 2 classic). Then for the peach green tea lemonade, asked for 2 pumps & light ice but was not light ice & OVERLY sweet. They added 2 pumps of classic on top of the peach syrup flavoring. Shouldn't they know that when ask for 2 pumps in peach green tea, they should put 2 peach only? Well enough of drinks, talking about effectiveness of getting the drinks out is another story. I have been to several Starbucks in my years and this has to be one of the friendliest but the least educated. I went the other night requesting a White Chocolate Nonfat Peppermint Mocha only to find out that they were out of Peppermint and didn't expect more in for a few days. Well I had already driven the 14 miles to get there so I chose another holiday favorite, Nonfat Egg Nog Latte. When I received my drink you could feel the heat burning my fingers through the sleeve which told me it was definitely fresh, hot and ready to drink. What it didn't tell me that the espresso inside was BURNT. I seriously took two drinks of my Venti sized drink and threw the rest out. I hate giving bad reviews, but this Starbucks is really bad. I am a HUGE fan of Starbucks and for the most part I am always satisfied with a Starbucks trip. I've waited a while to review this one because I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. The common area is typically dirty The area where the barista makes the drinks always looks so disorganized and messy. They are very very slow to get orders done. They have one barista no matter if it's peak time. That person is doing front and drive thru drinks. Even a mobile order takes 20-30 minutes. The last two time their sticker machine was down and didn't even know mobile orders were coming in. The actual drinks are hot or miss at this location. Staff is always nice and welcoming. The drive thru line is always wrapped around the building and no matter if you go inside or wait in the line it takes FOREVER. The drinks are not very consistent. Especially, the White Mocha's, regular, iced, or frappe style. I avoid ordering those here because they are NOT consistent. I'm a gold card member, and the smart phone reader doesn't work in the drive thru. I either have to have my gold card handy or read off the numbers. That annoys me a lot.
