This is a great location located off of lemon Avenue in Dallas, Texas. I am a reserve elite member with Starbucks meaning I spend a very large amount of money with them and this is the drink they gave me today cause I said I wanted no ice when I asked them about it they said that if I don't get ice, I get less drink. This drink is almost 7 dollars. This is a despicable thing to give a customer for seven dollars I don't think I'll be back and I think I'm gonna delete the Starbucks app from my phone. Service seems to be really slow here. Even with only 2 people waiting the baristas seem to be behind. Also they made my drink incorrectly most 3 times, 1st time wrong size, 2nd time not the right ingredients I just so happen to overhear and corrected her and 3rd time almost put frothed milk in my medicine ball instead of frothed lemonade. I really don't understand what the issue seems to be. Mind you this particular barista is not new and I've seen her here for a few months. Also I didn't like how both she and one of the other went from the cash register to making drinks workout washing their hands and constantly playing with their hair and scratching their faces. A good location with lots of space to get your coffee on!! I like to literally crawl into my cup of coffee and absorb it through my skin as the warmth permeates my very cells and the caffeine courses through my veins in brilliant electric currents rushing to stimulate my brain! This location not only provided me with the perfect cup of coffee to do that they also had great service, a clean location, and free WiFi (of course). I go to Starbucks almost everyday and order a salted caramel Frappuccino and have for years. I was in Dallas this weekend and stopped by for my favorite Frappuccino only to have some overly feminine rude guy tell me that they can't make that because it's seasonal and they didn't have the stuff to make it. It's caramel, sea salt and whip cream on top of a mocha Frappuccino. What about that do they not have year round. Every Starbucks in Southern Oklahoma ha sir year round. I visit Dallas several times a month but this will NEVER be the location I order from ever again. Nice Starbucks! {We all know that they are not all "nice"} :-) Customer service was quick and friendly. A few other Starbucks I've been to have had totally nonchalant to rude employees. This location is free from that type of foolishness. The young lady working the register was polite and patient. For some reason, my $2 off code was not working. For verification purposes, I showed her the code on my phone. She manually deleted $2 from my bill, kept me happy, and kept the line behind me moving. I know this seems like common sense, but I have had poor customer service experiences at other Starbucks locales, so kudos to this lady for embracing common sense. This location has a better selection of Starbucks food items as well. They had almost every salad, sandwich, and bistro box. Some of them are pretty good for a quick snack or lunch, so I was happy to use my $2 off to snag some lunch. I am putting this location into my Starbucks rotation. read more

While the product is certainly consistent with that or the many thousands of stores nationwide, this location presents itself a little differently. The interior design seems to be newer, with an extended bar area on the right side of barista counter, and a lounge-type area closer to the bathroom area towards the rear of the building. Plenty of outdoor seating, yet do you really want to sit outside and chill out during a typical Dallas summer heat of 105 degrees? Maybe not now, yet certainly once cooler temps prevail. Customer service-wise? Friendly, prompt, and quite accurate. As one reviewer pointed out via a tip, there are plenty of wall sockets to plug in any of your electronic devices. I appreciated this aspect while seated at the bar area, of which there were several. You'll notice quite a bit more closer to the floor around each table, to include the small lounge area close to the bathrooms. Pretty decent Starbucks location to stop into prior to getting into the afternoon traffic snarl when on Lemmon. read more

Came here on a quiet Sunday morning and sat to study from 9a-1p. There aren't many large tables at this location but since we came so early, we got the solo long one near the outlet. I was excited to try Starbuck's new fall drink flavor: Maple Pecan Latte. You could also call it the MPL. My verdict? It's an acquired taste. I can understand if some people don't like it. As a fan of nutty flavors in my coffee (I love hazelnut creamer), I enjoyed it. Even though it smelt like maple syrup, it wasn't overly sweet or artificial. There isn't too much about the MPL to rave about. Although MPL is an addition to Starbuck's fall menu, nothing rivals the PSL's popularity. Summary: drink 3.5/5, ambiance 4/5, service 3/5. read more

This is one of my most frequented Starbucks! I really like this location, the store itself is open and doesn't feel cramped or claustrophobic like other, smaller stores. Staff here is always super friendly, fast and efficient. Whenever I've come in, the store itself is clean, organized and stocked with mugs and coffee beans. I like that they are always fully stocked with all their food options. I'm a big fan of the bar/counter you can sit at while waiting for your drinks or downing a quick snack and coffee. read more

Now that I think about it, not sure SB comes to mind when I think it's time for wine. Interesting to see how it goes. Located at the corner of Lemmon & Inwood just before the Highland Park area of Dallas. This particular location has ample parking, which is always a sweet bonus in itself. There is an outside patio area with half a dozen table and chairs to go with. Today, with our Texas summer in full bloom, there are vivid green Starbuck umbrellas for shade or to protect from an occasional freak rainstorm...it happens. The staff here is super duper friendly, drinks made to perfection, with a nice variety of snacks, sandwiches, or late night bites. Wine is also available. Just cause it's nice to have that option too. Today I ordeted an iced Caramel Frappuccino, with Coconut milk. They have Soy, but really hoped for Almond milk, that's my go to sweet happiness. There is a nice mix of people that frequent this store, people watching is fun and meeting new individuals is always a possibility. Lately I have been sitting at their beverage bar, which has electrical outlets for cellphone and/or laptop charging, which is thoughtful. All they need now are hooks underneath this area to hang my purse or laptop case. But other than that, love this little slice of caffeine heaven. read more

I always order ahead and the mobile app and it is ALWAYS ready when I walk in! I love the consistency. Speaking of consistency, my drink is amazing every single time. I don't know that I can add a lot that others haven't said; it's a newer store, easy to see from the street, no drive-thru, limited parking, easy access as long as there's not a lot of traffic, a little tougher when there is. The interior is not huge, but it seems comfortable. The door that seems like it might be the front is actually the side, closest to the drink delivery area. On my visit, I only purchased an artisan breakfast sandwich, and it was prepared (translation: reheated) to perfection, with the artisan roll having the right amount of firm and soft. My only complaint (but it's at all locations) is that the scrambled egg "patty" can be a little strange on texture. It'd sure be nice to have a poached egg instead. I really hate to give a bad review for any 'Bucks, but I was seriously unimpressed with this service I received at this location. Granted, it was 9a, so they were busy with breakfast orders. However, this is considered late when you factor in the 5-6a rush hour that Metroplex commuters travel to work. I was hastily scooted to the front of the line when it was finally my turn to pay. Then, the cashier seemed like I was troubling her when I wanted to put $$ on my Gold Card before using it on the oatmeal and Caramel Macchiato that I was purchasing. If Starbucks is only going to give you star credit for your drinks if you use the card, then by golly, I'm putting $$ on it first. If the cashier has a problem with it, she needs to take it up with her managers or even corporate... not me. I'm at Love Field quite a bit (dropping off and picking up the boyfriend), so I see myself visiting this location frequently. There are plenty of electrical ports available as well. Temperature has been pretty consistent inside of the building. Not too cold or not too warm. If you sit near a window during the middle of the day, beware as the sun can be in your face, regardless of the window shades, and it just seems to bother one. They can't control that, it's just nature and the location. Service: The staff is nice and courteous. Nothing extraordinary but no bad experiences. The place is relatively slow, but the 2 employees working are so wrapped up in their convo, that I'm still standing here waiting. Somehow, the 3 people that came in after me and ordered at the counter have come and gone before me. I still don't see anyone making my drink! Beyond pissed and trying not to be an asshole about it! *Update: As soon as I finished writing this review, the Batista makes my order then slowly slides it up on the counter without saying my name. This review is about the quality of service at this Starbucks. I mobile ordered a coffee traveler to bring to a group meeting that morning. I ordered it from home thirty minutes before arriving at the Starbucks (since that was the estimated time for preparation). I left home at twenty minutes and arrived on the dot to the location. To my surprise, it wasn't even started. The crew was much more busy talking among themselves and cracking some laughs. I asked if my mobile order was ready (given it was thirty minutes) and a barista acted clueless until I pointed out to an empty coffee traveler box that hasn't been touched. I waited about ten more minutes (mind you I was on a time crunch so ten minutes was a lot to wait for something you already mobile ordered) until finally some random barista finished everything up. After discovering a piece of equipment in my drink I called the store to inform them and received the response "oh, I was wondering where that went!" No one ever greeted, acknowledged, or thanked me when I would come in to pick up my mobile order. It seems to cater to the take out crowd more than the sit down for 4 hours crowd. However, location sucks...it's at the corner of Inwood and Lemmon, which are both so congested sometimes, and makes this sbux hard to get to, with all the divided medians. Parking is also a pain, because there's not enough spots for the number of businesses occupying this shopping center. read more
