Drive-thru line was a bit slow for 12:30p on a Tuesday afternoon; however, once I got to the window, my drink was ready and I didn't have to wait. The barista was really polite & friendly, which is always appreciated. I've been on a Cold Brew kick for several months and was excited for Starbucks to introduce it to their menu. When my go-to places are closed, I can now rely on the 'Bucks to fill the gap. With that said, I find that each Cold Brew I order here is always different. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Another late review... Chatty today. Thought I should give a shout out to my favorite pastime...drinking coffee. I'm not thrilled with Starbucks as a corporation but damn do they always have a fresh good cup of dark, bold coffee. That's all I need. However, if you brew coffee for a living; find a way not to include coffee grinds in the bottom of my cup... Its not the gift that keeps on giving. So it was great until the finish... -1. It's really busy at this location especially on the weekends. Order ahead with the app and in store pickup is highly recommended. They have a fair amount of employees servicing the customers and the employees are friendly. They have tons of plastic barriers for their employees and customers to maintain proper safety guidelines. Starbucks drinks are on par with other locations. read more

Worst Starbucks ever!!!! I drink Starbucks daily and this location is horrible when it comes to mixing drinks. I have tried and tried for the past 2 years and they can't get a simple White Mocha hot for the life of me. I'm not sure if this location uses different brand mixes then other locations but it's very noticeable. For the price that they charge you can make this kind of coffee from home this is for convenience and people pay for this totally unacceptable. I've even had employees from this location tell me to get a list of what they put in the drinks at the location by my job and we'll mix it like that no all Starbucks should be held at a certain standard and mix drinks almost the same I know people aren't perfect but these drinks are way off.. read more

As others have noted, a little tricky to get into, but I was able to score my usual drink from baristas that had never heard my spiel, and it was perfect. Can't think of a lot more to say; Starbucks gets it right once again. The product is good, but the service and atmosphere is really a key to this company's success IMO. read more

I see a lot of reviews that are complaining about how slow they are, but honestly it's amazing, they have so much care on what is going on with your drink and will redo it if it's wrong but won't be like other places with a attitude, everyone is so charismatic and it's so nice, Ava was by far the best on drive thru, I have had some charismatic people, but she was so polite and happy, she make the experience a lot more than just a drink and cash exchange! read more

Usually my go to Starbucks but I think that they got new staff because everyone is slowwwww even if you order on the app ahead of time it's still going to take about 30 minutes to and forget about customizing your drink they won't look at it. Not for the lactose intolerant, don't waste your money. For the drink they did give me they didn't even fill it up all the way. Paid for coconut milk got regular then ignored when I asked if it was correct. read more

I have no idea why this Starbucks has 2.5 stars! Every time I come here my drink tastes so good and all of the employees are super sweet :) They always ask me how my day is going! I usually enjoy coming to this Starbucks, but it does seem that when they get more than e cars in the drivethru, they move extremely slow. I've been the 6th car in the drivethrough, and been there 25 minutes. I like everything else about it, but if I stop coming here it's because it takes too long to get your order. read more

The staff was friendly but they were so busy flirting with each other that they seemed oblivious to the line of cars wrapped around the building. We got to the window and sat and sat and sat. They finally handed my husband his mocha frap and then we continued to wait another 8 minutes for my iced caramel macchiato! When they did hand it off to us it was totally overfilled and leaking coffee everywhere all over me and my car! She smiled and said "oops sorry about that" and basically that was it. Waited in drive thru for almost 20 min. At window, tell barista I have a free reward on my card. She says "hold on a second" while she takes another order ... comes back, scans my card and says " oh, sorry I forgot to scan your free reward... you'll just have to pay the $$ this time...... Huh? Seriously! What a joke... I go here all the time on weekdays and the staff seems top notch and on point.... I guess they really drop their standards on Sat afternoons... read more

This location is probably one of my favorites. I've never had a bad experience here. I've always been met with friendly and helpful faces. I'm not a difficult Starbuckser, lol..but my drinks are always on point to my liking. There is plentiful seating, in and outside and the location is great. I definitely prefer it over the other Starbucks location further south on Preston. That one is a whole 'nother story. read more

I'm writing this review at 6am partly because it's early and I'm annoyed that I don't have a coffee in my hand. This Starbucks always runs out of drinks! My boyfriend and I always order an iced Coldbrew with Splenda as a part of our morning routine. I can't even tell you how many times this location has run out of it. My second favorite drink on the menu is the Mango Iced Tea.... low and behold, they are also "out of mango." Who does the ordering here and why are they still in charge of it after doing such a poor job? I've never been to a Starbucks that had a 50/50 chance of getting what you want. Isn't that the point of going to Starbucks? The coffee is just okay, but at least you know exactly what you're getting. One last thing, the employees don't seem to care about the quality of every cup. When I ask for lots of ice, my tea is lukewarm with a few cubes on top. When I ask for a couple of ice cubes, my entire cup is filled. read more

This Starbucks can be seen from Preston and is a little difficult to get to. I usually stop in after having dinner and drinks with my family before my treck back to Dallas. One of the last times I stopped in, there was a live 2 piece guitar group performing outside. I would have normally just left after getting my Iced Venti breve Latte, but the music and pastry was so good, I lingered in the Summer evening. read more

This has been a decent location in the past (maximum of 3 stars), but as of this writing in July of 2016, service seems to be going down hill. Several times lately, I have ordered using the mobile app, driven to this location (about a 5-7 min drive), only to find out they have not started my order. And if I order with any customizations, it is hit or miss on whether I get them - mostly a miss. It might be the right time to find a new coffee shop. read more

These young workers are very discrimination! They don't even get trained about Deaf people needed it or to get trained about deaf sensitive. I do get trained hearing people sensitive and where is my fucking certified for that shit!? Today, I arrive at Starbucks at around at 5:45 pm. That's too obvious when I drive-thru and first I see is the speaker. Where's Deaf access? What do you see? How can deaf people to talk at that speaker? Where is the iPad for us to order? You failed. Honestly yes you are. You failed. You cause me emotional for that. I waited until the car in front got it order and leave. I finally got my turn. So I am preparing to get my phone ready to show them that I am ready to order and have read my phone. They shut the window. I waited for another 5 mins. Yes, I do get emotion. These workers are abused to cause me to think negatively like whys me? Why target me as a deaf person. So I finally saw a worker open the window and talked to me. I told him that I'm deaf and I am ready to order. He showed me the time schedule and tell me to go away. He knew I was here in the beginning. I was in shocked - not the first time I ever experienced. I'm so exhausted about how I faced beautiful discrimination when hearing people never experienced what I faced. I have no drink. I leave. You hearing people are fucking selfish in the world! Trained deaf sensitive now! Oh, btw I live 2 mins away from you. You can't even act like deaf people are not here. That needs to stop now! read more

Good parking. Sitting area is a hit and a miss for cleanliness, depending how many WiFi Free loaders are there. The turn over of part-time employees, is what makes the place be renamed Star-sucks or Star-Phucks. Also, ever since the company pushed their liberal agenda of neutral bathrooms, both bathroom are now dirty and wife refuse to use them. I agree with here in the lack of hygienic appearance. They don't clean the bathrooms, as often as they NEED TO NOW, for their ridiculous policy against science facts of gender. They can't get a Double Tall Latte with NO FOAM right to save their life. What is so complicated about the order??? The prices for any food or other items, are over priced as their coffee and of poor quality too. Sandwiches are dry and lack flavor. I go to Coffee and Cream or Market Street for better coffee and clean separate bathrooms, plus no Free loaders occupying seats to breathe air. read more

This Starbucks Rocks!!! Although it is a very busy location the team always personalizes my experience. They even have slightly extended dark roast hours for Sunday church goers! Worst Starbucks experience ever. Line of cars through the parking lot, and packed inside. Took over 30 minutes to get my order. Breakfast sandwich was still cold in the middle, gross. The barista of the race of black, he is the one whom served me, his glorious divine face had caught my heart and my breath. The barista welcomed me with a smile, inviting me into the crowded store of the starbucks, he took my hand, brought me closer to the counter and began to speak in a soft whisper, "What would you like milady?". I decided to write a review because of my latest experience here. I asked for "light ice" in my iced coffee and they filled the entire cup with ice. There was so much ice that my straw wouldn't even go in. I rather they had just made it normally instead of doing exactly the opposite of what I asked for. I'm a nice guy so there was no reason to treat me that way. Next time I'll just stop by another location. read more

Do some work or have a good talk with a friend. They do serve food and they do serve coffee and they do have last calls for drinks and food. They do customize to the customer needs of the of the drinks. Their drinks are usually with oat milk, but you can request to change it to a different preference of milk of your choice and it's not charged. The affogato latte the main star, it is not the similar taste of your typical Starbucks reserve. It is a little bit different from the Starbucks reserve but it's still good. Is with your money here to get it. Highly recommend to try it. It is bitter, but it's really good with the ice cream. It must to try it. And if you do have plants, this place has a lot of plants. The staff is very nice, very humble and very knowledge of their coffee. They offer and they do assist to help you have a better choice of your coffee or your tea.
