Love the atmosphere here! Sure it's a wait from the amount the amount of business they get but it is well worth the wait. I have been here a few times and seeing the place grow is amazing! The staff is always so cheerful and helpful. Next time I come I will definitely try a pour over coffee and pastry. I only took star because the parking lot is a bit much. Ppl parked with hazards on trying to just run in and get coffee creating more traffic. I did have to park down the street which is a good sign for business but if the weather was different I might have drove off.
This place has awesome small town vibes, in the middle of prosper....it's crazy. The parking lot is often full or near full and I'm talking weekday AMs post peak rush hours, which is when I've been here. Inside, it's huge! Tons of seating and types of seating. The vibe goes from rural to eclectic. You take a gander at the menu, and to go with the assortment of pastries and baked goods, are some interesting beverage options the best of which (IMO) is the good ol' Sgt. Pepper. Get some cayenne in your latte? Yes sir! Infact, make that on ice please because it's Texas and it's freakin' hot outside! 1418 is one of those places I would recommend checking out, even if you have to go out of your way a bit. It's a gem, tucked away off a podunk two-lane road, and it is worth the drive.
I have the pastries and they are very tasty. My favorite is the cinnamon coffee cake. Coffee is amazing, my favorites are the lavender latte, bees knees (cold with extra honey), apple butter latte. I also buy their Downtown coffee bean bags for my coffee machine; one of the best. Service is fast and staff is super friendly. Very nice vibes and chill environment outside; the place is very clean!

The employees would sing to the songs playing, and you could just tell this is the kind of place to bring a friend for a date. I had the best experience and I can't wait to come back.

The inside had plenty of seating space. I got a blueberry muffin and the brownie. The blueberry muffin had plenty of blueberries in it (someone had mentioned the lack of them in another review) and the brownie was delicious! I didn't order a drink since I typically drink a white mocha and they didn't have anything of the sort. Where we parked made it difficult to get out and the gentleman employee driving the black Jeep helped direct us out by making sure we had enough clearance around other cars. It was very kind of him.
Super cute coffee house! We came for a light lunch and ordered two of their sandwiches. The haggard and the maestro sandwiches. Both were delicious and came with a side of chips. The haggard was a roast beef with horseradish mustard. Phenomenal and hubby loved it. I had the maestro and it was also good, although I wished it was toasted so the croissant would be crispy and the cheese slightly melted with the fig jam. We also ordered one of their brownies after trying a sample. It is DELICIOUS! Hands down one of the best brownies I've had. It was fudgy with crisp edges and super chocolatey. The ambiance is very cute and relaxing with a lot of big comfy couches and chairs with tables to hang out in. Will definitely be back!

The food there was amazing and the barista's would even come around to take our food plates if we ordered anything. I think I ordered a lemon blueberry scone which was SO GOOD and also an Iced Vanilla latte. Overall, I recommend coming if you want a place to study while having a yummy sweet treat

A beautiful space to slow down and truly enjoy coffee. The ambiance is clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed -- the kind of place where you immediately feel at ease. Absolutely love this place. We were passing through Prosper and wanted to try a local coffee shop instead of our usual chain stop. After one visit, we came back the very next day--and both days the parking lot was completely packed. That alone should tell you something. Pro tip: try to grab a spot in the lot if you can. Parking across the street is an adventure of its own, and crossing that traffic can be a little terrifying! I ordered the David Mason both days, and my wife got the Beez Kneez. Both drinks were outstanding. Smooth, flavorful, and the kind of coffee that makes you immediately start planning your next visit. The Beez Kneez especially lives up to the hype with its honey and cinnamon combination. What really stood out was the atmosphere. Whether you're meeting friends, working remotely, studying, or just looking for a comfortable place to relax with a great cup of coffee, this place fits the bill. The space feels welcoming to everyone and has that rare balance of being lively without feeling crowded. Great coffee, great vibe, and clearly a favorite among locals. If we're ever back in Prosper, this will be one of our first stops. read more

Stopped by while I was in the area for a little morning pick me up matcha! I love trying a new coffee shop, especially a local one. So popped over here, and honestly wish I had more time to stick around. The staff was super friendly, and the options plenty. From the pastries available, to the breakfast/lunch sandwiches. Plenty of space for seating, and just overall a good experience even just for a quick pop in ....you can tell people who live in the area frequent this place, because it was packed. I got the lavender vanilla but I matcha form. Was delicious! read more

It is such a cute spot! It was such a treat to visit on a chilly and rainy day. The spot was pretty spacious inside and had lots of seating options, a mix of couches and tables. The line moved really quickly, and ordering was a breeze. I loved all specialty latte options they offered. I landed on the Purple Haze latte which is lavender and vanilla flavored. I enjoyed every sip! I would have given it 5 stars but I could barely concentrate on my work because was freezing cold inside.... which was odd considering it was a cool day. read more

Such a cute and quaint place!!!! My brother and I were driving by what used to be the old USPS location and noticed the parking lot was pretty full, so we decided to pull in for a cup of coffee. We were both pleasantly surprised when we walked in. The place had a homey warm feel to it and we were immediately greeted with a smile. We ordered 2 Cappuccino's and a chicken salad sandwich on croissant to split. They have a several different seating areas to sit and relax and I noticed lots of people in their working with laptops. They have a high bar seating area along the back with lots of plugs and charging areas. Comfy leather couches, oversized chairs, low tables, high tables and all seating areas had small side tables to place your drinks on. Great people watching place too. We decided to sit out on their large patio and soak up some it was such a beautiful day! The Cappuccino's were served in ACTUAL real Porcelain Cups and Saucers and beautifully displayed with a leaf effect on top. It was good quality coffee too. They have a self serve area with fresh water, cups, a variety of sugars, napkins, straws and stir sticks. The sandwich was great too. I'll definitely enjoy coming back here again! read more

This is a hidden gem in the heart of Prosper. It's cute l, comfy, and cozy. Coffee was amazing I can't remember the exact names one was a lavender and the others one was brown sugar mason. Anyhow I really went for the selection of pies it pairs really well with coffee. read more
