Great store. I stopped in for a cup of coffee and a cookie after work today. The staff was warm friendly and efficient. The coffee was delicious. I was able to sit with a colleague and review a paper at a comfortable, quiet table. I think I'm going to have to return to this particular Starbucks regularly! Skimped on our drinks, big time!! Bought two drinks & both of them were only 1/2-2/3 full. I literally thought someone had been drinking out of my cup when I first picked it up because there was so much missing! Unfortunately we were already home when we first opened the cups so we could not return them. Didn't Starbucks just get in trouble for this? You'd think they'd care a little more. read more

My wife and I always go to this Starbucks because it is a Reserve store. I am a big fan of trying out new coffees from different regions. Today they were a little slammed with the post Christmas traffic, but the line moved fast, and we were helped in a matter of minutes. My wife got the Caramel Apple spice, and I chose the Cameroon. While I was waiting at the hand off i noticed that there was an Ethiopia Cuji reserve that i had missed. I have a soft spot for African/Arabian coffee ever since Arabia Mocha Sanani. I asked it if was too late to change my order just as my beans were finished grinding. The barista said "Don't worry about it! I will just give you both since I don't want the other to go to waste." I was blown away, (and later very caffeinated). The barista went above and beyond. read more

It takes a lot for me to write a negative review but this is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The service is slow, the staff isn't friendly, they've gotten my order wrong many times, and they are consistently out of the food I typically like to order. I've tried both the drive thru and going in to the counter to order and both are consistently incredibly slow. I've also tried going at different times of day and they are consistently out of items when I order. I've been a Starbucks customer all my life and I've never been to a Starbucks like this. The quality is soooooo poor I don't even know where to begin. I waited for probably 20 minuets to get half-ass service. I was legitimately wondering if they had only the new employees in today. We had a very bad experience here. No parking. Several customers told them the women's bath needed TP and it was never taken care if even after 30 min. We waited in line for over 30 min and they were out of the drinks we wanted to order. When the woman gave me my drink she slid it down the counter that was filled with spilt ice and I caught it before it fell off to the floor. The drinks we did order were good as to be expected by Starbucks but we will not be back to this one. read more

As my go-to Starbucks, I typically use the drive-thru twice a week for my special coffees. On average, I'm out of the drive thru in ten minutes. Today, I decided to go inside to see if I would be served any quicker. Boy, was I wrong! I waited thirty minutes for sandwiches that had been forgotten about. From someone who currently works in retail, and has worked in fine dining, I understand miscommunication and accidents, but the fact is I had two other customers that walked in ten minutes after me get their sandwiches. You did not even have bags ready with my name prepared. Needless to say, you then ran out of skinny mocha. Clearly, you take precedent over your drive thru customers seeing as I usually am in and out. I beg of you, either feed this spot more payroll for two or three more baristas, or review your scheduling grids because that was the worst service I ever received at a Starbucks. As an alumni of the University of Florida, I've waited twenty minutes for my favorite beverages at the Hub and main library, and yet I never had poor service. Get this place together, or you will suffer, and I will take my money to the Starbucks in the mall. read more

I'm really hoping I just caught them on their "off day", but there has been consisted internet outages all morning, slow WiFi, and the men's restroom has a broken bottle of soap just sitting in it to replace the non-functioning dispenser. Service, however, was great. Coffee made to specification. It's too bad, because this is a rare Starbucks location with power outlets on the patio, but the WiFi was dropping inside as well as outside. read more

I wish I would've read the reviews on this location before we stopped, not that it seems to be having much of an impact on the staff's attitude. The bathrooms were dirty and there was no TP in the ladies room. I brought this to the attention of three staff members who were not busy at this time. There were two cars in the drive up and no customers in line inside. They literally ignored me, I stood there a little shocked frankly. The overweight black male associate who was standing on the customer side of the pick up bar turned his head toward me and then back to the two females and continued to socialize. My husband went in after me because our little one was sleeping in the car and said there was no soap in the men's room - um disgusting!! I asked if he said anything and he replied, "why bother?" Slowest drive through EVER. Don't go here if you need something under 20 min. Say in the drive through for 15 min, then got to the window, waited another 5 minutes. Drive throughs should be quick and easy, especially at 2 pm read more

Not a pleasant experience. Not enough parking. Baristas are not concerned with customer service but rather more interested in having fun on the job. This store was out of chai tea which I found out after I placed my mobile chai tea latte order and showed up at the store. I also overheard that they were out of whole milk. Hmm... read more

If I want a latte or espresso, it's great, but for regular coffee no; it may be the chain's choice to brew as they do, but to me the coffee always tastes scorched and especially bitter. Don't go there for the food, unless you enjoy paying a lot for stuff comparable and in some cases inferior to McDonald's (yes, McD). Service is usually pretty quick unless the cashier working the drive-thru had a bender the night before. read more

Pretty efficient for a mall Starbucks that's also quite busy too. I'm a Starbucks addict so I'm usually not going to give Starbucks less than 4 stars unless it's a bad experience. However I did find out recently that although their coffee is generally super sweet and sugary, their "unsweetened green tea" is still sweetened because the green tea powder they use has sugar in it. read more

This Starbucks is closes to my house so I end up going a lot more often than I wish I did. This Starbucks is SO BAD, I don't even know where to start. I'll start with the drinks. Their brewed coffee, I'm not sure how they take care of the beans or how often they change out the coffee pots, but a lot of the times they taste burnt and bland. Sometimes I'll drive extra to go to the Archer location to get better coffee. Other drinks that the baristas actually have to make, taste like crap. They probably don't do full pumps of syrup because they're lazy or something.... I'm paying 5 bucks for a drink that's supposed to make my day better, but I just end up feeling like I wasted money with a bad taste in my mouth. Most times I just go to the drive thru but sometimes I'll go inside the actual cafe, and yeah, they renovated and everything, but you can't help notice how poorly the cleaning is done at the sugar counter. I wish they would use a clean rag to wipe down the counters, not the milky ones that leave white stains all over. Some of the staff are rude, unfriendly and eager to get you out of there. You have no idea how many times I had hoped for one of those survey slips at this location just so that I could let Starbucks know how bad they're doing with the service. Some are really nice and very helpful, but some are just..... I wonder how they even passed the interview to work at Starbucks. A lot of the times the baristas that are making the drinks are really busy talking about their personal lives with each other. So I have to stand there for them to finish chatting about who they hooked up with the night before to ask for a drink carrier. I think this location is at its best in the early morning. Everyone at 5:30 am were really nice, very friendly, made my drink perfectly and I left very happy. This is the only reason I'm giving this location 2 stars instead of 1. read more

This time of the year you can't beat Starbucks peppermint mocha. I enjoy mine over ice with soy milk. They put whip cream on it if you chose, and new this year peppermint bark. I don't get either the peppermint bark or the whip, but it's so delicious!!!! read more

What a mess. I'm not sure if they were just having an off day or whether it's always this terrible, but this store seriously missed the mark. Baristas seemed confused and extremely slow, with understocked products and overflowing trash cans. I waited 20 minutes for a sandwich and a cup of water. Even if they made the sandwich fresh, it shouldn't have taken that long. The poor people in front of me were standing at the register for a solid 5 minutes before their order was even taken. Then they were out of my sandwich the Artichoke Chicken wrap after waiting the long wait in the drive thru, which they didn't tell me until I was at the last window. Compared to other Starbucks I frequent this place is just blah. Three times in a row they have been out of something I ordered. Three different items. What's worse is speed of the drive thru. I literally waited 15 minutes. I would have parked and gone in but the parking is a nightmare because the drive thru line is so long, it is hard to get in and out of the spots.
