I was greeted immediately. This location is a hidden gem. They are right off the highway and I would guess 80% of their orders are from the drive thru. I don't frequent Starbucks often, so I typically like to go inside and look and see what I want to try so as not to hold up the line of regulars. The inside was so warm and cozy. The restroom was very clean. The gentleman who placed my order was patient and kind. I chose the spinach feta wrap which was served piping hot. I also chose the brown sugar iced expresso with oatmilk. Both were delicious and made me feel fancy. While I waited, I read the maps that mentioned places around the world that they sourced coffee from. When I entered there were only two customers inside with me and it was refreshing not feeling rushed to order. I will definitely return. read more

Never coming back. Walked in stood there for 10 minutes without acknowledgment. The female that was working with the piercings seemed very frazzled. She spilled drinks twice was upset started throwing things around so they put her on oven. Then my drink was nonfat with extra drizzle in the cup. They proceeded to use whole milk, which I stopped him and he poured it out, and no extra Carmel was added in the cup. I understand people have bad days but the energy in there was so intense. I am giving them 2 stars - not because the beverages aren't good or because of the people - but the wait is HORRIBLE! It's very slow moving EVERY TIME I come here. This happens if there are 2 cars or a line of cars. Please note, I go to Starbucks all the time and the ones I go to wrap around the buildings and take WAY less time to move the line than this one. Poor customer service. I ordered four HOT drinks...all the sleeves to put on were not stocked and no drink carriers. This Starbucks is my favorite location forever! My mobile order is always ready on time, the baristas are helpful when I have questions. During morning hours the drive through is extremely busy so I highly suggest to use the mobile order if you are short on time. They have little library while you are visiting their store to drink coffee you can borrow a book to read. I have been MANY Starbucks in Ohio but again this one is the best and easy accessible with a nice extra parking on the left side of the store. read more

I frequent this particular Starbucks often. I went this morning because I was in need of some serious eye opening mocha goodness. I ordered my usual Mocha Latte from the parking lot because that drive thru like was long! After I finished my order, I waited in my car for a few minutes and then went in. It always surprises me how people don't go inside and would rather sit in the long line. There were like 3 people inside. I told the nice barista my name and they were making my order!! It had been like 3 minutes! I got my latte and walked to my car. Do you know that the cars that were in the line when I went in were in the line when I came out?! Well minus 1 or 2. I really don't understand why customer service is so hard for people. Cashier was cool, whoever was making my drink had a huge attitude and didnt even call my order, it was just sitting there. When i asked was it mine, she barely said yes. The drink wasn't mixed at all. I really give food workers the best attitude and they give me horrible ones back. This starbucks is, by far, my favorite location. The workers are so personable and recognize me and my puppy every time we go through the drive thru. It's like any other starbucks when it comes to the coffee but the staff is truly what makes this starbucks different than the rest. This is the busiest I have a Starbucks on my visit today. There must have been 10 cars in the drive thru waiting to order. They were lined up almost to the street. Go inside and there was a line waiting to order and a couple of us waiting for online orders and a couple more waiting for drinks. I think a 8 to 10 minute wait was not bad for the amount of people waiting and having only 3 or 4 workers. Definitely knocked it outta the park. Got our hot drinks correct. If Starbucks is a chain, then the logic dictates that the coffee at the branches should be uniform-or close to it. This Starbucks is a little different. I had a barista put milk in my cup of chai tea and hand it to me as if it were a real chai latte. Hmmm... My skinny vanilla lattes are also flavored differently almost each time. I refer to these variations as specialty beverages, but sometimes I just want things normal. Shouldn't be too much to ask. The ambiance itself is okay, baristas are pleasant and there are couches, reading material, free wifi, and a killer playlist-enough perks for me to put up with specialty beverages like a chai latte with a tea bag in it. :) read more

The absolute worst Starbucks. I have been here at least 4 times and I've either encountered long wait times (both inside and in the drive-thru) or my coffee drink order is flat out wrong. Their night shift is the problem. On a few occasions I've gone through the drive-thru around 7pm on Monday and Wednesday evenings and mind you, I was the only person in line. I waited 10 minutes for my drink. And one time the cup was only 2/3 full. Another time I asked for a Peppermint Latte and received a Pumpkin Latte, and another time my drink was barely lukewarm. Another time I asked for a Peppermint Latte and the girl responded they were out of mocha powder. Since when does a Latte have mocha powder? I have given this location too many chances and I won't go back. Get your act together. read more

Even at closing when my friend and I were the only 2 people in the store the cashier asked our names and wrote them on our cups and when the worker who made the drinks handed them to us he used our names. Way to stick to policy even in the last 30 minutes of the shift. Nice location just off the highway. A few tables, but none very large in size if you have a lot of work to spread out. I frequently receive very poor service at this location. On more than one occasion I have not been greeted or thanked while going through the drive thru. They simply hand me my order and I'm sent on my way. Today they gave me a green tea latte instead of my usual chai tea latte. It was some disgusting green concoction instead. The coffee is great, nothing wrong with the environment it's perfect. It's always very clean when I go in too. I am only leaving three stars because the people they have working here are so rude. Not all of them some are very friendly, but most of the time I go there, there's is a few ladies and they looks at me like I am from a foreign country. if I ask for different options in my drink they can never get it right.
