Carmel Caramel Frappuccino Blended Beverage extra Carmel?
Kristin R.

Never coming back. Walked in stood there for 10 minutes without acknowledgment. The female that was working with the piercings seemed very frazzled. She spilled drinks twice was upset started throwing things around so they put her on oven. Then my drink was nonfat with extra drizzle in the cup. They proceeded to use whole milk, which I stopped him and he poured it out, and no extra Carmel was added in the cup. I understand people have bad days but the energy in there was so intense. Oh the slim gentleman with the curly hair, brown skin and glasses was very chill and un phased by it all. He's actually the one who acknowledged me later he was cool.

Shout out to the drive through crew this morning! Not only did I get a delicious drink, but I also got fantastic service!

Today's drink was the Mango Dragon fruit refresher. I used drive they this time. I was greeted with what sounded like a smile. I didn't have to wait long for my order. Speed is important nowadays. Thanks for the service.

The one and only drink I had gotten was great how ever the cashier seemed very mad regarding me coming inside the store to order. They slid my drink across the table after saying "here you go" not sure what the issue was, after all I was nothing but kind as soon as I walked into the store.

Had to walk out. Terrible service. Really all those staff have to be on one lady for 10 minutes. Not the Star Bucks I know.

The workers are so personable and recognize me and my puppy every time we go through the drive thru.

The menu has some standout breakfast options you don't see often around here, like loaded grits (a rare Southern find in this area). The grits were absolutely amazing--definitely my new go-to breakfast craving. The blueberry cream cheese muffin totally lived up to the hype too: moist, sweet, and perfectly balanced. We also tried the seasonal strawberry mocha. The coffee itself was smooth and well-made, though the strawberry flavor was a bit subtle. The vibe is one of the best parts--lots of seating, a mix of people working and chatting, and the kind of cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. They also host yoga twice a week (Thursdays and Sundays) and fun events like game nights, which adds to the community feel. Definitely a spot worth lingering in.

They also had a small selection of food items, and everything looked scrumptious. I ordered a spicy latte paired with a chocolate brownie (perfect choice), and the combination was comforting with just the right kick. The atmosphere is what truly sets this café apart. It's designed in a way that makes you want to stay for hours -- calm, relaxing, and easy to get lost in. I'm already looking forward to stopping by again next time I'm in the neighborhood.

This one feels a little less cozy, maybe because it's on a busier street and has less seating, but the vibes are still great. Menus are exactly the same. I got a fabulous pistachio and cardamom bevvie, as well as my beloved ham toastie. The service was absolutely amazing and I struck up a great convo with the ladies who assisted me. Six Shooter is hands down my favorite coffee shop in Cleveland for both the coffee (grounds are delicious and reasonably priced) and the good vibes. Really awesome and welcoming neighborhood feel. I love supporting this business.

I decided on the "Olive it a Latte" latte - a graza olive oil infused milk steamed with citrus pistachio simple syrup and poured over an espresso!! Not my favorite ever but it was such a fun flavored latte to try!! - plus the guy who made my latte made it a point to show me the latte art before putting my to go lid on and that made my day! they were so kind!! Plus my friend really enjoyed the "Collinwood" espresso blend I got her - so all in all we were both happy...and what else can you ask for? Ill have to make my way back over here for another fun latte flavor!

I tried both the Promised Land Latte (cinnamon and honey) and the seasonal special Cowboy Cold Brew (cold brew with milk and sarsaparilla syrup). The Promised Land Latte was good, not too sweet, a little thin on the mouthfeel but overall good flavor. The Cowboy Cold Brew was such a treat: a combination I have never tried, but it worked surprisingly well. It was like a root beer and a cold brew were mixed together for a refreshing drink with very familiar yet unique flavor. It was also such a treat when I turned the cup around and saw the "yeehaw" written on it :-) I also tried the everything bagel with honey brie walnut cream cheese, and whoever is supplying Cleveland with these specialty cream cheeses knows what they're doing! I enjoyed the honey brie walnut cream cheese so much that I made a third trip to this location, just to get a side of it to put it on extra pita I had laying around. What also makes this location special is the location! I enjoyed my latte inside the Arcade, and the beautiful architecture and interior design were so incredible. It was a wonderful break in the day. Great, efficient service, delicious drinks, good vibes all around!

I typically go to the Rising Star in the Colonial Arcade, proximity to work and all, but the weekends lead to Ohio City where the sunlight poors in, the baristas are busy taking orders, making spectacular concoctions and working the ever growing line. I love that the green and go fridge is always stocked and that they have local bagels and Jeff's Candy! Parking is a premium so be ready to walk the neighborhood on a busy weekend.
