Charged me for 2 breakfast sandwiches and wouldn't refund me. One of them is literally going in the trash I won't eat it... This is my third time at this Starbucks and the drinks are ALWAYS terrible. They put espresso in a chai latte???? Please just find another Starbucks to go to and save yourself the headache. read more

For the most part I love this Starbucks most people here treat me with respect and value the fact that I spend a lot of money here. I am seen on a daily basis. And sometimes two times a day. They all know me by name and mostly have my drinks memorized. I have dietary restrictions. However there is one barista there that loves to give me a hard time even though she knows my name, what my order is, and where it will be. She makes it very clear she doesn't like my name and makes me repeat it several times, and it inconveniences her if my drink is not where the app said it was supposed to be. My usual excitement for coffee goes down the tubes when I have to be serviced by her. She doesn't represent Starbucks well. I'm starting to wonder if it's worth the $15 per day that I spend. I did a Mobil order on the app for the first time. I get there and go in to get my drink. Anya (I'm pretty sure that's what her tag said) came and got my name because I could find my order. she told me they didn't have an order under my name and I must have sent it to the other store. okay easy fix. I asked if there was anyway to get it made at this location. She was clearly irritated with that question and went to ask. When she came back she had my drink in her hand saying she found it. I told her "oh no i meant to order that hot." she then stated "umm this is what you ordered" so I asked her if there was anyway to remake it hot. She rolled her eyes and walked away. I completely understand they were busy. it was PSL launch today. Everyone that was coming in was getting their drinks fast. I waited patiently and mine never came. I asked yet again where my order was and was ignored several times. finally someone acknowledged me and found my drink. Anya was very rude, I understand the stress of being in the weeds like that. I've been a server for over 6 years. I get it. But to act like that and give attitude to the customer is very uncalled for. read more

I've come to the Starbucks hundreds of times and I've never had a single problem. Always fast and efficient. I do recommend (especially on Fridays) that you consider a mobile order ahead of time and walk in and pick up your order because it does get very busy. read more

It takes something special for me to go over 3 stars on a Starbucks review, but this place had it... Packets of sriracha (see photo). Just kidding. No, there really are packets of sriracha, but that's not the reason for the extra star. The guy working late, last Sunday (4/30/16) night, was just helpful and friendly. Not sure what time SBUX closes on a Sunday night in Granbury, Texas, but I'll bet it was getting close to that time. My coffee was fresh, hot and strong. Just what I needed for the drive back to the Metroplex... And super convenient on he right side of the road as you get the hell out of Granbury (on 377). Based on location, I'll bet it's a reasonably quite place to get some work done too. The layout seems to give a little extra privacy compared to other locations. I travel for work and this is the second time that I have visited this Starbucks in Granbury. The first time I was overcharged as well as my order being tossed on the counter without my name being called. It was a blonde woman wearing a headset who works the morning shift. My visit today 11/5 was a similar experience the male cashier was great however, the same woman placed my item on the counter without calling my name she called out everyone else's before and after me. The big difference, was that I was the only African American in the facility. I find it disturbing that in 2018 people still have this isolated mindset. I am not sure of Starbucks' policy or what their diversity inclusion practices are but something has to change. I will be contacting corporate as well. This seems to be a trend with this company and it should be addressed. You may not like me for reasons I can assume but they has no impact on how you do your job. read more

There are still some nice folks here but the consistency has gone way down. Some days I get my drink just the way I like, others are just wrong. The wait time is ridiculous now and the staff often seem confused and disjointed. I know barista is a tough job but having seen this store shine, it's no fun to see it so lackluster now. This location is my favorite- with 3 Starbucks in my little town, this is always my chosen place to drive-thru, mobile order, come in and relax, or meet up with friends! The staff here are all super friendly and NOT in an awkward, forced manner! They put off a really casual, welcoming vibe. A mom's group I'm in has stayed super late on the patio a few times and they have come to double check a last call restroom break before they close the place down! Very thoughtful! All the same expectations from a larger city store but a great "little hometown" feel. read more

I love coming to this Starbucks location. The staff are very orderly, always friendly and courteous. When I received a drink that seemed a little half empty, they explained that it was for a reason and then proceeded to fill her up all the way anyways! My favorite is going through the drive through, one of the members has a very goofy, talk-show style voice he uses to take your order. Cracks me up! I also regularly see them going above and beyond in cleaning tasks. All around a great store. read more
