It's a Dunkin' Donuts. I too have a hard time with one stars. Granted I never placed an order for more than just me and it's a pretty simple order. . I duck in this location while my car is being washed across the street. My order is simple, a dark roast black coffee and an old fashion donut. I have never found an issue with service that is a any different than any other Duncan . Yes most of the staff is serving the drive through but that I would conjecture , at least with the Dunkin' Donuts near me , that is probably the source of 90 percent of their sales. Certainly during COVID-19 it's probably 99.9 percent of their sales. But that is still not an excuse for ignoring the counter. I have the same experience in nearly have Duncan donuts that has a drive through in recent history. Why single out this one? It's a coffee of last resort for me anyway. The regular coffee is an insipid flat brew and the dark is drinkable at best. The donuts barely resemble the fresh donuts of yore at Dunkin. When I need my coffee fix and there is nothing else but Diner coffee, I will take a Dunkin. read more

We have several Dunkin Donut franchises in my area, I don't often go into this one in Granby since the service is horrible and often your order is screwed up. So today was my first time in for months and same issue. One lady in front of me and she ordered hot teas and they made her iced teas. Took 15 minutes with one person in front of me. The amazing thing, is when I go in the staff is often different, so it's not just a couple people that are the problem. They must have low hiring requirements for this branch? ### update: I have not been here in five months, they did remodel but the service is still slow and they screwed up my order again, as well as the guys coffee in front of me. Dunk in to good service. Why all the bad reviews? Honestly, I have never had a bad experience in the many visits I've visited here. From driving through for cups of joe to deliver to loved ones near by to meeting said loved ones for an in-house cold brews, I have had great customer service. You know exactly what you are getting with Dunkin', and this location always delivers just that. The staff here is always friendly, one member even taking a picture of our mini-family gathering on one visit. These workers are efficient and get you your order soon after ordering. I just moved to town and Janet & Tony are my new daily Dunkin coffee friends that treat me like family. They go above and beyond, with a smile! I would give this place 5 stars because of them alone, but I have to give 3 because when they are not here, it's sooooooooooo slow and poorly run. These two need to be recognized and promoted! Moved right near this dunkin location a couple weeks ago. Have been trying and trying to like it but seriously haven't made my coffee right once. Not once. This Dunkin Donuts location seems poorly managed. Was in the area and decided to stop here for a coffee. There were 3 cars in the drive-through. I went inside to order, there was one person at the counter in front of me, who had clearly been waiting more than a few minutes. The 3 employees that were working were in the back waiting on the now 2 cars in the drive-through and completely ignoring the two of us waiting at the counter to order our drinks. I decided to walk out and go elsewhere, did not want to wait 20 minutes to be waited on. Most Dunkin Donuts locations are awesome, this one is not. read more

wow, I didn't go to Dunkin for 20 years because they used to have that horridly ultra preserved half and half that tastes like plastic. While I'm glad to see they no longer serve that, afraid I won't ever go back after today. I asked for two depth charges. They'd never heard of it. I asked for two black eyes. They'd never heard of it. I said i wanted strong coffee so please add two shots of espresso. They weren't sure what espresso was. Finally we got two medium coffees with two "triple shots" each to strengthen them up ordered. The coffee was still weak, extremely bitter and burnt tasting, and the bill came to just under 9.00. At least starbucks has a menu item called a black eye and it tastes strong and smooth. On the plus side, the people were very nice. Its just not meant for the coffee connoisseur, just for the masses who don't know there's something better out there. read more

Very slow service. They frequently get simple orders wrong. How hard is it to fulfill "a blueberry bagel, not toasted, with cream cheese on the side". Sometimes I get muffins; bagels with cream cheese on them; low fat cream cheese on the side; toasted bagels ..... I will no longer be making a daily stop here. Too much aggravation . read more

Think again before getting your morning coffee here, the service experience is less than optimal, they must higher individuals that are transitioning from high school to college that do not know how to treat the customer, besides being slow, they often don't listen causing you to repeat your order then the attitude comes. While I think Starbucks is expensive, the experience is much better there. Hopefully the manager reads these and tries to make improvements. Oh, and pulling around back only to see the employee smoking makes me want to keep driving to the next place read more

I don't generally write bad reviews but.....I came in and ordered an iced coffee and a iced tea. Both of them were good. The problem was that There were fruit flies, literally, crawling all over the doughnuts. Happened 8/10/16 in the AM. Tough to get over that one read more

I go to Granby because I work nearby. This location does not stock all the donut flavors like other locations (Apple and Spice) and frequently gets the order wrong. Cannot contact them by phone because they do not answer. If your going here, check you order before you pull away, because it's probably wrong. They also frequently run out of bagel choices by 9am. read more
