This location is located in a strip mall. It's basic interior design is plain and fairly coffee shop generic. It doesn't have the warm inviting feel of many over Starbucks locations. The employees were wonderful. They were quick to help and seemed to be happy to work there. Unfortunately, the breakfast sandwich I ordered was very plain and had little flavor. I thought as I ate it that I would have enjoyed a bacon and egg McMuffin more. read more

Absolutely the worst Starbucks I've had to go to. I will never be coming to this Starbucks for good reason. I have had to call corporate twice to have them talk to the manager and staff there. They mess up my order all the time and the barista there refused to remake my drink when there were chunks of ice and banana in it. Until I had to be firm with my voice, then she remade it. She told me "there's no guarantee" and apologized to the other barista telling him "sorry you have to remake this" and it made me feel awful for trying to get a frapp reblended twice because it was not blended well in the first place. Starbucks says they make your drink YOUR way but obviously this barista with an attitude was so reluctant on making my drink. I even paid for a caramel drizzle and mocha drizzle too but they never put it on top of my drink for the second time. She put crumbs on top of my drink to annoy me but at this point I don't care, these people that work there are the rudest and meanest people I've ever had to deal with. Do yourself a favor and SKIP this Starbucks because they don't care about you or your money. You should save your money and spend it at Caribou Coffee. read more

Ordered on the app, went to pick up my drink in the drive thru. It was iced instead of hot like I ordered. I said, "I think I ordered a hot drink, maybe I messed up though", trying not to be controversial or make a big deal, because it wasn't a big deal and I was going to accept it and roll on, but the guy insisted making me a hot one and told me to keep the iced one, since it was a mistake. I'm Devlin and I love early coffee and I like when I have it once and again to taste the same. I have gone here for a while because when I want a venti Iced Caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel and whip cream yum yum. They make it taste the same every time but all time favorite drink there is the venti Pink drink. I love this place the other Starbucks just get the ingredients whip them together and then take your money and give you the drink this place is yummy. read more

I went to this Starbucks and ordered through the drive through was greeted with a rude lady. When I got to the window she messed up on our order. We asked for a Trenta pink drink with NO ICE and NO STRAWBERRIES. We asked if she can change it she just dumped out the ice and and gave us the drink back with a good chunk of it gone ( she practically gave me a grande). This isn't the first time the two I took to Starbucks had a problem with the same exact lady. The last time they went to the same Starbucks and SHE DID THE EXACT SAME THING! Went here for the first time in quite a while. Service was fast, and accurate. product didn't quite line up with the taste i generally remember a few years back even if it was still good. Staff are extremely friendly! I do think though they need more training on making excellent drinks. The drinks are average and I feel as if they were trained better, they can get better at the measuring of the drinks. It takes a super long time to get your drinks here, and no one apologizes for the wait. They fill the cup to the top with ice, even if you ask for light ice. Great spot for good (read 'strong') coffee in Grand Forks, which seems hard to find. Obviously others agree as the place is always busy both inside and the drive through. Full of college students on the weekend studying which makes seating hard to find. read more

I love this location, usually use the drive through and don't go inside but I know they've remodeled so I am interested to see what it looks like. We all know Starbucks products so I obviously won't be reviewing them. Staff is very nice, friendly and personal. I drive through with my dog and they always give him a "pup-uccino" - a cup with whipped cream, without my even asking for it - how thoughtful! Great service. read more
