Their menu is impossible to find online and they don't have any social media updates indicating seasonal options. My biggest issue, however, was the fact that there were absolutely zero descriptions of any of the drinks! Many of the specialty drinks had fun names, but no clue what was in each one. I certainly did not want to stand at the register asking the only employee to explain each one. Went with the cold brew flight, which was also disappointing. You choose 4 different syrups and have them topped off with like 2oz of cold brew and whip cream. I guess if you hate coffee and want something super sweet this might work, but I couldn't taste the cold brew at all (also an indication it wasn't very strong). My husband got a s'mores mocha, which was delicious, but took 35 min to receive. Breakfast sandwiches on everything bagels were tasty, especially liked the chipotle mayo they give you as a sauce on the side. If I'm going to wait 45 min for food though I would go out to brunch at a nice sit down place instead. Don't stop here if you're in a rush to get anywhere. I had never had a cake pop from Caribou Coffee before and I felt like a treat as I drove down to Saint Paul. My drink and cake pop took little time to prepare. I paid with a credit card. I tapped and tipped. I thanked the woman and continued my road trip. My chocolate cake pop was yummy. The cake part of it was perfect. It had the right amount of moisture and chocolate flavour. The exterior was too sweet for me, though. It was yummy. I'm just not used to consuming my weekly sugar intake with a single cake pop. My drink hit the spot.
