I go to this one on a regular basis, drive thru & sometimes I spend some time inside. I do feel like at times their food options get sold out for the day before it's even over, so maybe it's inventory control that could be better. At times, my seat/table needed a little TLC, this has been hit & miss during peak/non-peak times. The food is always good, I usually get a pastry of some sort & I'm glad it's never over-toasted/burned... it happens more than you think at other Starbucks. Drinks are consistent, always hot... as coffee should be. Service, the staff is really nice. Extra kudos for my "Happy Friday" message. read more

I love this starbucks, the workers are always friendly and respectful. as long as you are respecting them and come off as nice, they'll always have a pleasure serving you. They ALWAYS try to get drinks in and out the drive thru as fast as they can. you can see from cafe that's workers make their drinks effectively and efficiently. This location is always the busiest and they might not have enough workers to work their shifts sometimes, but they make due with what's there. To add on, their customer connection is amazing. workers start to notice when certain customers come in, and call them by their names or even their drink orders. they'll also notice if you haven't been to the store in a while. they really care for their customers, and it really shows when they remember customers that drive by or come inside. At the end of the day, customers have to remember that these workers try their best to accommodate anything that might be missing from their drinks, or even suggest to add on or take off if a drink doesn't taste right. i really appreciate how much they've helped me so far, these guys really are the best! read more

As much as Starbucks boasts their friendly in-cafe environment, I felt very unwelcome at this location, which is rare because I feel as if the company does a good job in this. Who I assume was the manager was very short, rude and unhelpful at the register and the young man calling out the orders was serving the drinks along with some nasty glares and unwelcoming side-glances. This is the WORST Starbucks location ever, no question. It has some serious, legitimate issues, and I definitely will never be coming back to this location. I've had issues with this location every time I've gone before, with the service usually being extremely rude, passive aggressive, and slow. They almost always get something wrong with the order, and will even argue with me about THEM being right. For example, the sandwich for my mobile order didn't have sriracha with it (I checked, I had requested it on the mobile order), so I asked for some, and they insisted it was inside already! I had to hold open the sandwich bag to show them that, uhhh NO, it isn't inside, because they refused to believe me! They are literally always so rude here and have an attitude. But all of these experiences were trumped by the ordeal I had to deal with today here. Earlier today, I received the slowest, rudest and most incompetent service that I have EVER received at a Starbucks location, hands down. I placed a mobile order and then got in the drive thru line, which wasn't moving AT ALL. I then waited over THIRTY MINUTES in line with it only moving when cars left it. I then went inside, where someone rudely told me they can't help me because they have to make drinks. Someone finally came and I told them I had placed a mobile order. They then confusedly tried to start making them, but I pointed out that they were already sitting there and were presumably mine. The hot drinks were all COLD, the sandwich was COLD, and there was no sriracha, despite requesting one (this happens literally every time I order here. Nothing I request for additions or customizations are EVER included/done). This meal was horrendous to both eat/drink and to wait for, and the service was horribly rude and incompetent in managing a line that wasn't even that long. Absolutely ridiculous. Every time I come here, no matter the time, the drive through is super slow. I went in once hoping it would be faster, but it was slower and they forgot part of my order, which then took longer. Three stars is pretty fair for this Starbucks. Negs: Smaller than other SB, sometimes slow depending on when you get there, parking lot gets a little crazy with all the in-and-out traffic. But honestly, pretty much on par as other SB in terms of beverage and food quality, noise level, service, cleanliness, and overall environment. They even have a new video feed on the drive-thru order screen so drivers can see who they're talking to. Plus it's on the way to work. read more

Yes, this is your typical Starbucks with the same food and drinks, but this is my go-to Starbucks. I usually come here about every few days to study and catch up on work. The location is one of the smaller ones I've seen. This location was recently renovated too, so it's really nice and clean now. Bathrooms are always clean and spotless. The baristas are all so friendly and amazing at giving recommendations. They really take time out of their day to get to know you and know about your drinks and food preferences. I would say the quality of their drinks is mediocre especially compared to the Starbucks Reserve in Plano but this one is a lot closer so it will have to do! read more

My only gripe is the inconsistency in the coffees. I enjoy Starbucks quite a bit. This location? Not so much. This location is super convenient being right off of 360 and Camp Wisdom and is a popular meet up spot for all types of people. I've met with my realtor, coworkers, and friends here on several occasions. The only downside is that if you come at the wrong time you will basically have to creep on people to get their seat the second they leave. They have ample outdoor seating but let's be honest...we live in Texas and there is rarely ever a good time of year to sit outside. So why the 3 star rating? I like this Starbucks but it's not my favorite. Employees are not very helpful or particularly friendly. The seating situation is ridiculous. This store is in a high traffic area being located next to two shopping centers and right off of a highway so I don't understand why it's so small. I usually get Iced Triple Expresso during my stressful days to prepare for a long night of homework or midterm exam. Service is always fast except for early morning shift (Sometime I was almost late for school since everyone wants coffee in the morning). Long time ago, I tried Greentea frappcapuchino for the first time and the other Starbucks in Target (Camp Wisdom) didn't taste anything beside ice and milk. After years of my worst experience of Green tea frappcapuchino, I decided to give it another try in this Starbucks. It was amazing and the taste of green tea was very addicted. I love coming here every morning, it's conveniently located on my route to work. FOOD - Just like most Starbucks, their food is mass produced, cooked and then sent to the stores to be warmed up in an oven to serve to customers (if they want it warmed up). It is not the best breakfast food... but it's definitely not the worst. I think their pastries are the freshest to eat compared to the sandwiches, or at least they taste fresher. Their sandwiches are decent, but you can tell they are not fresh and just reheated. COFFEE (Specifically: Frappuccino) I typically drink what my friends and girlfriend call "frou-frou Drinks", meaning their Frappuccinos. According to my friends they're not real coffee. I still enjoy drinking them :) I like this Starbucks because when I ask for Caramel Drizzle they add the perfect amount. I am a little annoyed with them though, they keep adding whipped cream when I ask for none. They're whipped cream is my favorite but it doesn't mix well with my stomach. Starbucks employee in Cascade shopping center in a Portland was very unprofessional and told me he would not remake my coffee a second time if it was not right. I ordered my usual without coconut milk but he made it with coconut milk anyway. I told him it did not taste right and he proceeded to grill me with questions and to the 3rd degree! This is predictably the Starbucks in the area with the worst service. I've tried them probably 8-10 times and every single time something happens where I tell myself, "stop coming here, you know better." They nearly always mess us my drink, their employees have been RUDE on several of my visits, they are the slowest coffee shop that I've ever been to - consistently, and I don't have any bright spot comments. I mean normally if a place has some things wrong they'll also have a couple things where I'm like, "hey, you can tell they are trying here," I can't say that about this location.
