I occasionally go to the drive through here. This location has worked out fine for me every visit. We stop here sometimes on our way out of town or just "because". Our orders have always been spot on and the work staff polite and helpful. Sometimes there is a long line but it usually goes through fast, quick service. I've ordered the food here before and was pleasantly surprised by the taste. It was really good and tasted quite fresh. Awesome breakfast. I don't usually go to Starbucks because of a documentary I watched that shows what kind of a company they really are despite how they portray themselves. I needed a gift card so I stopped here and grabbed a coffee as well. They have a sign in the window that says they create an environment of joy and inclusion, this was the most joyless place I've ever been. It was early, maybe 0730, but it seemed they were prepared for customers, the floor was dirty, nothing in the display case, disorganized. I was the only one in the store but had to wait a long time for my one beverage (there were 4 people working) that wasn't a fancy drink just a flat white. No one even made eye contact, just made me feel like an inconvenience. Won't be visiting this site again. read more

This is a new location that moved on the other side of Main Street. I've been going here once or twice a week the last few months as it has been convenient to my schedule as I have time to kill after going to the gym and before going to work. I'm not a fan of Starbucks as I don't get a fancy venti grande vanilla mocha latte with goat milk...I keep it simple with tea...Earl Grey...hot! The biggest downside is the parking lot is small. Yes there are parking spots on the side and behind the building, but there are some days that there are so many people at the drive-thru that the line has gone out of the driveway and no one can get it. The staff here are awesome. Time and time again I've seen them work their asses off when it's busy and they all do it with a smile. They are never afraid to admit they made a mistake on a drink and is up front with customers about it. That's good because some of these Starbuck customers are extra picky on their drinks, and the staff will apologize and make the drink again. I've always been treated well with a hello and a smile, and I think they're starting to recognize me. Their service is what keeps me coming back for my morning routine. read more

For this being a recently built Starbucks there still is not enough parking. There are only 2 spots in front of the store (handicapped) with the rest of parking on the side. To enter the store you have to walk around a big gated outdoor seating area. Overall, very poor planning. The interior is nice and can handle many customers (but where would they park?). Why don't they have brewed dark roast later in the day - at least until 2 pm. I was there around 12:30 and had to wait for a pour over. read more

Drinks good as always but there are a few set backs. The temperature is inside the business was cold, note it was not a cold day in Green Bay. Very few outlets to plug in computers or phones, no USB outlets either. Lastly, there were only 3 groups of people in the cafe and it was loud, I had headphones in and could still hear people. Awww...my home away from home! It is my "go to"spot every morning. I meet my co-worker/son and we have coffee together before we start the workday. The staff knows us and so we just say "Two Starbucks Please" and they give us the right drinks. We are especially fond of Caroline-she brightens our morning with her smiles and sass--and she's a red-head to boot---need I say more? The only downside for me is that the parking is so limited and, if I am going inside-instead of through the drive-through-I have to circle the lot twice sometimes to find parking. SO SLOW. i went in the drive through and waited 20 min for the line to move and there were only a couple cars in front. i ended up just going in thinking it would be faster. i ordered 2 bakery items which shouldn't take long at all and i was waiting for a half hour. all the people that ordered drinks behind me got it first before i got my bakery items. We enjoy Starbucks when there is a need for copious amounts of strong coffee. With the app we can get free refills while in the store. Once you figure out how to use the app it's actually very user friendly and makes check out a breeze. read more

This location is 2230 not 2235 Main St. as it is a new building and the other one doesn't show up in yelp. 2235 Main isn't there anymore. This is my fourth visit to this location and the second time that I can confidently say they did not follow my order directions. I am very caffeine sensitive and always order half decaf or 2/3 decaf. Last time I was up until 2:30 AM because they did not give me any decaf. Today within one hour my heart is beating out of my chest and I have a very strong caffeine headache. Also I asked for extra caramel and my caramel macchiato. Other places you can see on the bottom the cup. This is now the fourth time that I had them add caramel after picking up because there wasn't any visible. They put less carmel in then your average caramel macchiato let alone for someone who asked for extra. It is frustrating that Starbucks are not uniform and do not give you similar drinks. I travel a lot and the product varies greatly from one location to the next but this is my least favorite location of all that I have visited in the entire state. The logistics of getting in and out of the parking lot are also a little challenging, not a convenient spot over all but it is the only one that I pass on my way to the highway. I will have to either go to a different location out of my way or make sure to walk in and watch them make my drink which defeats the purpose of the convenience of the app and ordering ahead because this is very busy you definitely want to order ahead at this location. read more

My fiancé and I went through the drive through and the barista taking our order had a difficult time understanding it (a tall quad shot latte and a venti medium roast) which is whatever, maybe I was being quiet without trying. We waited 15 minutes with one car ahead of us and when we pulled up to the window the manager wrongly accused us of flipping off one of the other employees? And told us "it's been a really long day". I let her know I only had been at the window for about 10 seconds and she said the other barista told her I did at the screen you order at. I wasn't aware that they could see me through the screen but you cannot see them so I'm not sure what good flipping off my order would do. And say I did flip off my order, I'm not sure what good asking me about it would do. Especially when you've already made my drink. I didn't even make a gesture that could have been taken as giving anyone the finger. So if you're going to go out of your way to waste both of our times solely based on something your barista told you, make sure it's not a fib! read more

Easily the smallest starbucks I've been to, and I've been to more than 20. They seem to have nailed the small/dark coffee shop exp. down with this store. There's probably seating for about 10 guests at this location, and not much room to walk. But to offset that, the baristas are extremely friendly and fast. read more

Nice little Starbucks, with a very busy drive through. They have a small counter where you can sit and people watch all those folks approaching the drive up window, anticipating their java. The staff here is remarkably friendly and seem happy. Like many Starbucks, you can get bananas to go with the instant oatmeal, so you can get a sort of healthy breakfast. read more

I went in trying to get a quick coffee think that is were I went wrong the employees seemed confused and being Nonchalant about the people waiting for more then ten minutes I was on my work break which is only 30 mins. Then once I got my coffee I was informed that they don't have any green stick to stop spills while driving, I drive a luxury car so having coffee spilled all over my car is not cool. Been going through the drive-thru since this location opened in 2001. Have seen many changes, most recently a total overhaul of the interior and drive-thru marquees. Baristas are extremely friendly and happy. They learn the regulars names and drinks making the drive-thru experience fantastic. read more
