This is by far my favorite Starbucks!!! The entire staff is so sweet. I stop by here on my way to work every shift. My last shift I was running late. My cat had died that day and I locked myself out of my house. I was making my order was telling the barista Scarlett about my cat that had passed away and she insisted my coffee be no charge. She even wrote a note on my cup. It's nice to always see familiar faces but on this one particular day, her kindness made my pain much more bearable! Thank you Scarlett and Starbucks. read more

Had the craziest experience this morning. Two baristas right in front of us ignored us completely, even after saying, "Hello, excuse me." Wouldn't even look our way. We were missing one part of our order. Finally one barista glared at us - glared- and we said we were missing one part, she just turned away, said nothing. We waited a little longer, everyone else after us got their orders, and we said again, "I'm sorry, but we're missing a tall drip." IT'S COMING! She shouted at us. Shouted! Worst Starbucks ever, I'm a daily loyal customer, I been to this one like four or five times sometimes I use my Starbucks card or cash when my husband pays anyway the last two times I been here this month they didn't have my favorite Dark Roast coffee, okay I can understand they run out the first time so my husband got me the medium roast, this past Sunday we took the kids to the frozen yogurt next door and we wanted coffee as usual, the minute we walked in the guy said to me, we are closing in 10 minutes, I replied okay we won't stay, I order venti dark roast and again they didn't have it, I asked the girl "barista" if they ever have it or not since is not the first time that I can't get it, she said probably we run out but we do mmmm, order 2 of the small size of the medium roast with whole milk, first of all the milk was cold not like others that they heat it up, second of all the coffee was old, it tasted horrible, both coffees went straight to the sink, this is my last time here, is the one few blocks from home but honest to God I don't care driving the extra miles to a good Starbucks like the one on I85 woodruff Road, they are exceptional, customer service and product 110% Since I always like to prove what I say to my reviews I will add a picture of my receive from Sunday. read more

It was 2PM and there was a steady stream of customers coming and going. I'm not a big "fancy coffee" guy so even here, I just get a regular black coffee. My daughter was visiting and she really likes Starbucks. The only thing is that this place seems cramped, with few comfortable and more private places to sit and talk. There were a lot of flies in here too for some reason. Coffee was good and staff was very friendly. read more

Really enjoyed this Starbucks location. Plenty of different seating options with a spacious layout. I went on a Saturday and the place was barely full. The baristas were really helpful with my order and the service was prompt. The parking is limited as the lot is shared with a bank and a couple other eateries. Other than that, I really like this location. read more

The service is friendly and if you order enough via mobile like I do, they begin to just know you... which I love about going to places. It's in a great location and also next to chains like Zoes kitchen and Marcos pizza if you're hungry for something other than their little bites. This Starbucks is also cleaner than most other locations which is another plus. read more

There was literally mold growing all over the food in the show case. Not like a spot or two on one random item, but masses of fuzzy mold covering multiple items. . I left once I started gagging. If they just let that grow for all customers to see I don't even want to imagine what the cleanliness of the rest of the store is like. 100% disgusting. read more

Most Starbucks are friendly, but I thought this one was especially so yesterday. Did you know that if you buy a gift card and register it, Starbucks will send you coupons regularly, and they give you free drink of your choice for your birthday. As the cashier said to me for my birthday treat, "Get the biggest, most decadent Frap we have and if you don't want it all now, take it home and freeze it", which is just what I did. Refilling the gift card online is convenient, and makes it easier to stop in for a treat. read more

I've had mixed luck with this Starbucks. But this one, depending on who is working, has a real attitude issue with some customers. During those times, how dare you wear a t-shirt and jeans. This Starbucks location is friendly and convenient once you get into the parking lot. It is busy at peak times of the day but the staff keeps things rolling and you'll be united with your caffeination before too many minutes pass. There's wifi and different seating options so it is pretty easy to find a nook to settle into. read more

No, a group will really fit they have a kitchen table big enough for the Walton's in here. The set-up is my absolute favorite and its in a part of town I really love. Nice baristas too! read more

I don't like Starbucks. (I am one of those people who always tries to support the locally-owned "mom & pop" shops.) However, the people at this location are so friendly that I have since become a member of the "regulars." Even on days when it is busy, the staff will do their best to make sure you get the drink you want and feel welcome. I am a student and end up doing a lot of work here The rewards program that allows for free refills (on not-so-fancy drinks) makes working here a bargain. This is my favorite Starbucks location! I go here every day after work and it is always fabulous. The baristas at this location are always so nice. I never have to wait long for anything I order. They have amazing drinks and pastries just like all Starbucks locations. This location has plentiful seating and free internet access. It is a great place to study or do work. Unusual neighborhood Starbucks. I don't know of another like this in Greenville county. Cosy, but could use a refurb or some paint near the windows. Staff is incredibly helpful and on the ball. Gets really busy, but easy to get through with the speed of the staff. Dining room & restroom was clean in the afternoon. Parking can be challenging during the afternoon. Their dark roast selections are wonderful. Brewed coffees outclass other coffee vendors hands down. read more

This is such a great Starbucks location. My co-worker and I came in with 11 orders and a different payment method for each order. We thought it was going to be a nightmare getting our orders in. But the workers at this Starbucks did an amazing job taking our orders quickly, efficiently, and accurately. Each drink was perfect! And, to top it all off, everyone was so friendly. read more
