They do get really busy so I always try to be mindful of the staff and the craziness but my drink is always made right and that's what matters most to me! This Starbucks was conveniently located off the interstate. Everywhere is out of almost every syrup made because of shortages in production. I went with the only thing available. Vanilla latte. Bathrooms were clean. It was a little slow getting the coffee and they weren't that busy. read more

I live within walking distance of this Starbucks and try to avoid it at all costs - baristas have always been so short and unfriendly with ordering in or picking up, I had a drink spill on my car when the lid wasn't put on all the way & when I went back inside they just grabbed the cup from me and luckily remade the drink - but I wasn't sure if they were going to after all the looks I was getting from them. also not a lot of studying space there if you're looking to work on something I don't know what it is but they give such a stand off vibe and I wish I didn't have such an awful time here every order. read more

This Starbucks has most inconsistent coffee preparation. I have ordered Cappuccino and Latte with extra shot at same time just to test them and I was not surprised when they made both under a minute and they both tasted same and at the same time horrible. This happened at 2 times in 3 days. After that I ordered mango dragon fruit refresher and they ended up giving me a pale yellow colored drink and as soon as I saw it I said it's not what I ordered as the refresher should be pink in color and the barista ended up telling me it's the same drink minus the mango dragon fruit as they are over with it. I ened up telling them I am not paying for the drink which is not having the main ingredients in It. So be mindful when you go here as you might not get what you want. read more

I love the location of this shop. I think the management is super cool and always engaging. Because it is off the interstate, this Starbucks tends to find more traffic than most around but they handle it with great ease and efficiency. It's a great place to conduct an interview if you can find a table tucked in a corner but it's better suited for more social activities like sitting with some friends and enjoying a delicious coffee. Love this location! Easy to stop here for a hot cup in the morning or come in for a quick lunch. The grab-n-go meals are always easily accessible and the hot sandwiches are always heated to perfection. They messed up our two blonde espresso latte. I saw the barista asking another one about our drinks and he just shrugged. She looked like a deer in the headlights. I should have tasted them before I walked out but we needed to get back on the road. My advice is to taste your drink before leaving the building to be sure they made it correctly vs before you are several miles down the road. WARNING: This Starbucks does not keep consistent hours. The sign on their drive thru window says they are open every day 6:00am-8:30pm. But this is only true 60% of the time. Today they randomly closed at 5:00pm. Tomorrow it might be 6:00pm. And I'm not even sure if they consistently open at the same time every day. Don't waste your time - there is a Starbucks at the exit before and 2 exits after that are far superior in terms of service and consistency. read more

I have visited this location several times. I am not a coffee fan, I only get Frappuccino. The service here is prompt and adequate. I do not use the drive thru. I have always found it easier to go inside and get my order. I.double check everything before I leave the premises. Out of principle I don't give 5 stars to chains. Wow...this is my first experience with an unfriendly Starbucks. I was given the wrong order going through drive thru. I went in to get it corrected. I explained the problem and was told that it was rung up incorrectly and was given no apology. They gave me my corrected drink and I was told to go stand in line to get my refund if I wanted to. She took my receipt, and as the last person went through, I was told by "D" that she would get to my refund in a moment. After 3 times of saying that to me, I said that I had waited moments, and she asked what my problem was. I was finally given the difference owed to me. It's the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. There was no any milk or cream or half-and-half at the condiment counter so I requested for half-and-half. The young server poured me just a sip of it and he refused to provide a bit more when I requested. Instead, he told me I need to pay to get a bit more of it. The worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I live directly by this location but I drive the 15 min drive over to the 135 location. I've have been through the drive thru maybe 6 times.... Drove off twice after 15 min waits with only 3 or 4 cars in line. Was served tall coffee when ordered grande. And the last time I gave it a shot the lid I was served had red lipstick already on it. Lovely location; right off the main road, but not too much traffic. This is a great Starbucks to run into if you want a quick beverage. I stumbled upon this establishment while wanting to kill some time waiting on a friend. I tried the mango dragonfruit refresher for the first time and fell in love, would recommend. This location is close to my apartment so I regularly visit this location. Its convenient to I-65 as well as most of the Greenwood area. The people here are very friendly. There have been a couple times where my order wasn't correct, but they've always fixed it. I've noticed that the errors have been in the drive thru, so I do recommend with complex orders you go inside verses the drive thru. Its not a 24 hr location anymore, but opens early in the morning and stays open late into the night. The inside has always been clean and a relaxing environment to just hang out with friends or get some work done. For the most part the service is fast, but there are times it seems to take forever. I don't know if it is because they are just really busy, understaffed, or just move at the speed of a turtle. read more
