It's close to the house so we normally go to this one first. Only issue is that this Starbucks is very small and runs out of food option fast. We use the app to make sure they have what we want but even still the app isn't always accurate. This store no longer has a walk area as they just finish rebuilding the whole place. Today I got the Emperors Cloud Tea with one pump of syrup and the Turkey Bacon sandwich. The tea is always refreshing and best thing to drink when you are sick. The sandwich is ok. We used their drive thru to order. It was fairly quick and easy. This location can be kind of cruddy on stock of items sometimes but today they had most of what we wanted. The only set back was the young lady at the front had no personality whatsoever and almost forgot one of the sandwiches (we never got an "I'm sorry" it was more of an awkward smile). I know they are newly reopened so I am sure they are still training people? Other than that, everything tasted great and the drinks were also fantastic! I highly recommend the tomato mozzarella panini! It is cheesy and flavorful (my fav.). The pistachio cold brew was also quite refreshing too! read more

Really small Starbucks location. Looks like it was likely another coffee shop's building before Starbucks bought it. I'm not used to a Starbucks having virtually no indoor seating and no customer bathrooms either. There are like 4 high-top chairs with a counter, and that's the gist of seating. No customer bathrooms either. This is definitely a drive-thru-type location with virtually no reason to go inside to order unless you wanted to order inside. On the bright side, they filled my order really quickly, and I saw cars zoom in and out too, so they seem like a pretty fast Starbucks! Just definitely not your standard location. read more

Amazingly this Starbucks did not have dark roast even before 10 am. Worse yet, they didn't have the equipment to do a pour over and certainly wouldn't make another pot of dark roast. Instead she tried to sell me an over priced cup of coffee I certainly didn't want. With Al the profits of Starbucks, they prefer to spent money on union busters and big executive compensation rather than the cheap pour over technology. And they don't care. read more

Nightmare logistical physical layout ~ no pick up inside store now after remodeling. Parked, went to go in, and door is locked. Attempted to back out of a parking place while the entire lot is filled with cars waiting for drive through. You have to drive around building, leave lot to get in the long line to pick up your mobile order. Really this is a nightmare location for a busy Starbucks. Drinks were fine. read more

This is a teeny tiny Starbucks location but it's always hopping. We always go inside because the drive thru is always packed. The inside is super small, but they are always fast and friendly. Be careful when parking. The drive thru customers will totally block you in and people are rude so they won't let you out of your parking spot sometimes. read more

This Starbucks is always so fast, friendly, and efficient! They have never messed up an order. And before they ever ask what you want, they always ask how you are first. I've been to another one that asks too, but I've been to several that are rude and or shorts with you. Everyone at this location is always so friendly. And did I say super fast?? They had a long line at the drive through and asked me to pull forward for my bacon Gouda. When the lady came out to give me my sandwich, it was the manager and she said she was so sorry I had to wait and gave me a little card for $4 off my next purchase! This has been my go-to starbucks for about 4 years. The manager (I Think Debbie?) is so sweet and a few of the workers remember me which is nice. They never fail to say hello to my son when he waves from the back window so he loves them too. A year ago I would have rated them 5 stars, no doubt. But lately something is up with them. The line is always snaked around the parking lot the last 4 months or so. It's the same cars I usually see so the volume of customers probably isn't to blame. And a year ago, even with a long line like that I would be through the drive through in maybe 6 minutes, 10 at WORST... but lately it's been almost 15 minutes almost every day. Sometimes 15 minutes when the line isn't even bad. I spend a lot of money there with a coffee and a sandwich. No matter what sandwich I order, it's always put together kind of lopsided. Hate to be a jerk, but can it really take so long to just straighten the parts before heating? One day last week I ordered a bacon gouda and i couldn't taste any bacon. Opened it up and there was only one tiny, maybe 1 inch sliver of bacon in it. I'm going to hope it's just an odd set of workers lately and maybe it will change soon because I know how great this Starbucks used to be. I'll re-review in a few months. read more

A Grande Americano is one of the simplest of the Espresso Drinks to make, 3 shots of Espresso topped off with "Filtered" hot water. Basic drink. Basic rules. 1. Don't let the shots die. 2. Use the Filtered water, not the stuff from the coffee maker. Both basic rules broken. The shots were drawn by the Barista, then sat on the counter to die, this allows the crema to collapse into the shot making it bitter, then the water from the coffee maker was used to top off the Americano, the chlorine in the unfiltered water acts with the acid in the shot and removed the natural sweetness of the shot, that is why the company pays to have the filtered water installed, and why Baristas are trained (or supposed to be trained) to use it. I don't like confrontation, I didn't say anything, but when the Americano is made that way, you're better off saving your money and getting your coffee at the Gas station read more
