Been going to this Starbucks for PLENTY of years. It's always extremely busy, drinks are sometimes wrong, and the service is not great either. One thing especially is ordering light ice and receiving a ratio of more ice than drink each time. Another example could be when PAYING for whip cream and barely getting anything. This Starbucks location is always very busy. Especially the drive-thru. If you're in a hurry, definitely not the location to go to. However, the staff works really hard to get your order done as quickly as possible. This location used to have super nice and friendly baristas who got to know you. However, since they remodeled several months ago, they seem to have lost some of their more dedicated and personable workers. This is not my favorite location, but there isn't much choice if you don't want to have to go into Target. I've also noticed lately that the quality of drinks is going down. I used to enjoy coming here-- the staff here is less than pleasant. Always walk in and get ignored and not one person comes to say hello for at least 5 minutes. They just look at you then look away. Apparently the only way to order anything at this location past 6 PM is to walk in, get ignored for 5 minutes by all members of the staff, and then proceed to order from your phone instead. Another woman behind us did the same thing since the 4 girls standing behind the counter couldn't even acknowledge the fact that we walked in. I understand how busy these places can get, but a simple "hi how are you... we will be right with you" would have sufficed. Instead, they literally averted their eyes, and fulfilled our online order without a single word being spoken. This is by far one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. They don't allow customers to add their own milk (makes sense, given the pandemic and local laws!) but refuse to add the appropriate amount of milk to drinks, leaving two inches at the top of the drink. When we asked them to add more milk to the drink they refused, stating that we should have ordered it differently. This store totes a sign that says that if you don't like you're drink they'll make it again and that their goal is to make their customers a drink they love. I didn't want my entire drink remade. I just wanted the right amount of milk... and the answer was "no." I like this location because of the drive- thru and the service is always pleasant. I came here to do some light work once and was disappointed by the setup. It's not very cozy and the seating arrangement was very crowded. It's also very bright in this location which is different from the rest. I'll be back for the drive thru :) read more

Now I have been to many Starbucks in my day, I mean what coffee connoisseur hasn't though? I went here quite often when I was in college. Normally always getting something new or what ever was in season. My favorite drink I ordered was the Pumpkin Frappuccino. Something about pumpkin during the fall really makes my taste buds go insane. Now my girlfriend always gets something with chocolate normally the more the better. Her favorite is the Triple Chocolate Frappucinno which I am sure she would always recommend for someone who loves Starbucks but doesn't like coffee. I know it makes sense, welcome to my future. :D The service here is always good and the drinks are made quick and always settled my craving for whatever new drinks I wanted to try. My fave Starbucks! The location is pretty annoying to get to because it's in the back of this convoluted parking lot. Other than that, I really like it! The inside is not as big as the Chester Starbucks and doesn't have any sofas, but there is ample seating room. It's also never super busy like the Chester one can be and still relatively new, so everything is very clean. The service is pretty good and quite fast, although I find that the drive through service is much faster. The drinks themselves are usually pretty good! Once again, definitely better than the Chester Starbucks. I come here pretty often and will definitely continue to come back! read more

This is Starbucks is like the Starbucks of misfit barista's. I have been coming to the store pretty much since it opened. But lately the quality has just gone downhill. I often do mobile order and in the past few visits my mobile orders have been wrong. This Starbucks is in a real convenient location for many people. I'm not one of them, but I do find myself on Rt. 57 every once in a while. I really like the layout of this Starbucks and it has an outside seating area which is a bonus during the warmer months. Did I forget to mention the really awesome thing about this Starbucks? There's a drive thru! A huge plus and not many Starbucks in this area offer the same convenience. I saw a few familiar faces behind the counter from a different Starbucks location. They are good at what they do and friendly people so that was a plus. I am very upset with this Starbucks. When ordering my favorite drink, Iced Cinnamon almond milk macchiato I was over charged by more than 1.30$. This is the only drink I ever get from here. So when I had a complaint about the price being different, I was met with a rude worker who basically told me not in these words but too bad bc they took this item off the menu and no longer have a key on the register for it. How is this my problem and why should I pay more for the drink I've been ordering for years? i wish i could give 10 stars! i had such a rough morning today, didn't have enough time to brew my own coffee and make breakfast l, had limited time to get to work. while i was waiting in the drive thru( not very long bc this starbucks moves very fast) i realized i didn't have my debit card or any back up card. i happened to have a few dollars cash i use for tolls and i was a few bucks short of my total. the employee who rang me out discounted it so i could still eat my sandwich and have a coffee. she handed me my order and told me she hopes i have a better day. little does she know, it's back to school season and i do hair so taking a break is usually pretty hard so without breakfast and a coffee my day would've been doomed lol i hope this review doesn't get her in trouble but it's little gestures like this that will keep me a loyal customer. i go to this location weekly but because of how much she helped me, i'll never have to choose. starbucks will be my first choice :) read more
