It always goes well at Starbucks in Hales Corners. You're always willing to help always friendly if they know you a little bit better they'll joke with you, but they're still very professional. They work very fast and efficient even if they're understaffed Customer Service services 50% of the business. Friendliness and professionalism is the other half! read more

I wish there was another option in the area. The atmosphere of this place is less than 0 stars. I was in two days ago when it was 19 degrees outside to meet a colleague and they had the A/C blasting. The cozy leather chairs that used to be there are gone. The rest of the furniture is cheap OSB board with metal legs that is super uncomfortable. As Jason Calcanis would say, it's worse than a truck stop. I will suspend comment on the drinks or staff because honestly I am going to a coffee shop for atmosphere and this is a no go for me. read more

This is a Coffee shop that I have gone to many times. It was very clean and organized. I will say I was unhappy with how long I was waiting for my food and drink compared to my friend. They also never called my name when my food/drink was ready... I have had better experiences with Starbucks before which is why I will go back but was disappointed with how my service was on Tuesday. read more

One of my customers gave me a thank you card which was very nice that had a gift card in it so since I don't go to Starbucks I looked at what they had to offer. Since I'm not a customer I was surprised to see that they had food offerings from breakfast to sandwiches. WOW right on the food page all big at the top is fantastic looking holiday turkey stuffing panini which is sliced turkey breast, cranberry herb stuffing, turkey gravy on a warm ciabatta bread. This sounded really good and I was psyched to go get one today around 2 pm. I go to the drive through that was packed and I finally get to the order speaker and ask for the holiday turkey and she doesn't know what I'm asking for and says turkey sandwich, I tell her 3 times the holiday turkey and she literally has no clue what I'm asked for and has to ask someone else about it, sorry were out of that sandwich would you like something else. Seriously, no I don't want something else because I specifically came for this sandwich. Now I'm stuck in the drive through for 10 minutes with no sandwich. I don't understand now a huge chain like Starbucks is promoting such a good sandwich, the bill board on the food page and the employees don't even know about. 2nd how does a huge chain run out of a promotion sandwiche by 2pm, I could understand at the end of the day. I'm going to post a picture from the Starbucks web site to show why I'm very I'm disappointed with this chain. What a swing and a miss with Starbucks. I never thought that I should phone first to verify that a huge chain actually has all the menu items on hand that they list, what a waste of time. read more

This is by far the best Starbucks location in Milwaukee if you ask me, and I'm not just saying that because it's the closest one to my house. The staff are friendly and entertaining and the store is always clean and crowded. But the drive is often crowded as well. I wouldn't say it's because the staff are slow - because they're not. There are just a ton of customers running through all day long. No matter what hour, what day, or the weather, cars are always lined up to get in here. The trick is to park and walk in. Even when I'm behind 5 other people, I can still get in and out with my order before the last car in the drive can get their order. I have ordered food here as well as drinks and never have I been disappointed. I'm not a big coffee drinker. I abhor the taste in fact. But I do like the chai tea hot or cold. I also like the peppermint mocha, but that's about 90% sugar anyway. Food has always tasted fresh and been served warm. I would recommend the blueberry oatmeal. Do you have gift cards and a smart phone? Download the app! You can load all the gift cards onto your smart phone so no more losing them or having to rummage around to find them. Chances are you're already holding your phone so you're halfway there. I would say there is only one downfall, and it's not their fault. Because of the location of this tiny strip and it's conjoined businesses - Chipotle and Noodles - the parking lot can get confusing and congested. All three are very busy all day long so there is a lot of traffic coming and going through the lot. Save yourself the headache and park in the lot nearest to Sherpers along the drive-thru. Or, you could park in the back which is the far end of the Pick 'n Save lot. read more

Staff seems to be nice but the drinks always come out poor. Every single time I order coffee it's wrong. When frappe chips are added my coffee ends up almost solid from the excessive amount put in. Today my iced coffee had a few pieces of ice just floating at the top. I give this place a try over and over and the drinks are always terrible even when they're not busy which would be the only good and understandable explanation. Not sure if its out of laziness or pure dislike for the customer but as someone who has worked in all kinds of customer service for 12 years-it just doesn't make sense. read more

It's been a while since I've been to the local Starbucks. Today was ok. For me, the store could have been cleaner. Are the tables distressed, or are those crumbs, or both? One of the restrooms was near out of tp and also not quite as clean as I'd hope for. (Wish they still had a men's and women's.) Overall, just OK today. I was really there for the wifi. read more

The crew at this Starbucks is amazing! They have always shown us nothing but the utmost kindness. Particularly, Matt has been wonderful. He always knows our order, and has gone out of his way for my partner Robby and I. Even when it is super busy, and with covid around, and anything else that might come up, the crew here doesn't falter. The drinks are good and the people really make this place special. I had ordered a tall hazelnut iced coffee with half and half and had ended up waiting over 15 minutes for it...as a tall black iced coffee was called and was sitting there for over 15 minutes. Thinking it was someone else's I didn't pick it up because it obviously wasn't what I ordered. After everyone had finally gotten their beverages I was still waiting so I finally said something. The barista then telling me "we don't have hazelnut syrup." Which I was never told. So her and the other barista take the black iced coffee that was sitting there for now 20 minutes and change glasses and put new ice in. So basically I walked out with a glass of water with syrup and half in half in it. Not to mention this is the third time this location couldn't get a simple order right. Last time I had went back when they didn't put any syrup in when I asked TWICE that day. Today I didn't go back, and will never be going back since I just threw money directly in the garbage; good day. read more

Love Starbucks coffee. Consistent anywhere you go. Nice location in Hales Corners but the space inside isn't as big as what you'll find at the Starbucks on 76th & Layton in Greenfield. Two comfy chairs, maybe 8-10 tables, with 2-3 wall outlets. It can get busy here and therefore loud. Service is always fast and friendly. read more

I had an hour to get some work done and saw the dining room was open so I drove to this location. The door said the dining room is open until 1pm, worked for me as it was 10am. The door was locked and the woman who answered the phone said they have to close early because someone was sick and I said that's fine and I recommend updating the hours on the door! She told me they were updated but the door was locked two hours early? They closed two hours early so they didn't have to close. read more

If I could give zero stars that's what it would be. A colleague and I walked into the location 2 days after the mask mandate recommendation by the CDC had changed and after a visit the day before to the location in Delafield. Upon entering a gentleman grabbed two masks with his UN-SANITIZED hands and put them at us. My colleague politely started to question the difference of mask policies, and was immediately verbally attacked by saying it's corporate policy. She attempted to explain this was not the case at another location at which time two other employees confronted us childishly yelling we had to put them on at all times in the store (even clearly seeing we were in the midst of putting them on). After her mask was fully on she proceeded to say "you may get some pushback as other locations are not requiring masks" and all three of them continued to raise their voices and demand mask usage. Beyond rude. We left without patronizing the location and we will never go back. It's unfortunate that common decency has made its way out the door. read more

Had a very rushed morning. Went to my favorite Starbucks in Hills corners in the baristas took care of me and put a smile on my face. The manager on duty at this location refused to give an essential employee my cup of coffee that i ordered online because i couldn't drive my work truck through the drive thru to pick it up. Told me to just take it up with corporate and basically told me to pound sand for my refund. They are the NICEST PEOPLE EVER!! Particularly this one woman who works here. I don't remember her name, but I think she is a manager of some sort. She is so god damn cheerful every time I go there. She also let me in on the "secret" that I can order peppermint mochas any time of the year. ANY TIME I WANT! Also, one time the people in front of me bought my drink in the drive trough and she was working the drive through and we both had a "moment" about how people don't always suck. Seriously. I love her. Anyways, the drive through line is sometimes insanely long and its really inconsistent as far has how long it takes. Some days, it's super speedy. And then there are other days where you swear the car in front of you ordered one of everything of the menu, but first they have to go to Costa Rico and pick out the damn coffee beans and bring them back to the freaking store before we can get started. I dunno. Maybe people just order more complicated things than I do? I usually only go here when I know I have plenty of time. Just in case. Also, the inside is kind of weird. It's a tiny Starbucks, but I always see people hanging out in it. So that's cool. But I do not just "hang out" in coffee shops, so I have no opinion about this. read more

I frequent this Starbucks, as it's on the way to my parents house in Rochester (and as we all know, sometimes we need a little extra *kick* to get through those family dinners). I never go inside unless I absolutely have to - I'm never out of my car in this area of town, so my visits largely consist of the drive through. Although I've had a few mix-ups in my time, the service lately has been pretty consistent, and it is always friendly. The only beef I have with this Starbucks? It's a weirdly set up drive-thru. Which way do you enter? You have to cut across Pick N Save traffic going the other way, which is awkward and an odd set up. Sometimes the line for the drive-thru will get pretty long so it snakes into the road. Weird. read more

Unfortunately it is the only Starbucks in this area other than going inside the target 15 minutes away. I have a mixed review; I pull up through the drive through on a Thursday afternoon...I order a large coffee and also realized I need to get something else to equal $5 (to get a "star" for the card system Starbucks offers). This being thought of, I ask the barista what other pastry options they have available, not finding what was listed appealing to my appetite. She went on to list many different pastries available, which I really appreciated her going through the whole listing! I pulled up and proceeded to give her $1 tip for additional help in assisting me. I told her I wanted to use the Starbucks app to pay for my purchase also.* When she opened the drive thru window, my total came out to a little under $3, so I realize she hadn't added the pastry. I told her this, and she apologized and returned with it. What I wasn't happy about, is that my $5 purchase was not added to the Starbucks card when she scanned it (I think before adding the pastry, she needed to scan again?) and I also wasn't given a receipt or told my total before I came around in the first place. I'm sure it was a busy time, so I'm sure I'll be back again - because I have gotten good service before here; it just defeated the purpose as to why I made a stop originally...(to receive a Starbucks star). read more
