I am very impressed with this Starbucks location. It is clean, comfortable, and the employees are friendly here. Drinks are good too! I don't order Starbucks often but when I do, it is a nice treat. I ordered ahead for pickup and got the VT Pumpkin Spice latte Frap. I shared with my bf and he said it brought back memories to a Pumpkin Spice donut he used to get for his grandpa. The guy who works at the drive thru is consistently rude when I go here. As an older guy, being called "bud" or "buddy" by some kid who has an attitude is not the way I want to start my day. Starbucks has arrived at Inspirada! This is a brand new Starbucks in the Inspirada master planned community in Henderson. This coffee shop is so new that is shows as a construction site on Google Maps. This is a new and unique location. This is is the only Starbuck's that I know of in Las Vegas that shares a parking lot with a public library (Henderson West Library). It you are into hiking like I am this is an ideal spot to leave your car when hiking before or after Starbucks. Perhaps before and after. From the parking lot you can hike along the Inspirada walking paths, engage in a longer hike onto the Anthem walking paths, or ultimately hike into the Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area. Perhaps If you want to just take a quick outdoor breather, it sits across the street from the Inspirada Overlook. This is a picturesque spot to enjoy a Starbucks beverage while taking in the view of Black Mountain towering over Inspirada and Anthem. For hiking purposes, I utilized the parking lot as a trailhead for a hike that took me through the southern part of Inspirada where the city of Henderson meets the back country of Sloan Canyon National Conservation then into Esselmont Park in Anthem and back. The brand new area where the Inspirada Starbucks is located in gave me the perception of being very safe. I had little worries leaving my car in the uncrowded freshly paved parking lot. This is a part of the valley where the only homeless you will most likely see loitering would be a coyote. After my hike, I walked into a modern Starbucks. In contrast to another Starbucks that recently opened in Henderson by Henderson Hospital, this location is commodious with plenty of seats. This includes outdoor seating. To me the Starbucks environment is as important as the Coffee. The Barista that took my order was professional and friendly. At the time that I placed my order, it was not that busy. When it comes to coffee, my drink of choice is a dark coffee with two Splendas and Cinnamon powder. In the spring of 2023, a tall coffee costs $2.87. The one downfall to this brand new location is that if you plan to make a left on Bicentennial Parkway towards Via Inspirada, it can be an aggravating ordeal during peak traffic. That is because of the traffic circle that causes traffic to back up. The traffic situation was so bad when I left on a late Tuesday afternoon that it forced me to make a right turn onto Bicentennial Parkway and avoid Via Inspirada. I am impressed with the brand new Inspirada Starbucks. My experience combined two things that I love: relaxing with savory coffee and hiking. In the future I would like to return here for another cup or two of coffee and hiking. read more

This location is perfect since it's less than a mile away from my place! I came here for the first time to redeem my birthday reward. I tried getting a sandwich, but was told that this location only gives birthday drinks at any size. I was kind of bummed about that since I already had my cup of coffee for the day. Since I was already there, I ordered the largest pumpkin cold brew. The person who took my order was very kind and very welcoming! The pumpkin brew was perfect! Not too sweet at all! I go to Starbucks probably 3-5 times a week for coffee, breakfast, etc and this location has some of the rudest staff. After walking around the area with my kid we walked in for a small cup of water. We were told we had to make a purchase to get a water. We have NEVER had this happen. And after contacting corporate we were told this is not the policy.. also the staff was closing up and putting everything away at 9:00pm when they close and 10 and seemed very mad when we walked in... probably was mad and told us we had to buy something just to be rude. We are regulars at Starbucks and my daughter always orders chocolate cold foam and a croissant, her ordered is always filled. We even ordered this at this location yesterday, today when we asked the cashier said "no, we don't do that." When I mentioned that we ordered it here yesterday he said, "well we don't do that." A new Starbucks in the same shopping center where WSKY and the new library has finally opened! Look, I know there is a Starbucks right down the street, but I feel like this is what Starbucks does, and honestly, this one is within more walking distance of me and I can't wait to walk here and grab some morning coffee when the weather cools down a bit. Today, I decided to hop in my car and take the small drive over here to grab my coffee to-go. From pictures I have seen of the inside of this place, it looks beautiful. More comfortable chairs than the typical Starbucks. Again, I can see myself biking or walking here when the weather cools offf to work from here. They also have a beautiful patio, too, perfect for if you're walking your dog here. Lots of spaces to eat and drink and enjoy the beautiful Vegas weather. Their drive thru is beautiful and looks like a resort valet to me honestly. No one was in front of me today (I'm assuming not a lot of people know that this location is open yet), so I was able to drive right up and place my order. I ordered something new this time and not my typical drink and the girl taking my order was super patient with me. When I got to the window, the girl that took my payment was super friendly with me. I love that! She asked what my plans were for the day, what kind of dog my dog was, and made some small talk with me instead of just closing the window. So nice! New Starbucks in the area with a beautiful exterior in Anthem, Henderson. They did a fantastic job with the design and the interior is just as nice as the exterior. I have to say the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming here and the service has been spot on the few times we've visited. It's been nice because the drive-thru is always empty when I come but I suspect that's because people aren't aware it's open yet. I'll relish in the convenience for as long as I can! Lol. The consistency of drinks is really good which is huge for me because there's nothing worse than paying for a drink and it's mediocre. We all have our favorites and expect it to come out the same each time. So far, this location delivers. I was recently at the ER due to unsanitary and inappropriate handling of their half &half. I ordered a breve latte, got so sick, I threw up over 7 times. They have to understand Vegas is hot, and Starbucks needs to appropriately handle the dairy products. I have no idea if the half& half was expired, or if it sat in 100 degrees on the counter. To start, I love coffee and have always gotten Starbucks with no issues. This location is not safe. As someone who does not get sick easy, it was only after getting a matcha green tea that I felt it in my stomach. Not only for my self, my girlfriend also got sick. Since this Starbucks opened, I have tried giving it a chance over and over again due to its convenient location; however, the only thing they're good at is being consistently inconsistent in making drinks and serving cold/ still frozen food that should be warmed through. I have tried some of my regular drinks here as well as new ones that I've tried elsewhere and these baristas seem to get it wrong every time; from the drink just tasting awful to being made completely wrong or inconsistent each time. I've added a picture of my latest drink, an iced latte with almond milk and 3 shots of espresso (a regular order for me), but what I was given is a venti glass of almond milk. You can instantly tell from the color that there is less than, if any, of the 3 shots of espresso that should be in a Venti unflavored latte as this is my go to order and is usually much darker in color. With another Starbucks location 1 min down the road and several others within a 5 min drive, I recommend you skip this location, despite the large amount of indoor seating and nice outdoor space, or be sure to go inside and watch your drink being made to check for accuracy and avoid the drive thru where they hand you drinks like this. read more

I had a lot of last minute work and spent little to no hours of sleep. Ran out of coffee at home and rushed over just to have some caffeine! Family wanted to be added in too, so 10 minutes before close, I pull up and order four hot pumpkin spice lattes. Alan was kind enough to still assist me even though I clearly saw all of them in the building working hard to close. It IS a lot to order four whole drinks while someone is trying to close a store. Some customers think "well it's their job, and they're still open, so..." and honestly, that thought process is rather, well, thoughtless. These people have families, homes, chores, pets, kids, and homework to attend to. NO ONE likes to be held up at work, whether it's "their job during the open hours" or not. Special thank you and shout out to Alan who had excellent customer service, and as I watched him make the drinks, made them perfectly without skimping or giving me half quality drinks. He did this all while I came in minutes prior to close and for that, I am incredibly thankful. Most night crews are undervalued for their efforts, at all food and service establishments. I always come back here to give them a shot considering it's a new location but it's just all out bad now. My food is always too cold or very sloppy in bag. Today I ordered a latte, ICED, and a snowman cookie. As soon as I get to the window, this girl (Asian girl) clearly doesn't want to be there, I rolling her eyes, and looks in a horrible mood, unfortunately I didn't catch her name. Regardless of the girl nasty vibe and attitude, I received a hot latte when I ordered an iced latte, so I gave it back and asked for the ice. Instead of correctly making my drink, they poured the hot drink in a cup of ice, giving me less drink portion, and did a lazy wip job. As she gave it back to me the attitude and facial expressions were even worse then it was in the beginning, felt nasty. Also in less of a matter, my cookie got completely butchered in the bag. I wouldn't recommend coming to this Starbucks, especially when they have TWO more locations less then 5 minutes down the street with great service compared to here. Horrible customer service, horrible customer care, and horrible customer experience. DON'T COME HERE, other ones down the way make this one more then worth skipping this location. read more
