Ordered a Frappuccino for $4.95 + tax. I specifically asked for "light ice" and it was so noted on the order sticker. I got 3/4 of my cup full of ice and 1/4 drink. Total rip off. Lately, McCafé has better drinks, better service for a better price. Who knew? I'm kinda done with Starbucks. read more

Very fast location for drive thru. I've only been on the store a few times. However, I've been thru the drive thru dozens of times at various hours and they have always got my orders right and are very fast. It's a well run organization and it won't let you down! read more

Worst Starbucks in Vegas. Unfortunately it's the only one close to us every time we go we get hit and miss but mostly misses on drinks being not good. Ive had to drive to other starbucks and ask them to remake our drinks and then they are good. I don't understand how a drink with one recipe can be made differently? I love my neighborhood Starbucks and im a regular here but recently the coffee cups have been spilling/dripping coffee from the lids area. This is super annoying because it drips all over my cup holder, my hands and the floor. I end up having to wipe down all the sticky tracks and it's frustrating because I have to get to work. It sucks to give 4 stars because all the workers and quality of coffee is above 5 stars. Please tell upper management/ manufacturers to improve their cups! Thank you. read more

I live in Inspirada so this is my neighborhood Starbucks. We've been in the area for nearly 6 years and i have to say that the staff is absolutely wonderful at this location. Even as people have left and new hires have come in they all provide wonderful service and are very kind. They went through a remodel last year to make the store a little more modern and it's very beautiful! I'd like to give some honorable mentions to Ramona who worked the drive thru window for years and is always happy and tells me a cute story while i wait the minute or 2 in line and always greets me with a big smile and a "Hi Hun!", Michael who works the later shift is so sweet and funny and when i was studying for the NCLEX exam after graduating from nursing school he would let me sit there for hours with my books and laptop and always make sure i didn't need anything or that it wasn't too loud. There are 2 newer employees that i really like a lot. Lauren (she may spell it with a y)always happy, smiling making conversation. She always tries to get me my coffee for the best price even if it's only 10 cents cheaper and i appreciate that!! She will come and say hi at the window even if she isn't the one checking me out. And she always has on really great shades of lipstick that just pop off her big, infectious smile! Frankie is my MVP! He may be a shift manager, he appears to have more responsibility. He is the best barista i have ever dealt with and his dedication to customer service can't be matched! He always gets my order right to the point that he learned it by heart and would finish my sentence at the drive thru! Today someone else made my coffee wrong and he didn't let me wait in line when i walked in with it after i took it from the window (i didn't want to hold up the line). He set down his clipboard and jumped right into action making my coffee just right, smiling and joking about all the creamer. He said "you sure that's enough because you can just tell me I'll make it exactly how you want it!" Last week i went before work and he made sure my order was just right and that i had everything i needed to take my extra drinks with me for my coworkers and wished me a great day at work and told me to drive safe and you know what?! He set my day off right and i had a wonderful day!! I'm a nurse and work 12hr days and i can't leave to get coffee later on so it really matters if we get it right in the morning and it's something small that we look forward to and Frankie understands the magnitude of doing something seemingly small but genuinely nice for another person, which is what truly makes a difference. He also always looks very professional and knows how to dress casually for a coffee shop but professional for his job. I really appreciate him and look forward to seeing him throughout the week! read more

My second favorite Starbucks in Las Vegas. Only second because of the location, way too far from me. When I am in the area, I Always make a pit stop here. Customer Service is Always on point. The most outlet Starbucks I ever seen. Could be space in Vegas is more abundant and the thought becomes what should we out here? And here? Outlets? More outlets? Large seating even with booths!! So obviously love Starbucks but this location is pretty bad. The two old ladies who work the drive through are terrible. One of them which I think is Ramona and the other one not sure of her name but they are so rude and do not make you feel welcomed. Romona makes you hurry out the line and will not give you your food or drink without you giving your credit card as if I am going to run off with my food without paying! (Making me feel like I am a convicted felon or something even though I can fucking buy the whole Starbucks). The other one looks/acts like she is tired of working and I feel her pain and makes me actually feel bad for her. I dread going there for my coffee because they put me in a terrible mood. Only reason I go to this one is because it's right next to my house or I would NEVER go there. Please put someone more pleasant in the drive through! read more

The COMPLETE staff is rude and unprofessional! I hate going to this Starbucks but it's across the parking lot from my job! Each and everytime I'm in NO ONE has ever said WELCOME TO STARBUCKS then I ALWAYS AND I MEAN ALWAYS HAVE TO ASK TO BE SERVICED when there's at least 7 people behind the counter. The first time I went I was standing right in front of the register being that it's diagonally across from the entrance and the guy spoke to and serviced a guy that had just walked in. The second time I went in I had to wait 15 mins for my drink and it was made wrong. Then today I went in and had to ask was anyone going to take my order when there were at least 5 ppl that worked there at the counter casually talking. This is just unprofessional and something should really be done about this establishment. I'm not only leaving a review I plan to call corporate as well. read more

I go here almost daily. One of the servers often waits on me, and is always nice, so I gave her a very large tip and a holiday card on Xmas. They gave me chips in my mocha frappe. So I went back and didn't say anything and just bought a regular mocha frappe, no chips. And the one they give me just take like a frozen milk, no mocha or coffee flavor at all. They suck at making drinks at this location. I come from being spoiled with Starbucks in NYC. This is by far the best starbucks I've ever been too. I'll do my best to remember names but I believe its Taylor who is exceptional and you're lucky I don't steal her for my hotel :). The new guy nick is fantastic and knows what I drink. Merlina?? I think that is her name is so sweet and always has a smile. All of them always know that I'll be looking for the Christmas blend and are deeply apologetic when they dont have it. Overall, I've never encountered one employee that doesn't go above and beyond to make my experience just to get a cup of coffee a pleasant time. You should praise these people for a job well done. P.S. I will follow up with them to ensure they have been recognized. Its the only way you will keep employees of this caliber. read more
