Unfortunately for me at this store it's always about tip and not the experience. You would think they would greet you and say hi at the window. It's like I said hello to myself. All The gentleman told me at the window was "it's going to ask for tip" I then just gave him a tip like I always do. He gets me my drink I say thank you. You would think he should respond to me but he just stands in silence. The only words at my encounter at the drive through was asking for a tip no Hi or Bye. This to me is the bare minimum which I did not get. read more

This fairly new Starbucks has been my go-to place when I either have to take some work home, or study for a professional certification exams. The tables are kept really clean, and the sandwich selection is pretty good. My favorite is their chicken caprese, with melted cheese and an actual slice of real tomato. I love their black tra lemonade with brown sugar. The staff was particularly helpful the other day, as some of them were on break while I was bringjng my laptop and books and there were no other seats left. They were kind enough to wrap up early so I can have a workspace. My only complaint is that sometimes the wifi signal is a little weak and gives me trouble connecting. read more

I frequently visit this location, mostly the drive thru. The line today was very long so decided to go inside. Once inside, there was no one waiting, and I counted eight employees behind the counter. Some were chatting amongst themselves while others worked. I kept time and it took one minute and 48 seconds for someone to take my order, this after several made eye contact with me. Every time I am in the area to see my hair stylist, I usually stop here for a coffee on the way or coming home. A lot of times, I also get my favorite chicken salad wrap with peanut sauce. LOVE LOVE LOVE! The wrap this time came with cucumbers instead of grapes, was wrapped as a whole wrap instead of sliced pieces, and the type of wrap was different. Everything still taste great, but since I love this I noticed the differences immediately. Just keep the chicken salad wrap and peanut sauce together no matter what wrap or side come with it. Favorite for sure. I have always had great service from this location through the drive-thru and inside as well. read more

This is by far one of the absolute worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The customer service here is awful and they should hire new team members. I waited in line for 25 min while two employees held up the line to chat with their friend in the drive thru window, with the line wrapped around the corner. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and they gave me a cold bagel, un-toasted and had the NERVE to expect a tip during payment process. This is my go to Starbucks during the work week. The woman at the drive thru really does a great job of making you feel like a regular there. Her name starts with an M and might be Milly or something. Anyway, she needs to be recognized for a job well done! The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars, is because yesterday a different employee, failed to secure the lid on my coffee cup. 10 min later it was all over me after a right hand turn. I am a regular customer at this location, as in I go every Monday - Friday. This morning I decided to go through the drive thru instead of mobile ordering because I had the extra time to waste. I chose to steer away from the usual White Chocolate Mocha that I tend to order and get something different. I ordered a GRANDE Cinnamon Dolce Latte hot with light whipped cream for $5.09. As you can see in the picture below, this is how my drink was handed to me without me even taking one sip. Extremely disappointing for the price I'm paying that I'm already short almost 1/3 of my drink. I feel like I shouldn't have to examine my drinks before I drive off especially when I only notice this once I get to work and I am unable to go back and get a new drink or at least get my drink filled up to the top. Don't get me wrong, the guy that attended me at the drive thru was a sweetheart and the staff I always interact with are always really great, but I just don't appreciate paying as much as I pay and not even obtaining the full amount of what I'm paying for. read more

The time of wait is ridiculous. Though the indoor seating is closed due to the pandemic, the drive-thru area has been getting slower and slower. I frequent this Starbucks, and today had to return home for the third time after the line took over 15 minutes. Drive-thru should be more convenient and faster, but it shouldn't take that long. If people frequent in the morning maybe they should have more staff but it is really frustrating as a resident of Hialeah Gardens, to experience this early morning or afternoon. read more

I don't recall the older ladies name, but she had to be the friendliest, most welcoming corporate chain employee I've ever met. This lady was so sweet to everyone that came in, often times remembering regulars names and what their orders were. Unfortunately I live nowhere near this Starbucks and probably won't be coming back any time soon, but if I lived any closer I'd make this my regular spot for coffee in the morning just because of her. This is my neighborhood Starbucks. What can I say, generally standard generic Starbucks experience. This location has a drive-in which is nice, especially if you want to sip on a latte on your way to work or school in the morning. Has a nice outdoor patio, although it's a bit tight. Have only been inside once, decor is consistent with other SBUX. Service is generally good. One time I waited longer than usual at the drive thru window but was given a certificate for a free drink on my return visit because of the wait. Bottom line: Good local neighborhood SBUX!
