This is my neighborhood Starbucks. What can I say, generally standard generic Starbucks experience. This location has a drive-in which is nice, especially if you want to sip on a latte on your way to work or school in the morning. Has a nice outdoor patio, although it's a bit tight. Have only been inside once, decor is consistent with other SBUX. Service is generally good. One time I waited longer than usual at the drive thru window but was given a certificate for a free drink on my return visit because of the wait. Bottom line: Good local neighborhood SBUX! I came here the other evening and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of effort these kids make at this store. I think people tend to forget that this is an entry level job and that a lot of these kids are first timers and are trying their best to fulfill their customers request at a reasonable pace. For what it's worth, they're doing a great job. So long as you have patience and allow them to work they will get it right. They also got me to try something new, and made my drink just as expected! read more

This has become one of my favorite Starbucks locations to visit (I used to avoid it to be honest.) Andi is by far my favorite barista there! My drink is ALWAYS perfect! And to top it off she is quick. I'm always on the go and need to move quickly. She has my drink memorized and ready in a timely matter. I also love how clean this location is. I go to this Starbucks because it's not even a mile from my house. For some reason the quality has gone to shit within the last two weeks. I'm lactose intolerant so I always order a cold brew with oat milk, NOT WHOLE MILK. I've had to go back every time I've gone within the last two weeks. I come here at least 3-4 times a week. But I have to say that today was probably the worst. I had to repeat my order at least 3 times because all you hear in the background is screaming and laughing. The thing is today I ordered the same thing and the assistant manager Julian made my drink. Even though I repeated my order several times they still put WHOLE MILK in the drink. The only reason today I didn't go back is because I threw up in my car, and this is after only drinking a sip from my drink. How hard is it to literally just add one ingredient. I'm just saying you have to pay attention when someone is ordering because you never know whether they have a dietary restriction or not. It's honestly incredible that not even the assistant manager can make such a simple drink. read more

So I love coming here to study because I can throw on my headphones and zone out. Its small but there's usually space near the higher counter top in the front. The one thing I absolutely cannot stand is the flies!!! If someone would just get rid of the flies from the front area near the windows I would give this place 5 stars. As reputable as the Starbucks brand is, this location definitely does not meet the expectations the franchise sets. Im a regular customer and my bad experience at this location has not been the first. I don't blame the franchise, but the management and administration of this specific location. Not only are the lines unreasonably long during peak times, but also towards the end of their shift their quality of product decreases substantially. I admit it is my fault for not wanting to invest the driving time to avoid this location during later hours, but this behavior should not be excused nor continue to be allowed. read more

I love starbucks. In my opinion the best drinks are the vanilla bean frappé and ask them to add chocolate chips with the chocolate drizzle on top...yes I know it sounds delicious :). This place is always slow and on top of that now they have decided not to brew decaf coffee at all. Those of us that cannot have regular coffee they don't want our business. Apparently is the manager decision what he decides to brew or not in the store. Maybe they should hang a sign saying we do not offer decaf coffee so you don't wasted your time waiting to order. read more

By far the worse Starbucks yet, been in this drive thru for about 15 mins and there were only two cars in front of me at the window! They had the persons order in front of me wrong as well as mine. Biggest problem with this Starbucks is that their service indoor and drive thru is very slow. They take a very long time to take your order and to give it to you. The place itself and bathrooms are well maintained. I'm kind of over the whole Starbucks but since it's close to home I usually come here to get a pike roast or a doppio. read more

I love this Starbucks! The convenience of a drive thru is the best part. The lady that works the windows in the morning is the sweetest person ever! She does her job so well you can tell she enjoys doing what she does (love her!) My only complaint is the drive they should have a roof or tarp by the menu. Being that it's Hialeah and it rains every other day, when placing an order you get soaked, and your car gets soaked inside. It's almost a turn off to not go on rainy days (usually the lines are smaller I can only imagine this is why) consider a tarp or something retractable you may actually have more revenue on those days! Was in the area and decided to stop for some coffee. Decided to try the drive thru and it was pointless. It took so long and the girl forgot we were there. She then came to the window and was like "your total is $x.xx" she then realized we already paid when we told her that we're just waiting for our two drinks. Once we got our drinks the whip cream was already a little melted and you can tell it was sitting for quite some time. When I tried my caramel frap it tasted like nothing, literally. I went inside and the outside patio area was a mess! literally had napkins and trash everywhere outside! When I went inside I waited quite some time for someone to acknowledge me, not even a welcome into the store. Then decided I should try getting someone else's attention which was the cashier. I told her about my drink and she made me another one herself. It was the same problem. Literally tasted like nothing. Couldn't taste any caramel, just ice. Told them again and they didn't even apologize or anything. They made it again yet just left it in the blender longer so instead of tasting chunks of ice I tasted water in my drink. Seriously was just super annoyed with the horrible customer service and taste of the drinks so I didn't say anything else. I kept it and left very unhappy. read more

This Starbucks has never disappointed. Today, my mom and I ordered two complicated coffees in the morning through the application. When I arrived 10m later, the drinks were ready to be picked up (they were pre-paid) and it was very convenient. Staff is always friendly and smiling. I've never had to wait very long here whether it be getting off to order at the register or via drive thru no matter how long the line is. This Starbucks is great! They have great customer service and make sure that your drink is always right. However, today (8/26/14) for some reason they were extra slow, and got my order wrong even though they were adequately staffed about 5 people behind the counter from what I could see (I was in the drive thru). My drinks here are usually really good with the right sugar etc. but today it was so bad I threw it away. I asked for decaf more than once and made sure it was decaf and when I tried it it tasted like it had 2 shots of expresso and absolutely no sugar. This is probably the worst Starbucks that I have ever been to. I am an avid coffee drinker and don't usually get anything besides a simple iced coffee from Starbucks. I come here everyday and it was always good customer service. However, I just had the WORST experience with a drive-thur employee named Manny. While paying for our coffee I noticed one coffee was hot. I asked for two iced drinks. I kindly told Manny that I requested an iced not a hot drink. Manny snapped back at me so disrespectfully for getting the order wrong that I was in shock. Never have I had such a rude Starbucks employee. While I was paying I told Manny he didn't have to be so rude over a hot or iced drink. That is when he disrespectfully again snapped back & slammed the window in our face. We were so in shock with the rudeness of Manny that we went inside to speak to a manager. Then Manny had come out from the back raising his voice over at us in front of everyone at the store. I was greeted upon arrival by a nice young lady. It took about 3 minutes for a young man (who was working the drive they as well as the front) to address my order, and it took another 3 minutes to make it, as there was only one person making the drinks (the same young lady that greeted me). The drink was on point, nevertheless. All in all, I waited around 7-8 minutes for my order to be processed and be ready. I'm always at starbucks and i've been to so many different ones in different cities, and different states. this is by far the worst starbucks i've ever been to. I walked in and stood in front of the register for 10 mins and no one said a word to me. they looked at me and continued on doing what they were doing. not once did i get a "sorry, we'll be right with you" i don't mind waiting obviously. So i order my drink and it takes another 10 mins to get to me, while 4 other people behind me got their drink. i saw something near the drive thru window that looked like my drink, and after waiting a few more mins they realized that it was my drink and handed me the watered down drink that had been sitting there. Whatever im not someone who makes a big deal about going out. i sit down and start working on some work, a few hours later i get a little peckish and go back up to the register. again same thing no one greets me for some time. finally i order a butter croissant and they give me a chocolate one. i was actually really shocked cause i usually get really good service from starbucks but the people you have working here are negligent and rude. read more

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I have been waiting for a total of 45 mins and counting for my salted caramel frapp. The wait in the drive through is completely out of control. By the time I finally made it to the window, no one was at the window. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, this nice young frazzled man greeted me with my completely melted frapp. Then the register did not want to accept my payment via iPhone Starbucks app. He began multitasking which was not working out in his favor. While attempting to ring me up and the inside clients at the same time delayed the entire process by an additional 5 to 10 mins. The manage swung by to check the register and then disappeared with only 2 staffers working the entire store. I offered to wait on the curb while they remade my frapp and he could continue with the rest of the patiently waiting clients. I waited an additional 15 mins and decided to get out of my car and walk in. Half way to the door he ran out and apologized again for the wait and handed me another melted frapp. This entire transaction took a little over an hour!!! I was going to only give one star, but decided to give two because the coffee was made perfectly. I'll start my review by saying that the customer service in this starbucks at 10:30 Am on a Saturday SUCKS! my hubby and I wanted to share a turkey havarti sandwich for breakfast. When I grabbed the only turkey sandwich that was in the cold display I turned it over to check the sell by date and noticed it was TODAY! I asked the young guy behind the register if he could give me a fresher one, he replied with that one is fresh and questioned me on the sell by date, I said today, he said its fresh. I went in to explain that I've bought other turkey sandwiches that the lettuce is wilted and brown and that why I wanted a fresher one. He insisted that one was fine and that they can't throw it out will the evening because of the date. So my hubby and I went ahead and bought the sandwich. Once we opened the sandwich the lettuce much to our "surprise" was WILTED! and brown. We went back to the young man behind the register and showed him what I was talking about the whole time and he was hesitant but said I need to talk to my manager and left to the back, while we waited we were approached by a really nice curly haired young man and asked if our drinks were ok, I said yes they're perfect it's the sandwich and we showed him what was going in with the lettuce. Finally after the manager slammed something in the back he came to the register with an attitude holding the new turkey sandwich hostage behind his back and started to interrogate us!! Yes interrogate I said, because I felt I was under investigation for bad lettuce. Anyway, he showed us the new sandwich and then asked so you want a new one we said yes, then he said but unthought you didn't like the sandwich we said we love the sandwich, but this lettuce is bad and showed him the (paper tissue) looking brown lettuce and then he threw the new sandwich on the counter and walked away!! Where do I start. Normally this is my go to Starbucks since all the other ones are too far, but Im starting to think the extra distance is gonna be worth it. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love Starbucks and everything they sell and sometimes this one actually gets my drink right but most of the time its just either watery or tastes like anything BUT coffee (plain chocolate milk -- I often order the Java Chip Frapp never the Double Chocolate Frapp). Also they have their days when they "ran out of sausage" or "ran out of java chips" or even "ran out of whip cream"... WHIP CREAM!!! What kind of Starbucks COFFEE runs out of WHIP CREAM. Even at home when I sometimes make my own coffee I always make sure to have... WHIP CREAM! By the way if you like extra whip cream make sure to emphasize on the extra otherwise its like you didn't even say it. Every single time I ask for extra whip cream I ALWAYS have to return it because "surprisingly" they forget. OHHHHH the customer service: Be lucky to catch them on a good day because most of the time they have this ATTITUDE!!! My gooooood... first and hope LAST time i have to write a review, because i have never had a hostile experience at this location until just now and honestly it boiled my blood because the disrespect and her tone. im normally a regular customer during the day, and this time i decided to do a quick pick up in the evening. i always went to starbucks and was never told about the points system on the app until probably like my 30th time going to this location. one of the employees recommended i use it for free stuff in future orders. from the time i have had the app ive only redeemed one free thing at this location. i would place my order and redeem my free drink at the window not once was this an issue with other employees until now. (also i was never told to redeem my free drink at the speaker) I get to the window hand my phone to redeem my drink and with the most disturbed tone the employee gave me an attitude because i had not told her at the speaker, mind you she rushed me to place my order and then while she took someone elses order she was also giving attitude. i really wish i didnt have to write this but i had to as i never had a bad experience like this one. she's a young girl, slim brunette hair, works the window. according to my cousin who comes at night says the night staff isn't friendly at all. i just experienced that & it's super dissapointing honestly and very unprofessional in her part, if she is angry or impatient she really shouldnt work the window. i'm normally not one to argue with anyone or write reviews ever, but this time the service wasn't it. read more
