I can conveniently place my order on the app, and it is always ready when I get there, even if I get there a few minutes early. Great and Busy Location!! Since the drive thru was super busy I took my chances and went inside (Masked up due to the signs). I was behind a customer who TOOK 10-minutes to order. While waiting I observed how patient the employee was with the language barrier. The customer event wrote his order down for the worker however , the employee still couldn't understand it. They eventually worked it out. While I waited - I went to the app and ordered my coffee there. It literally took them 2-minutes and it was ready! The employee was very Accommodating and Patient - Kuddos to him. My Hot White Chocolate Mocha w/ extra Whip was Amazing as always and made to perfection! First off, I just have to say a round of applause to these baristas at this location because it is always filled OUT of the parking lot with people waiting in the drive thru lane. My favorite drink at Starbucks is Salted Caramel Cream Nitro Cold Brew, light foam. We asked what the difference was between Nitro and regular cold brew. Nitro is naturally more sweet and smooth because of how it's made, versus your regular cold brew. Fun facts! Only rating this 4 stars because when I do go here, and I order that, it appears and tastes pretty different every time? So the consistency is sort of thrown off? Regardless, I appreciate how fast the workers are, while also being very polite with the amount of people they encounter. read more

This location has SERIOUS customer service issues; first, our mobile order that we ordered WAY AHEAD of time, heck, we were on I-74 when we ordered it, was not only not ready, they had not even started it! Then, they were out of cascara, so my wife said no problem, the blonde espresso was fine. So instead of coconut milk latte with blonde espresso, he made blonde coffee!!! I needed to kill some time so I ended up at Starbucks. I came in around 2pm on a Wednesday and it was packed. Perhaps people grabbing something during their lunchtime? In the midst of that, my Mango Black Tea Lemonade was lost. However, when I addressed this to one of the baristas once things died down a bit, she quickly whipped one up for me! There are several small tables big enough for two people, a couch corner when you walk in, and a community table behind a half wall on the way to the bathroom. On a random note, there were boxes of supplies (straws and stuff) piled against the walls outside the bathroom---looks like they were running out of storage! read more

I went to this location and ordered a tall oat milk latte through the drive-thru. It's ridiculous to be charged $.70 for oat milk. After being charged close to five dollars for a tiny latte, I was asked by the worker at the drive-through window if I would like to leave a tip. First of all, what exactly am I leaving a tip for??? it makes for a very uncomfortable exchange when customers are being asked, point-blank if they would like to leave a tip. Due to Covid the store is not open to go inside and drink or eat in but pickup & drive thru is available. Every time I have gone through the drive thru I get the most pleasant person who honestly makes my day. I have gone 5x in the last month. During this pandemic it's nice to see someone working & smiling. My drink is always made perfectly too! I'm also new to the area so it's nice to see familiar smiling faces when I go out. Normally wouldn't review a chain like this but this Starbucks has always been very efficient and has recently hired some new staff that make my daily coffee trip more enjoyable. I have seen the "buy the next cars coffee" trend happen quite frequently and can honestly say I feel like the people who frequent this location are very positive. Been at this location for about 6 times, but on the last two visits (in a row), my order of a hot black tea was overlooked. I can see being busy and forgetting to submit the order after it was taken and paid for one time. But twice in successive visits? It's Starbucks. What more is there to say? As 'Bucks go it's on the smaller side and the parking lot is cramped. Service is fast and friendly though and quality is consistent. If you have to pass through north High Point it's very conveniently located. Unlike some Starbucks this location rarely runs out of syrups and flavors. There are better independent coffee shops in town but I find myself here often out of convenience. If you go in knowing what to expect from the chain you probably won't be disappointed. read more

I really enjoy the friendliness of the lunch baristas. They are quick and cater to everyone no matter how chaotic it is. This is one of the busiest Starbucks in the area, but likely due to its location to various businesses in the area. if you are in a haste, try utilizing the phone order on the Starbucks app. There is a lot of space to also work from here while enjoying your Starbucks drink. read more

My drinks are always consistent and good. This location is almost always busy and I wish the drivethru was a bit faster. Once you enter the drivethru there is no getting out, so keep in mind that the car in front of you may be ordering 8 frappes. The staff is friendly and several know my order as soon as they see me. More seating indoors would be a bonus, they used to have comfy chairs in there but they've been replaced with more tables and chairs. There is a large table in the back that seats maybe 6, and is separated from the rest of the store by a partition. They lack storage space so the hallways to the bathrooms are usually full of boxes of things (mugs and other retail items I assume). It's close to the house, the service is good, I stop by practically every day because it's on my way to everywhere. And as long as I'm not in a hurry, the drive thru is super convenient. read more

As far as Starbucks goes... this one is just average. I frequent this particular one due to the proximity to my job but I'm never super impressed. It always seems to be slow even without long lines and the interior is less to be desired. They just remodeled inside which is nice however there is always trash around and the flies or horrendous!
