My friends and I have been here a few times and it's one of our favorite places in the area! The drinks are always really good, they have good snacks (including some gluten and dairy free options) and it's a great place to do work. If seating fills up they can open their event room for more seating. The place is super cute and also has a quiet atmosphere. The workers are super sweet and accommodating too.

This is my favorite coffee spot now in the Triad. The atmosphere is good, the baristas are friendly and the drinks are amazing. I love the colonial with white chocolate and caramel cold foam.

This place is my new go to for coffee and boba. The atmosphere is great the family that works here is awesome And funny. Amanda can also make a killer mixed flavor smoothie. If your lucky enough to stop by when she's there. They really have a knack for what there doing here. Highly recommend.10/10 They also have a popping boba pearl I've never seen before called sweet heat that pairs nicely with the mango smoothie.

Hands down my new favorite place to grab a coffee. I never buy coffee because nothing was on my morning route to work. All the staff is so nice and welcoming. We go all the time now. My daughter loves the chalkboard wall to draw on and the Kid's Not so hot chocolate!

I've since moved to Greensboro, so it's been a while, but as soon as I walked through the door and caught a whiff of coffee and their delicious baked goods, I was reminded why this was my favorite coffee shop in HP. Debeen Espresso is a charming, female-owned local gem that combines the art of great coffee with delicious, in-house gluten free and vegan baked goods. From the moment you step inside, the inviting atmosphere and warm smiles from the baristas set the tone for a great experience. I had the pleasure of trying their banana walnut muffin, and let me just say--it was the moistest muffin I've ever tasted. The balance of banana, walnut, and spice was perfect, and it paired wonderfully with my almond milk latte. There's an array of gluten free and vegan muffin and cookie options as well as additional treats (overnight oats, carrots and hummus, etc) in the fridge. It's clear that Debeen Espresso takes pride in not just the quality of their coffee, but in everything they do. The service was fast and friendly and the shop itself is cozy, with plenty of comfortable seating both inside and out. We opted to sit on the outdoor patio, where additional seating provides a chance to enjoy the fresh air while sipping your favorite drink. Adjacent to Debeen is Pure Light Yoga, creating the perfect opportunity to sip, savor, and even savasana--all in one visit. Whether you're there for a quiet moment away or catching up with a friend, Debeen Espresso offers a unique and relaxing space where you can really enjoy your experience. If you're in the area, don't miss out on this cozy spot with its delicious drinks, healthy treats and welcoming vibe.

Regulars were greeted by name and there was a tangible joy in the atmosphere. As for the drink, I chose the Cherry Blossom, and I wasn't too pleased with it. The flavor seemed to taste a lot like coconut, which wasn't a listed flavor in the drink. I might have enjoyed something else if I had gone with another flavor. The drink also had unincorporated powder that I had to stir in for quite a while before I couldn't feel it while drinking. For an $11 drink that's a little disappointing. As before, I give this a resounding 5 stars. The menu has changed a little bit since I last wrote a review, and I've tried some new items. I have yet to try anything that I didn't like. My new go-tos are the raging chicken salad on a croissant and the berries and cream pastries. If you read my previous review, you will see that I was working up the nerve to try the chicken salad, because I'm somewhat meat-averse at times, and also don't like heavily mayonnaised foods, which is a big risk with any of the so-called "salad" items (potato, chicken, tuna, etc.) in life. I can now confirm that the chicken salad is 1) not overly mayonnaised and 2) made from not-gross chicken (I have no further explanation for this, but picky eaters will know what I mean). It's relatively light, has a nice texture, and is flavorful. It is one of my favorite weekend lunch items (or weekday, if I'm working remotely and in the area) now, not just here but in general. The berries and cream pastry is delicious and I would eat everyday, or even multiple times a day, if my figure and my wallet could afford it. Sweet, rich, flaky. Definitely one of my favorite dessert / sweet snack items currently. I also got a birthday cake made here and it was absolutely gorgeous (and delicious, obviously). Very well executed and totally got my vision. As I said before, there is plenty of seating inside (outside too!) and the volume level is perfect -- lots of people coming through, but quiet enough I can read, study, or do work. We spend several hours at a time in here some weekends. Highly recommend to anyone in the area or passing through.
