As others have mentioned, this is a great place if you are looking for a quick cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I usually make a stop here when I am coming back in the early mornings from Greensboro. The team works hard to get your coffee and food out quickly (I've gone through the drive thru every time). They have a lot of coffee options though they are a little too sweet for me typically. I went for the vanilla bean iced latte and was very happy with the amount of sweetness. I've also gotten the ham & cheese bragel both times. Bit of a heavier/greasier breakfast sandwich but very good all the same. I used the Yelp App and located this neat coffee shop near the location I was shopping. There is a drive drive-thru but I chose to go inside for my first visit. Glad I stopped by. The staff greeted me pleasantly as I walked in. There is comfortable seating near the entrance and throughout. I chose a Bragel with turkey, bacon and cheese on an Asiago Cheese bagel. love black coffee and I chose an Americano. They were a bit busy during my visit, but I didn't wait long for my order. I chose to dine in. My coffee was filled to the brim of the cup. No complaints! My sandwich was tasty. I will definitely stop by again. read more

The Coffee was pretty good. I feel as though the staff shouldn't eat in the prep area. Eating your food and preparing my food at the same time is a bit unsanitary. It gives me the ick. One of my favorite places to stop for coffee and a bagel! The staff is always so friendly and nice- never leave without striking up some conversation. My go-to is a Turkey and havarti bragel, it really is so yummy and never fails! Usually get a vanilla latte but switched it up today and added honey and cinnamon- actually a super yummy addition that I felt took away some of the sweetness which I appreciate. I do have to say however, not my coffee place of choice if I am in a rush. Without fail, every time I come here I spend at-least 20 minutes waiting on my order regardless of walking in or drive through- which I know is the case so I come here on days I have more time to kill. The bad, called up as I saw them on yelp and they said they can't take Togo orders and to use their online ordering. Online ordering doesn't work, the menu basically spins non stop so they are pretty useless in that regards. So no convenience for on the go people. Rest of the stuff is alright. Coffee shops should be a dime a dozen, but they tend to congregate in cities and overly populated areas. This Biggby popped up near an intersection I cross through a lot and so I stopped to try it. First of all, it's convenient, and I'm glad I don't have to drive 15 minutes for decent coffee. Gas station coffee doesn't count. After having gone through the drive-thru a few times now, I can say for sure that Biggby staff are incredibly nice. It's a breath of fresh air! As with all coffee shops, the flavored drinks are too sweet for me, probably because I usually drink my coffee black. I've learned to request fewer "pumps" in order to adjust. Despite the sweetness, all the drinks I've had from Biggby have been very good and quickly made. No complaints, and I'm sure I'll be back. read more

I haven't been to a Biggby since leaving Indiana but, I was craving and missing a hot butter bear latte so I drove to Burlington yesterday late morning for one. First off, the customer service was amazing! I never met a more friendly cheery barista from start to end. She actually made me feel happy after I left just from her kindness. The butter bear is caramel and butterscotch. I asked for just one pump of caramel instead of the normal amount (3?) and the coffee was still pretty sweet. Next time I'll opt out on caramel all together and just get butterscotch in it since I like stuff just lightly sweetened. The aftertaste of the coffee was an amazing warm sweet butter taste. The serving size of their "grande" was way larger than Starbucks. This store has a sanitation rating of 100 percent which I have NEVER seen anywhere before. read more

I've been to Biggby Coffee several times since they open. Their frozen drinks are top notch, the coffee is very good and they have the best bagels sandwiches around period. The wait times were a little long when they started but they are getting much better. When this coffee shop opened it was one of the best places around town to get a great cup of coffee. Well now, not so much. The staff has become rude, and certain ones there make you feel like you are bothering them. I ordered multiple coffee's the other day. All were different styles but in the same type of cup. None were marked, he did say what they were when he handed them but having three made it hard to keep them separate. Every other shop will mark what it is in the top or cup. I grabbed them immediately looked at him and said what was this one, he looks and says with a smart ass voice, I don't know I handed them to you in order. Mediocre coffee at best. While I've been here several times before and it was pretty good, today I wanted something lighter and ordered an Americano with an extra shot with very light cream with some flavoring. Was given a cup of milk water and a few pieces of ice floating on top of the espresso. Very strange presentation for an americano. When I tasted it, it was terrible, completely watered down with an old coffee flavor. Asked to have it remade with way more ice and almost no water. The manager and another employee then proceeded to question me on my coffee tastes and stated that an Americano is supposed to literally taste like watered down coffee. Appealing, I know. I don't know how you can make a cup of coffee with 5 shots and it only taste like water with a tiny bit of coffee flavor. They begrudgingly re-made the drink but I was given the exact same thing as a replacement; barely any coffee taste and 5ish half melted pieces of ice floating on top. Poor excuse for an $8 coffee; should have just gone to Starbucks. Not desiring to start anything with employees I decided to cut my losses and accepted the replacement. It was so bad I couldn't even get down a few sips. Literally money down the drain and a bad experience, which is sad because I want to support local businesses.
