She does something unique with her coffees and it's with something as simple as the ice. She makes her own coffee ice cubes, so as it melts your drink won't get watered down, it'll get coffee'd? down! She has menus that describe how to order your coffees if you don't know how to order them properly, like me! Claudia was super friendly and proud of her shop and her craft. I ordered a mocha and she drizzled the cup with chocolate syrup, and whipped cream on top and she poured the espresso on the very top, which I've never seen before. It added such a nice flavor profile to the coffee. There's plenty of spaces to sit in there! She has nice music playing, and overall it's a great vibe in there! I'll definitely be back! My cappuccino, the José Conseco, truly lived up to its name: bold, smooth, and flavorful without needing any added sugar. That alone says a lot about the quality of their coffee. What stood out most is that Chi Rho really proves you don't need a lot of sugar or extra additives to make a great cup of coffee. The flavors speak for themselves.
