Update on Starbucks since I cannot leave Tip on Yelp because I have a IPhone . This Morning talked with the barista and I asked her that the plastic cups shipment didn't come in ? She replied this is their new cups for hot and cold ! I personally I don't like it because i normally drink iced coffee and their new cups become soft I rather have their plastic cups . For hot drinks Yes it works well but not for Cold drinks ‍

I always order via the mobile app and the Kamehameha Shopping Center Starbucks is prompt with pickup. I believe they've only gotten my order incorrect once...iced instead of hot, so not a big deal. Recently, downloaded their app again and cycled through their Fall beverage menu and am matriculating ( using it as the slang term from NFL legend, Hank Stram, for any English language Nazis) through the Winter menu - enough of the (one)Pump(chump)kin Spice Latte for myself. Corporate claims are that they've upgraded ( their term and this is a correction from original review ) the matcha as it now doesn't contain added sugar. I tried it of late...I'd say that is true...their isn't sugar mixed in with the powder. Ordered a hot Matcha Latte without any syrup and it has a slightly more earthiness with that bitterness. Starbucks' new menu item cortado is pretty good as well. Essentially, a smaller version of lattes served in the States. Brown sugar cortado with oatmilk was quite good as well. Lots of parking in the poor layout of the Kam Shopping Center. Open at 0430 daily: corporate but convenient.

Always lots of Hawai'i selections which I appreciate cause I like to take to mainland with me for family.

Always a great visit. These baristas bust their butts with a smile. Even when some people don't deserve it lol. Watched some poor barista get attitude from an entitled customer and she never said anything rude and wished the customer a great day and went on with her life as if nothing happened. Good on her cause I wouldn't have responded like that lol. Lots of seating. Lots of merchandise in stock. Not too cold like I've found the airport location to be. And they added some Sun shades which I appreciate cause the sun can be overbearing at a certain time of day. Side note-you need to make a purchase to use the restroom. I think that's a nice change to keep homeless to a minimum. Great job Kamehameha Starbucks!

September Thurs-yays! Cheers to BOGO for any fall drinks ordered after 12pm and you know the variety is the spice very needed in my life. Kamehameha Shopping Center parking has always gets me lost in directions I have no idea where I'm going so I grab one as soon as I find one usually not in the covered garage area as I hate getting stuck in there. As soon as you enter the service bar is basically the entire length of the store...super long leaving not much seating but the service here is always a delight and with a sense of humor as I order forgetting how to describe what I want...but they know and laugh along with my brain-freeze. Since I brought my own cup in-person ordering is necessary to earn my additional 25 stars and with that I got two Venti Pumpkin Spice Latte with Almond Milk no whip with Pumpkin Cold Foam is my current obsession. Not only the reusable cup earns you the bonus stars and a savings of ten cents you feel great and it's much more sturdy than the plastic which makes me cheer hip-hip Thurs-yays!! Thank you!

This location is at the Kamehameha Shopping Center. I went on a Wednesday and the line was long. They were running a half off promo. The workers kept their cool and were rushing out the drinks. I ordered a venti caramel frappe. I had originally asked for the caramel crunch frappe, but they were out of the caramel candy sprinkles. The drink took 10 minutes, but it was extremely busy. The drink came out great. I used my reusable cup and the whipped cream was sticking up above the cup, so I could lick the caramel drizzle. Yum! Don't forget to bring in a reusable cup for 10 cents off and 25 bonus stars. Plus, you'll be helping the planet.

Highly recommend ordering through the app so you can go straight to the pick up counter to get your drink when it's ready. The store was very crowded with people ordering and others sitting and chatting with friends. I had placed my order through the app, drove to starbucks, and it was ready on the counter once I got there! The store was clean and the employees were working hard! Will be back again!

I Had my first ever Starbucks coffee here...so this location is special to me lol. Moved away a few years ago, so I don't know when was the last time I was here. Location is perfect for easy access. Situated at the corner so parking is always available. Service is fast and friendly.

This is my go to Starbucks since it's right by my house, parking isn't too bad, and the baristas here are amazing! I've been coming here since 2017, and I got to say, most of the baristas make it a point to remember their customers and their drinks. I love that connection that most of them build. It really helps to have the app, because now you can order ahead of time, which makes picking up your morning coffee an easy quick fix. Morning are busy so, be sure to place like super early so you're still not waiting. They renovated inside, so the place looks great. There are a few spots for people to hang out or even do homework. Nobody really bothers you. Just be sure to bring a light jacket, because sometimes it does get chilly.

My go-to Starbucks. They always take my reusable cup (you also get 25 bonus stars!) and are super helpful & friendly. Today, Taylor took my order and answered all my questions. He then made one of the best lattes I've had!! It was simple - brown sugar oat milk latte, but it was so smooth and perfect. He truly is a coffee master!

It was a little busy when we went, but the wait was not too long.  The content creator specifically recommended the Hapa Honey and to substitute the coffee for matcha, so that was exactly what I did. The drink was topped with a pineapple foam and drizzled with a delicious honey lilikoi syrup. I am such a big fan of passionfruit and loved how well the lilikoi flavor blended with the honey and pineapple. I loved how the profile of this drink showcased the flavors of Hawai'i. And now that I know that you can buy their syrups online, I may grab a couple of bottles myself! My friends got the iced and hot Pauahi, a latte with caramelized macadamia nut syrup and topped with toasted macadamia nut. This drink was also really good! I totally recommend Po'Ai by Pono Potions. The interior is homey with light pink walls, pink chairs and walls lined with china and tea sets. It was cool and air conditioned as well. Our server explained our Afternoon Tea Service and we got to choose from their selection of tea cups. They have a variety of tea options and flavors that range in caffeine level from Black Tea to Herbal Teas. You also have the option to add milk, honey or sugar. I chose the Sencha Cherry Rose Green Tea. It had a mild Green Tea flavor with a hint of rose. You have your own tea pot and our server refilled my pot with hot water for refills. They brought out a salad for our starter and a basket with two types of scones along with strawberry jam and clotted cream. The scones were okay, dense and a little dry. The jam and clotted cream helped. The final part of the tea service was brought out onto 2 plates, one with a selection of finger sandwiches and one with a variety of desserts. They had a good selection of sandwich options such as egg salad, cucumber and pesto, curry chicken with apple, tuna salad and smoked salmon. My favorites were the smoked salmon and cucumber pesto. For the desserts we were given a berry parfait, sugar cookie and chocolate cake. The desserts were simple, nothing too special, but satisfied my sweets craving. Overall it's a good place for those wanting to be introduced to a traditional afternoon tea service. Since it's in Chinatown I was hesitant, but we booked the first morning appointment at 10:45am and it was perfect. The 2 hour time limit is generous, the price was reasonable and it's a good way to sit down and spend time with friends. Will definitely come back to try more of their tea selections and just relax.
